The room is quite spacious, with two bedrooms plus a living room, and a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. It even comes with pots, pans, dishes, and wine glasses. The surrounding area is also great, just a ten-minute walk to the city center. Overall, it's a very pleasant hotel experience.

Great stay overall. The hotel has a very convenient location with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.

The room was ok but the toilet was too smelly and had no fan in it. Had requested away from the elevator but got the room in front of it.

Excellent, it exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location was great, and the room was spacious and clean, which I really appreciated. We didn't end up using the cooking facilities. Both the bedroom and living room had enclosed windows where you could look outside. The breakfast was decent; it had everything you needed to feel full and nourished each day. The male night receptionist at the front desk was particularly good – he always greeted us warmly. There was also a female staff member we occasionally saw who was very nice. The only minor issue was one female Indian receptionist on our check-in day who was a bit bland and not very polite or friendly. But it's fine, I just stayed polite myself! We got our room smoothly and were even able to check in early. I'd definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Auckland.

While the location and service is decent, the cleanliness of the room definitely should be improved on.  When we arrived we opened up the fridge and it smelt like fish so must have been missed in the previous check out. Some black mould in shower that just needs to be wiped away. But otherwise a good stay and will be back!

Spacious room with a comfortable bed, great for solo travelers. The room is a bit dated but still clean and perfectly fine for the price. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Would stay again!

The room had a kitchen, which was better than I expected, allowing me to cook some meals. For this price, in central Auckland, the value for money is excellent. The only downside was the fire alarm going off on the last night, which disrupted my sleep.

Facilities: It seems to be a chain hotel. The facilities and equipment are a bit old, but all the kitchen utensils are there. Hygiene: The area around the kitchen hood needs attention in terms of cleanliness; the rest is fine. Environment: The surroundings are relatively quiet, and you can walk straight down to the main street. Service: Check-in was fast, and no deposit was required. Luggage storage is available.

Room is compact, although would have been even better if the hair dryer is available.

Located a bit further back from Queen Street, it's about a ten-minute uphill walk to and from the city center. If you don't mind the climb, it's worth considering given the good value for money. The front desk staff were South Asian, but overall, it was a decent experience.
