⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing! We had a truly marvelous stay at LeJoy Hotel Beijing and couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The location is unbeatable — it’s literally a stone’s throw away from Xidan Joy City, with Level 1 of the hotel conveniently connected to the mall by just a door. This made shopping, dining, and getting around incredibly easy, especially when travelling with family. The check-in process was smooth and seamless, but what really stood out was the personalized service from 萱萱 (Candice). She contacted us via WeChat and made everything so convenient. Any hotel information or requests could simply be communicated to her through WeChat, and she was always extremely prompt, helpful, and attentive in responding. One service that really amazed us was the Taobao parcel handling. With all the online shopping we did, we ended up having quite a number of parcels delivered to the hotel. The hotel has a dedicated storage area and a staff member who carefully keeps track of the parcels. Once we provided our name and mobile number, he was able to consolidate our parcels and have them delivered directly to our room. This was incredibly convenient and something we really appreciated during our stay. What impressed us even more was what happened after we checked out. I accidentally left a pair of pants inside the cabinet in our room. 萱萱 immediately contacted me, and without hesitation, she helped arrange a courier service to have my pants sent back to me. That level of attentiveness and professionalism really went above and beyond what we expected. Overall, LeJoy Hotel Beijing gave us a wonderful combination of an excellent location, convenience, thoughtful service, and genuine hospitality. It’s rare to come across a hotel where the little details are handled with such care. A very special thank you to 萱萱 (Candice) and the hotel staff, butler uncle always at the drop off to help us carry our bulky stroller for taking such good care of us throughout our stay. Your prompt responses, professionalism, and warm hospitality truly made our experience even better. We will definitely be coming back to LeJoy Hotel the next time we’re in Beijing! To leisurely visit two major art exhibitions in Beijing that were about to end, I decided to stay overnight in the capital and give JW Marriott another chance. The #JWMarriottBeijingCentral, located opposite Xiaochangkou Hutong, has a convenient location, right next to Zhaosheng Plaza, and is less than a ten-minute walk from Xuanwumen subway station. The hotel's overall decor matches the standards from its opening in 2014. This time, I booked a twin room with executive lounge access. The hotel lobby and room interiors are somewhat similar to the #GrandHyattBeijing, exuding a timeless, old-money charm. The executive lounge is on the 15th floor and includes breakfast, afternoon tea, light dinner, and evening cocktails. The variety and quality are significantly better than the JW in Taiyuan, especially the breakfast. Moreover, the hotel service was impeccable. Since we were going to visit exhibitions, we arrived at the hotel at 10 AM, and to my surprise, we were able to check in immediately. The next day, because we wanted to enjoy the complimentary afternoon tea, we were granted a late checkout until 3 PM, which was another pleasant surprise. All in all, this is probably one of the most value-for-money hotels I've stayed at in Beijing.

This was a great stay, and the whole process was very smooth. I arrived early, but the hotel already had the room ready for me. Check-in was quick and easy, without any lengthy waits or complicated procedures. The room was exceptionally clean, the bedding was spotless and odor-free, and the attention to detail made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's location is excellent, making travel incredibly convenient with easy access to transportation. It was effortless to get around for sightseeing or business. During my stay, I needed a phone charger and the front desk staff quickly provided one. Alina, in particular, offered thoughtful and attentive service. Overall, both the cleanliness and the service were impressive, and the value for money was definitely there. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would choose this hotel again next time, and I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was spacious, perfect for a family trip. The staff were incredibly attentive and even upgraded our room. Breakfast offered a great variety, including both Chinese and Western options, with plenty of snacks suitable for kids. The freshly made noodles were delicious. The laundry room was very convenient. The congee and mini steamed buns in the evening were also a thoughtful touch.

The front desk service was excellent and very welcoming. We were traveling with a child, and they allowed us to push the two 1.2-meter beds together to form a 2.4-meter bed, which was great. Although the room was a bit small, for this location and price, it offers good value for money. There were no mouthwash cups in the room, but after asking the front desk, they sent up some disposable cups. Overall, it was a good stay!

My check-in experience was just so-so. My check-out time and the kids' goodie bag were already set when I booked, but when I asked the front desk, they seemed clueless, like they were new, though their attitudes were pretty good. There were only two front desk staff. I'd read reviews saying everyone got upgraded, some even to suites, so I asked about an upgrade too. The front desk said an upgrade wasn't necessary, just a higher floor. I'm not sure if they were unwilling to upgrade or didn't know how. The shower in the bathroom leaked, and the towels felt old and couldn't be washed white. At the pool, there was only one towel, so if you go, you need to bring your own. Breakfast was average, not tasty, and there wasn't much variety. The next day, when we came back after going out, we couldn't get into our room. I went down to get the card fixed, but it still didn't work. I went down to the front desk again, and the second time, the front desk staff came up with me and fiddled with it for about 20 minutes. They said the key card was low on power. Finally, we got in, and then they called someone to change the battery. It's pretty amazing for a big hotel like this to have such an issue. The front desk staff who came up with me said they'd send some fruit, but they never did. While I don't really need the fruit, their attitude was quite amusing. I went to the rooftop bar to see the night view, but it rained, so I didn't get to see it. The french fries and sweet potato fries weren't good. At check-out, there were many front desk staff, and their attitudes were quite good. The hotel room was also quite nice, and the cleaning was done well. The small tent in the family room was great, and my child loved it. Parking requires a fee. The location is excellent, right next to Joy City, which is very convenient for shopping. The hotel exterior also looks very nice. If the issues I mentioned could be improved, I would consider staying again.

The location is excellent, right next to Xidan and close to Chang'an Avenue. It's a 5-minute bike ride to Financial Street, and the Lingjing Hutong subway station is nearby, offering direct and convenient access to both the South and North train stations. The hotel is newly renovated, with good soundproofing and a rich breakfast spread.

What truly impressed me during my stay at The Westin Beijing Financial Street was the thoughtful and attentive service from the Guest Relations team. The hotel boasts an excellent location in the heart of the Financial Street, making transportation incredibly convenient. From the moment I checked in, Aimee and Rosy from Guest Relations were patient, communicative, and meticulous in addressing my needs, responding promptly and efficiently. The overall quality of the hotel's facilities was also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and those visiting Beijing for leisure.

I wanted to switch rooms earlier, and the staff were very efficient and quick to handle it. The cleaning ladies were also very helpful. Cleanliness: Decent. Environment: Very clean.

Staying at the Xuanwumen Business Hotel with my kids was a really pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary facilities. It was dry and tidy, not damp at all, which made for a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff were patient and meticulous, and check-in was efficient. The location is super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The hotel breakfast had a great variety, perfect for kids' tastes, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a truly reassuring place to stay when traveling with family. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next family trip.
