The hotel is just steps from Pike Place Market, a truly excellent location. The breakfast was plentiful, open-air, and very clean. The only downside was that it involved climbing stairs. The staff were very responsible, proactively and enthusiastically helping me with my luggage up and down the stairs.
the hotel is super central near the pike market. Ask for a room in the middle not towards the street. These rooms are really noisy due to the street noises. We changed the room and everything was fine. We liked the old and elegant style of the hotel. It also has a nice bar and lounge area. Beware of people taking ***** outside on the streets everywhere in Downtown. We didn't go out after sunset. (Unfortunately it seems thats normal now in large cities of the US) No blame for the hotel and staff. They were really nice there.
Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours.
All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!
Excellent location, directly next to Parker Market and the world's first Starbucks. It is a serviced apartment with a kitchen and a communal laundry room. The equipment is old but can be ignored due to the location. There is no central air conditioning, there is a desktop fan with cooling, and the duct directly connected from the window can not be closed, and the car is very noisy at night facing the street. The biggest feature is self-service check-in, which is notified by the hotel by SMS of the password of the door, door and elevator. Because it was Trip.com , I didn't receive any short messages, which caused me to not know to enter the password when I entered the door. I pulled the door several times and caused misunderstanding and disgust among the front desk staff. No parking lot, many parking lots around but very expensive. The overnight parking fee is between $36-72. No meals are available.
Very nice hotel. Close to Pike Place Market. 3 minutes walk to Starbucks's first store. There is Internet Bakery Russian Bakery next door. The location is particularly good. I was lucky to upgrade to a sea view room to see the Ferris wheel. The hotel room has a kettle (this is important for the Chinese). 🛏️ Very large and comfortable. There are bathrobes. I bought it in the market for only $ 10. I bought a bouquet of flowers just in time for Christmas.
Well located and lots of coffee shops nearby, groceries like Target, supermarket, Asian groceries, and more! Right at Downtown Seattle and steps away from Pike Place Market and Seattle’s urban core, symphony hall, art museum, dining, shopping. Light Rail/Bus Tunnel across street.
Furnished with fully stocked kitchen good for longterm and short-term guests who likes cooking. Ideal for business traveller with good internet connection.
- Parking space is available by request and with additional fee. Feel free to inquire for rates.

The hotel is right next to the I-5 highway, so rooms facing the highway can be quite noisy. The rooms are pretty standard, comparable to a 3-star hotel in China, so don't expect too much. Hotels of the same brand usually have a higher rating in China, which is a common phenomenon. Parking was tight; the underground garage was completely full when we returned at night. We had to get permission from the front desk to park in a handicapped spot. It's about a 10-minute walk to Pike Place Market, which is quite convenient. The city is very hilly, like San Francisco, so walking around can be tiring.
Our stay at this hotel was simply outstanding! From check-in to check-out, the service was impeccable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, and the staff's attention to detail made our experience truly exceptional. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay!
