Everything was great, from the service to the friendliness of the staff. Breakfast quite varied. Definitely a stay to repeat in the future.

The location of the hotel is great for resting, too bad we can't see the Douro. The service is very good but very long on weekends. Everything was spotless, especially the pool. The Spa is also very nice and we took advantage of the gym. The staff is very kind. For sure, we are booking again.

Quality of a 5* hotel. From comfort, food, cleanliness and service. Especially the boys at the reception and service at the pool. Super good water and the comfort found throughout the hotel is gratifying.

I really enjoyed my stay, very nice hotel, but they should have something informative about the refurbishment of the outdoor pool, as we can't use it!
