Fue un viaje de madre e hijas llegamos un sábado y la verdad quedamos agradecidas con el chico de recepción muy atento lastima que no se su nombre y el hotel tiene muy buena ubicación fácil conexión para ir a la torre eiffel. Lo único que deberían avisar lo q cobran por noche en tasas turísticas no lo dicen y cuando uno ya va a salir te hacen tremenda decepción porque es una barbaridad 60 euros eso deberían decirlo para estar conscientes de que hay un cargo más. Stayed 2 nights to spend NY’s eve with daughter nearby so booked it for convenience. Dble room was spacious, quiet but decor is dated, dark. Grouting around tiles in the shower was mouldy. V basic toiletries/tea-coffee. Mini bar was a nice add on although we didn’t use it.

We only came for the night and got to the hotel around 10pm. We really like the suite. Very clean and spacious. There weren't enough bath robes though.
The receptionist was not welcoming at all, and that was very disappointing. He was very cold with us and we weren't sure why. Even when we checked out, he was still cold, no "how was your stay". He was just unfriendly.
