March 2022 to August 2022: I live in Chiang Mai and my mother is visiting from India and this was a perfect location based on our location to put her up at. Daily rates include breakfast and cleaning. We opted for monthly and got a great deal. She's been living here since March. Rooms are good, big enough, clean, fresh, good beds, air conditioning, refrigerator, kettle and if you go for the bigger room and the family room you get a small workable kitchen with a electric gas and chimney. Water and laundry machines are in the building. They can come for cleaning your room and changing the sheets at a nominal cost. There is a restaurant (limited hours and limited but good food and coffee), gym, swimming pool. Parking space is available. We'll connected to the city with cabs and I'm sure the reception can help and guide you. They are very prompt in their communication. There's a small garden and play space. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful. Free WiFi. Recommended for everyone, single, couples, family.

On a business trip to Chiang Mai, I chose this hotel by chance. Unexpectedly, I found a treasure and had a very special stay experience. Overall, all the facilities in this hotel are very new and the rooms are clean and tidy. I learned from the front desk staff that this hotel has only been open for a few years (unfortunately, it has encountered a special period of three years and is still persisting silently). It is said that before 2019, there will be a large number of Chinese tourists staying for a long time, so the service signs in the hotel lobby, rooms, restaurants, etc. are specially equipped with Chinese and English prompts. Many tourists choose this place. I guess besides the important factor of being very quiet at night, the traffic here is very convenient, and it is very convenient to come from the super highway; I tried to walk from the hotel to the Central Festival, which is about 1.2 kilometers, that is, It only takes ten minutes; it is about 1 kilometer from the hotel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and only a few hundred meters to Chiang Mai Long-distance Bus Station. No wonder this hotel is very popular. I would like to add that this time I stayed in a room on the first floor of the hotel. I didn't expect to open the curtains and go straight to the swimming pool. I opened the floor-to-ceiling windows and could sit on a chair by the pool for a nap. This was an unexpected surprise. The breakfast is also very good, offering a rich variety of buffets. In addition to the Western style, I personally think that the northern Thai style bone soup rice porridge is close to Chinese food, and the taste is quite good. Finally, the staff I met in the hotel provided very good service, and their gestures truly reflected the hospitality of Thailand as a country of smiles. I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to them!

The hotel is small and cozy, located relatively close to the city center in a quiet side street. True, not the cleanest in Chiang Mai, but not the dirtiest and gloomiest. There is a small swimming pool on the roof of one of the buildings. Quite green area, excellent patio. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. Good breakfasts. Variety is minimal, but delicious. There are set lunches of both European and Asian types. Asian ones are naturally tastier. The size of these complexes is amazing when you see it for the first time))). The quality of cleaning could have been a little better - in the last photo the sole of the slippers, which were used exclusively inside the room, on the second day. Special mention should be made of the staff. Yes, this is not the Ritz-Carlton. But they will always help you, answer your question, resolve the situation, etc. They are very kind and friendly. The feeling of being among friends or at home. In general, the impressions are very positive. But wet cleaning is worth thinking about.

Eden Garden Resort

Two large concrete structures make up the Eden Resort. It's not very garden like but it's a good budget price (450-500 Baht) for simple clean rooms with large bathrooms. The owner is a Christian and I think the hotel is often used for retreats, conferences and short term mission teams. Breakfast is provided and there is free coffee and tea available throughout the day. It is just a 8-10 minute walk to the train station but there is not much else around. Some street food and cheap good thai food is available largely catering to the kids at the school across the street. I would say this is ideal for teams and groups looking for cheap good budget accommodation in Chiang Mai.
