I recently stayed in this apartment for two nights and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was well-maintained, incredibly cute, and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The best part was the stunning view of a huge park, making for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness could be improved as I noticed some hair from previous guests in the bathroom. The downstairs area was a highlight, with a variety of restaurants and entertainment options adding to the convenience. The location was also fantastic, being just a minute away(literally!) from transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its prime location, excellent amenities, and the added convenience of not having to check in at a counter. The view was simply breathtaking!

First of all if you don't speak Chinese don't even consider trying to stay here. This is NOT a hotel, but a business that brokers flats in a commercial / residential complex with three tall towers... When finnaly managed to find the right building and went to the given address and knocked on the door no one answered, then the first phone number was not working and the 2nd got through but you could barely hear the person on the other side We had to add he Wechat and chat with him He demanded 300 as a deposit They use a APP to collect it, which then tells you where the room actually is... Bottom line they need to the so-called hotel's name to Nightmare Stay NOT Dream Stay Five thumbs down 👎👎👎👎👎

Facilities: The equipment is average, a bit old and lacks maintenance. Hygiene: Hygiene is OK. Environment: The environment is average and enough for people to use. Service: The service is in place, bath towels are provided, and enough toilet paper is provided. Overall acceptable, there is room for improvement.

The location of the B&B is okay. There are subways and shared electric bicycles right outside the door. Going to the nearby May Day Square or other places takes 5-10 minutes by electric car. The room is really bad, the house smells like toilet sewers. The table in the living room is pitiful and small. It can't even hold the rice after putting 2 dishes on it. The toilet has a glass door, no lock, it doesn't close tightly, and there are gaps! Be careful when taking a shower or going to the toilet. There are no doors in the two rooms on the second floor. A curtain can block it, and a curtain can be left as large as the door. You can see the inside of the room when you come out of the opposite room. It's really embarrassing. Parking is 50 yuan per day.

I didn't take pictures, but it's small but complete, suitable for a family. There's a subway station downstairs, Line 6, so it's convenient to go anywhere. There's a shopping mall opposite, and there's a lot of food. I recommend the green grass, as there's not as many people as the May Day Square. I really recommend it. I suggest the store provide some simple cleaning tools so you can clean up after staying for a few days. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se store opposite the square, and there's less people queuing.

Everything is average, the price/performance ratio is not high, and the location is good.

Very cozy. Too cozy. As soon as the curtains were drawn and the projector was turned on, I felt so happy. It would be great if I had a boyfriend by my side. The view from the sky is also great. This is really the most cozy hostel I have been to in such a long time. It is also great for taking photos. T^T

I personally think this is a very cost-effective homestay. Every time I come to Changsha, I will choose their home. The price is favorable, the environment is good, the transportation is convenient and it is hygienic enough.

The room is clean, tidy, comfortable and breathable. There is a shopping mall below and the air is very comfortable. It is suitable to come with the family.

There was a stink as soon as the room was opened. The inside of the refrigerator was very sticky. The room door was broken. The toothbrush smelled of toothpaste. I wonder if it had been recycled.

The transportation is very convenient, there is a subway entrance downstairs. There are also many food places downstairs. The room is on the 55th floor, very comfortable ~ I will stay here again next time I come to Changsha, it is so convenient!

The river view is amazing. The house is new and very suitable for families or large groups. The location is also great. Commercial facilities, restaurants, and museums are all very close and can be walked to. It is right outside the subway station. The transportation is very convenient.

The room is very clean, the boss and the cleaning lady are very enthusiastic, the decoration is also very beautiful, the location is very quiet, the price is not expensive, I highly recommend it The air conditioning and heating in the bathroom are very powerful, especially the bathroom, which is very clean and very warm when the heater is turned on. You can use it to warm up your clothes (Minor drawback, you can't get downstairs by taxi, you have to walk for a few minutes)
