Arrived late, tired, happy to shower and sleep... To realize there's no water in the shower. Asked the reception, after checking for 15 minutes, they told us it's normal because of low water pressure, that we should try again around 3am (!!!). Too late to change hotel and already paid over ***********, so no refund... We are going to bed quote unhappy and smelly!
