The best part was the location; it was superb, and I could walk to all the tourist spots and famous restaurants. The staff were also very kind. What was disappointing was how dirty the shower room was and the terrible smell. I stayed for two nights, but they didn't even change the towels.

The room was clean and on the second floor, but the service was too rigid. A friend tried to come up but was denied access, as staff mistook them for a food delivery driver.
