I have to give a huge shout-out to Hanna at the front desk! I booked a ”pay-at-the-property” room this time and was a bit worried about a complicated payment process. But Hanna was super efficient, sending a QR code for payment right away and guiding me through it. The whole thing took less than two minutes. To top it off, she proactively upgraded our room for free, and we found a welcome fruit platter waiting for us as soon as we entered – instantly putting us in a vacation mood. After checking out, I contacted her to get an invoice, and she responded incredibly quickly, no delays at all. The entire experience was simply seamless. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in this city, all thanks to front desk staff like her who deserve repeat business!

The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, strong water pressure, and a thoughtful smart toilet. Breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh options, and the location was very convenient. This guesthouse offers incredible value for money! My whole family, including the elderly and children, absolutely loved it. It's very close to Beijing North Station, which made getting to Badaling extremely convenient. Getting around by subway was a breeze; you can see the hotel's directions right from the subway exit, which was super helpful. The staff were also warm and professional.

Pros: Great location right next to Beijing Foreign Studies University, and the surroundings are pleasant. There are also three subway stations nearby. Cons: 1) The extremely short and steep ramp at the entrance makes it difficult to pull luggage into the lobby, and there's a risk of it sliding all the way to the street. There's no parking area directly at the entrance, so you have to run to the university gate to get picked up or dropped off before the security guard shoos you away. This is both inconvenient and unsafe. 2) The facilities are subpar. Half of the equipment in the gym is broken. The main showerhead is clogged, spraying water everywhere but downwards. There are no hooks on the wall inside the shower to hang clothes, but there's an electrical outlet installed mid-air, which makes no sense. 3) The soundproofing in the rooms is poor. While most guests are generally quiet and considerate, the cleaning staff loudly chatting in the hallway was quite disruptive.

The environment here is really good, and the location is excellent, right near Jiaotong University, just off the Second Ring Road. It offers great value for money! There's a shopping mall and a subway station nearby, and taxis are easily accessible. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful; she even upgraded our room when we checked in, which we really appreciate. The hotel facilities are also very comprehensive. I truly highly recommend it!

The buffet spread is beautifully presented, and the floral arrangements create an elegant dining atmosphere. The ingredients are fresh, and items are replenished promptly. With options ranging from healthy light bites to sweet treats and main dishes, whether you're traveling for business or with family, you're sure to enjoy a comfortable and satisfying meal. I highly recommend the stay experience!

My stay at the Beijing New Century Hotel was fantastic! The location is excellent, right near a subway station, making it super easy to get to all the major attractions. I was very satisfied with my stay at the Ji Hotel (Beijing Institute of Technology Weigongcun Subway Station). The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Weigongcun subway station, making travel incredibly convenient. The room was clean and odor-free, the furnishings and facilities were well-maintained, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly at night. The self-service laundry room was very practical, and the front desk service was attentive and responsive. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making everyday life easy. It's suitable for both business trips and visiting relatives. I will definitely visit again.

I booked a hotel in the city center for a business trip to Beijing. Honestly, it wasn't cheap. My room was on the second floor, and it was a bit noisy in the mornings and evenings because it faced the street – every little sound was clearly audible. The value for money was just okay overall, but hotels in Beijing are quite expensive, especially within the 2nd and 3rd Ring Roads. **Service:** When I checked in, they told me my booking didn't include breakfast 😟😟, even though I had booked two rooms for two nights, both with breakfast. The service was pretty average 🤫. There's a braised offal stew (luzhu) place nearby that seems quite famous; I tried it, and it was decent. The hotel's location is pretty convenient for getting around.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its incredibly convenient location. The subway station is literally a 10-meter walk from the entrance, and you can take Line 4 directly from Beijing South Railway Station to the hotel (Xinjiekou Station, Exit D). The front desk staff were very warm and helpful; they even carried my luggage to my room door. The bathroom is small but very clean. Given the slightly older hotel facilities, this was acceptable. Soundproofing could be better, and breakfast is decent – enough to fill you up.
