The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss. While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail. Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the No. 101 Middle School. Although it is close to the highway, there are few cars. They also gave us a thoughtful reminder before check-in. The room was very clean and the hygiene was very good. The front desk service was very thoughtful and careful. Although we were woken up by the alarm on the morning of the second day of check-in, the housekeeper explained it in a timely manner and gave us many gifts (cleaning and care products, bear towels, key chains, etc.) to express our apology. The children were very happy. We can actually understand that. It was a pleasant stay. We will choose again.

Visited Huairou with my family and stayed at the Marriott. The room was spacious, and the hotel has a kids' club and a heated pool, which my children absolutely loved. A special shout-out to Dave at the front desk – he was so thoughtful during check-in, reminding us about breakfast times and parking, and his communication was both gentle and professional. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and overall, it was a great experience. Definitely a top choice for a getaway in the Beijing suburbs.

We were extremely satisfied with both the quality of sleep and the overall experience during our stay. For anyone looking for a short escape from daily life and a high-quality vacation, this is definitely an ideal destination for a staycation. We especially want to thank Bingao for his thoughtful arrangements. From pre-arrival to during our stay, he provided us with very detailed and attentive assistance. As we were traveling with our baby, we inevitably encountered various small issues and last-minute requests, but Bingao always patiently helped us coordinate and resolve them, making the entire check-in process smooth and enjoyable. What touched us most was that, thanks to Bingao's arrangements, the hotel also made special preparations for our baby's birthday. This warm and heartfelt surprise created very fond memories for our family trip. We could truly feel the hotel team's care and attention to their guests, which made this birthday extra special. This is a very comfortable hotel, making my business trip to Huairou feel much warmer and more reassuring. Aloft Beijing Huairou meets all the essential needs for a business trip: convenient transportation, an elegant environment, and good dining facilities. There's also a swimming pool, which I hope to try next time. Ms. Zhang at the front desk was very enthusiastic and provided professional service. Her assistance on my first day of check-in truly enhanced my initial experience. I was a bit anxious about my business trip, but her service completely put me at ease. I'll definitely come back.

The room was a bit dated. While the staff were quick to verbally acknowledge requests, actually getting items delivered was very slow, and they often forgot altogether. Initially, the room I entered had an odor. I went downstairs, and the front desk smoothly switched me to a new room that didn't smell. However, that night I discovered the duvet cover was dirty... I called a staff member who said there were no new duvets available, so they could only change the duvet cover. On the second morning, I asked for a disposable bathtub liner. It wasn't delivered all morning... When I asked the front desk, they said they were too busy and even questioned why I didn't call multiple times to ask. Apparently, it was my fault for not hounding them enough.

Ideal weekend getaway with the family! And choosing the family room with bunk bed slide was definitely worth it! The room was spacious with young children in mind (think bathroom and toilet step, kids amenities, mini robes and slippers, soft walls) Then there’s the hotel interior and exterior: the indoor play is ideal for babies up to 10 years. Just sign the form and they have a dedicated professional childminder so adults can relax the hotel grounds and enjoy the wonderful lake sunset. Outside, there’s a playground too. For older children they will love the carts available to drive around and along the lake. Pay with WeChat or Alipay for a 20 min ride. The panda goes very fast actually but the other ones less than 5km/hour so perfect for smaller children. A real gem and less than an hour from Beijing city!!

An extremely satisfying stay! We booked the room close to midnight (the dramatic reason will follow), and the front desk staff responded very promptly. He woke up to call me and even upgraded our room for free. The room facilities are very similar to those at Ji Hotel – incredibly comfortable, spacious, smart, new, and functional. It had a fridge and a large terrace. The terrace overlooked a stream, and the moonlight reflecting on the water was particularly beautiful and shimmering, with clear stars – so romantic... The breakfast was delicious! The wild vegetable buns were amazing. Although stewed green beans with pork belly is not typically a breakfast dish for me, it was tasty, and the coffee was also very good. The environment looks even better during the day, and it's pet-friendly! As for the dramatic part... TL;DR: Don't book the nearby Huazhu Lanting Hotel!! Come stay at this Lihua Creek Yue instead!! We originally booked the nearby 'Huazhu Lanting Hotel'. After checking in around 10 PM, we found there was no hot water (we let it run for half an hour with no luck). The staff 'argued' that their hot water was always like that, never exceeding 38 degrees. However: 1. The water that came out was far below body temperature, probably around 30 degrees, making it impossible to shower. 2. The staff said the faucet was marked 38 degrees, so it wouldn't go higher, but the faucet was also clearly marked 50 degrees, so I didn't accept their explanation. 3. 38-degree water temperature is already close to many hot springs (we had just visited one last week, so he couldn't fool us). No hot water was absolutely unacceptable. After arguing with them for a long time, they finally agreed to a free cancellation. We then urgently booked this Lihua Creek Yue, so this hotel truly saved us in a time of need... We were really lucky to find such a perfect Lihua Creek Yue Hotel on a cooling early autumn night!! This is a truly heartfelt positive review!!

I drove to Huairou for the weekend and stayed at this hotel – no regrets! They have a great selection of room types, and the rooms are spacious. Everything is smart-controlled, including the toilet, and there's Gehua Cable TV and stable 5G broadband. It's 10 minutes to Wanda Plaza and 20 minutes to Yanqi Lake. The facilities are well-maintained, and the service is professional and friendly. Room 96, Senior Twin Room: Plenty of space for luggage, not cramped at all. Newly renovated, clean and tidy, with smart home features, a smart toilet, Gehua Cable TV, and super-fast 5G internet. It’s 20 minutes to Yanqi Lake and 30 minutes to Mutianyu Great Wall. The facilities are comprehensive, and the front desk service is warm and attentive.

Excellent location with panoramic lake and mountain views The hotel is situated on the shores of Yanqi Lake, just a five-minute walk from the scenic area. Opening the window reveals the shimmering lake and verdant mountains. Waking up to the lake breeze in the morning is incredibly pleasant. Transportation is also very convenient. It's not far from the Jingcheng Expressway, and the city center is a 50-minute drive away. Attractions like the Mutianyu Great Wall and Hongluo Temple are also within a half-hour drive, making travel extremely convenient. Attentive service, details speak louder than words Special praise must go to Zheng Jingwen and Pang Zihan at the front desk! Throughout the check-in process, they were all smiles and proactively inquired about my travel needs. They not only patiently explained the hotel's facilities but also thoughtfully shared tips on cycling around Yanqi Lake and visiting nearby scenic spots. The entire check-in process was efficient and quick, and they even proactively arranged a lake-view room with a better view, making me instantly feel at home.
