Room service was prompt and thorough, and the room was spotlessly clean. Overall, the service was professional yet warm, making for a very comfortable experience. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with the room; it was clean, tidy, and odorless. I checked in late at night, and Xiao Liu at the front desk was very welcoming. My booked room wasn't available, so they even upgraded my room type. The next day, when I extended my stay, Xiao Qin at the front desk gave me fruit and yogurt. The housekeeping staff, worried I wouldn't have enough water, also brought up a lot of bottled water. Even the delivery food was brought up by the front desk. Siji Yuyuan is truly the best choice!

The environment is great, the decor is elegant, the bedding is clean, and the king-size bed is very comfortable. The facilities are complete, and the soundproofing is good. I had a very pleasant stay.

This hotel on Meichang Street is a bit hard to find, but it's quite close to Xiangshan Park. The room is simple and modern, and the bed is very comfortable. The front desk service was quite attentive; I arrived early in the morning and there were no rooms available, so they temporarily stored my luggage and added me on WeChat to notify me when a room was ready. On check-out day, I couldn't make it back in time and they immediately agreed to a late check-out until 2 PM. There was only one minor issue: when I returned at noon to get my room, the front desk attendant was out. I had to wait over ten minutes to get my key and check in. Overall, I still give it a thumbs up! 👍

I was on a business trip here and saw a newly opened All Seasons Hotel near Sihai Bridge. I decided to try it and discovered a hidden gem! The lobby has a rest area, charging stations, and a lounge area for entertaining friends. Tea was served as soon as I sat down. The room was one of the larger ones in the area, quiet and elegant. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The room had eight bottles of water – four at room temperature and four chilled – very thoughtful! You can also make tea. The room was brand new, with smart facilities and a subtle tea aroma. Breakfast: It was a Chinese breakfast, with millet porridge (good for the stomach), plain porridge, and delicious whole grains. There were also my favorite steamed buns, and they could cook wontons and noodles. The room was clean and hygienic, and the cleaning lady was polite and greeted me when she checked in. There's a laundry room and dryer. This perfectly solved my need for a change of clothes while on a business trip. Thumbs up! The service was also excellent; the staff were warm and attentive, and responded promptly to any needs. Highly recommended! 🎉

My friend was receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and this hotel was about a 15-minute walk away. I chose it for its proximity, and the comfortable stay really helped ease some of the anxiety of her hospital visits. That's why I'm writing this detailed review to share my experience. First, the location was perfect for us – close to the hospital and also right next to the Summer Palace. Tsinghua and Peking Universities aren't far either. There's also a small park next to the hotel, which was lovely for morning or evening strolls. The surrounding area has good roads, making it convenient for walking or taking a taxi. The hotel is located within a complex. While breakfast is provided, there isn't a restaurant for lunch or dinner on-site, but you can order takeout. There's also a Wumei supermarket within the complex, which was handy for buying a few things. The hotel's overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The lobby is bright and spacious and has a 'book bar,' which is great for families with kids, offering many fairy tales and educational books. I saw lots of children playing there, and it seemed very safe for them. The entire place was kept spotlessly clean, with good air circulation and no unpleasant odors, and the walking areas were spacious. The sloped ramp at the entrance to the lobby is a bit narrow, so you need to be careful if you have large luggage. The front desk staff were exceptionally patient, proactively offering thoughtful assistance and even advising on travel precautions. Their service was warm and genuinely helpful.

The hotel is in the vicinity of the Summer Palace. We were the only Westerners in the hotel and we could communicate with the staff by translation tools only. It was a warm welcome. Place was clean, bathroom a sort of a modern modular unit. Central airconditioning in the room wasn't very responsive. Nice vegetarian breakfast, very friendly staff once more.
