cosy little hotel near shangri la hotel. alot of food around the corner. staff was really kind and friendly. the room is clean but the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours if they talk loudly. also the toilet doors are transparent so not suitable for families or friends 😂

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The room was clean, and the service was excellent. It's super close to the subway station, just about a five to six-minute walk. Plus, deliveries from outside can be quickly brought to your room by a robot, which is very convenient.

I stayed at this designated hotel for my daughter's Singapore youth dance camp, organized by the Beijing Dance Academy. It's the closest hotel to the academy, just a few minutes' walk away. Ordering takeout was super convenient; a robot delivered it right to our room door. My daughter absolutely loved the robot delivery! She made me order takeout multiple times a day just so she could play with it, haha.

The neighborhood around the hotel offers excellent amenities, and the in-room facilities are comprehensive. The rooms themselves boast a charming antique style and were spotlessly clean. Its location, less than a 10-minute walk from the subway, is incredibly convenient, and there are plenty of dining options right downstairs. Despite being in a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The little garden downstairs also adds a unique charm. Considering the prime location and cost in this bustling capital city, this hotel offers incredible value for money and is highly recommended! The front desk staff were also incredibly warm and enthusiastic. Highly, highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The team went above and beyond by upgrading my room, which made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. They were also very accommodating in allowing my friend to stay longer, which I really appreciated. The service was warm, flexible, and genuinely thoughtful throughout my stay. It made a big difference and left a great impression. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again in the future.

5 stars, highly recommend! My stay at the Atour Hotel Beijing Zhongguancun exceeded expectations. The location is superb, very close to Peking University, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with smart home features throughout, comfortable bedding, and excellent soundproofing – I slept so peacefully at night. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were attentive and polite. The public areas have a premium feel, the coffee bar has a fantastic atmosphere, and the breakfast selection was extensive. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haidian. Highly, highly recommended!

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

Traveling solo, overall it was decent. There's a washing machine and dryer, so no queues if you go during off-peak hours. If you're here for tourism, booking a single room is a good idea – you can put your stuff wherever you want, and it offers great privacy, much better and more liberating than a quad room. The window in my room allowed for some fresh air during the day. There are shared bikes near the entrance, and cycling about a kilometer to the subway station is acceptable. You need to bring your own toiletries as the accommodation doesn't provide them; you can order some samples via food delivery after checking in. The general quality of guests was okay. Around 11 PM, I could hear people talking next door or upstairs, but it was mostly quiet after midnight.

Facilities: The renovated rooms still have a questionable design, but the basic amenities are good. Hot water is quick, the temperature is constant, and the water pressure is strong. The toilet seat is incredibly cold and hard, which is a bit off-putting. They provide both soft and firm pillows, one of which is a memory foam pillow. The hairdryer has powerful airflow, and although it's not a high-speed dryer, it's effective. Soundproofing is good, so it's not noisy even though it faces the street. Environment: Located in the northwest corner of Beijing's Second Ring Road, it's a 10-minute walk to Xizhimen Station on Line 2 (the subway station is under CapitaMall, and the time spent navigating that is almost as long as the walk above ground). It's not a 'no-man's-land' line; transportation is convenient. More importantly, if you plan to visit Tiananmen Square, you need to travel from east to west along Chang'an Avenue, so staying in the northwest avoids backtracking. There are two paths from the hotel: one goes through a park directly to the subway station, and the other passes by the Beijing Exhibition Center, where you can find breakfast shops. A towering ancient cypress tree stands in the courtyard, bringing a sense of tranquility. Next to it is a small park, and in May, the roses are in full bloom, making it a delightful experience, especially with the timely rain. Service: The front desk proactively upgraded my room and offered mailing services. They were particularly kind and friendly (they didn't treat me like an outsider and insult me, thankfully). Hygiene: I didn't find any dark corners.

From check-in to check-out, the service was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They met every request. The room decor was stylish, and the hygiene was impeccable. The service was excellent, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. Five-star rating!
