Since I was here for a business trip, I chose a hotel with excellent value for money, and I was very impressed. The front desk staff was very polite, and check-in was quick and organized. The room was clean and tidy. I must say, it was a very good stay. Breakfast had a rich variety of options, and there's a plaza right next door, so dining and entertainment were very convenient. The mattress was very comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay.

We stayed in a LOFT unit, two adults and two children, and it didn't feel cramped at all. The upstairs and downstairs separation was well-designed, so the kids could play in the living room without disturbing the adults' rest. The location is super convenient, with the subway entrance right downstairs. Plus, we got free parking for our car, which saved us a lot of hassle. Right behind the hotel, there's a food street with hotpot, skewers, BBQ – you name it. We tried something different every night. The room's hygiene was impeccable; the bedding was changed for every new guest, and the TOTO toilet even came with disposable seat covers, which was a nice touch and very hygienic. The high-speed Wi-Fi was great for streaming shows without any buffering. The 24-hour front desk staff were always available and patiently helped us with luggage storage and directions. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Chengdu!

The room was very comfortable, and I stayed for two nights. The first night, I was sleeping soundly until I was woken up by someone exercising late upstairs. I reported this to the front desk, and the lovely Miss Xiao Dao helped me switch to another very quiet room. Everything was excellent! I'll definitely stay here again next time!

I've always wanted to try the first Hotel Nikko in Southwest China, especially after a great experience at one in Nara. This Qingming Festival long weekend, coupled with a discounted Chengdu accommodation voucher, made it excellent value for money. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the executive lounge was open, so I booked an executive lake-view room. After exiting South Lake Interchange Station (Line 5, Exit B), I hopped on a shared e-bike and easily reached the hotel's main entrance. A welcoming staff member greeted us with a warm bow. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in. They proactively explained the lounge, various restaurants, the gym, and the kids' club locations, and offered a 3 PM late checkout for the following day. Our room was on the 25th floor, just below the top floor where the executive lounge is located, which was very convenient. However, the elevators were quite slow; it felt like it took at least over a minute to go from the 1st to the 25th floor. The room featured a minimalist Japanese light wood design, which was very aesthetically pleasing and won't easily look dated like a 'senior official' style. After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the lounge. It wasn't crowded. Afternoon tea came with a charge, but coffee and soft drinks were complimentary. I ordered an iced Americano, which was decent. Afterwards, we took our child to the kids' club, where we had the place to ourselves for over an hour, giving us some free time. For dinner, I originally planned to have Cantonese dim sum at the Chinese restaurant, but was told that reservations were required a day in advance for holidays. I tried the Japanese and Western restaurants, but both were fully booked with a waiting list. In the end, we had to check out the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour. Similar to overseas lounges, their Happy Hour didn't offer a full meal, just drinks and some snacks – barely enough to fill us up. There was almost nothing suitable for kids, so I ended up ordering two pastries from the lobby bar to keep them happy, haha. After dinner, we experienced the 'starry sky' swimming pool, which was quite unique and our child absolutely loved it. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Besides the usual Western and Chinese options, there were also Japanese ramen, ochazuke, and natto. Overall, it's a perfect place for a staycation and truly embodies 'omotenashi' (Japanese hospitality). I'll definitely consider coming back again!

Requested a non-smoking room, but received a smoking room and nearly choked when entering. A staff member showed us some other rooms until one didn't stink of smoke. The location turned out to be further from the metro than expected, but was walk-able. The neighbourhood is new with a lot of construction was going on so not very much is going on. A street a bit behind the hotel had at least some food options that were suitable and seemed to be targeted to some relatively new apartments there. Staff didn't seem happy or very motivated during the stay but strangely as leaving appeared friendly. Breakfast was quite average, but given the lack of nearby options may be wise to include.

The room was clean and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was very good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in and check-out were very fast. The surrounding transportation is convenient, eating and shopping are also convenient, the price is super high, recommended!

I chose this hotel for my business trip to Chengdu. The lobby is spacious and bright. Joann, who handled my check-in, provided excellent service, and Calvin patiently introduced all the hotel's facilities. Metro Line 1 is directly downstairs, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. Line 18 is also nearby, offering a direct route to Tianfu Airport, which means the location is truly prime. The breakfast was also very generous. Connie and Starry, who assisted with my check-out, were very polite. This is my top choice for accommodation, and I was extremely satisfied! 👍

I was working on an event near Luhu and booked a two-bedroom apartment for 5 nights with my daughter. Overall, I was quite satisfied. The room was clean, the kitchenware was new, and the washing machine, oven, and microwave were all new and spotless. If you're not a fan of Sichuan cuisine, you can always buy groceries from Hema or Sam's Club and cook your own meals. The night view was also stunning! The only downsides were that the shower ran out of hot water every evening, leaving it quite chilly. Also, the duvet was a thick winter one, and I woke up hot every night. I didn't pay much attention to it at first, but after my work was done, I moved to a five-star hotel near Taikoo Li and realized their bedding was suitable for spring/autumn – so there really is a difference with star ratings. Additionally, the hotel is located in a newly developed area, so if you plan on visiting attractions in the city center, you'll need to factor in travel time. Other than that, it was very comfortable. It's well-suited for short-term stays, especially with the swimming and gym facilities.

The room was clean and tidy, cozyly decorated, and fully equipped. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. The bathroom was spotless, and the toiletries were of excellent quality. The hotel has a great location with many restaurants nearby and convenient transportation. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western dishes, and the food was quite good. This experience completely exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area!
