Good view, large room, friendly and professional staff. Free-parking. Wake up call for breakfast (without asking). Gorgeous meals!

There are two large public baths, which are exquisitely decorated and have a foot bath overlooking the garden. The hotel parking lot is right next to the market, which is very convenient. Surprisingly, there are paper cranes at check out, which is convenient for stargazing/sea of ​​clouds. The dining room is super large.

This hot spring hotel was not on my itinerary originally, so I changed my itinerary to go there just to check in. I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel's service facilities and meals were better than I expected. I will stay here again.

The location of the hotel is convenient and the environment is beautiful. You can go to the nearby morning market early in the morning. Breakfast and dinner are arranged in individual banquet halls, with a high degree of hygiene.

Hotel is very good

This was a gem on our trip. We had no real expectations, but compared to some other hotels, it was clear the staff tried hard to help with whatever they could and were outwardly friendly. Made us feel like our visit was appreciated. The hot baths were large and luxurious with outdoor pools and tubs. Meals were delicious and hearty. Another thing that makes this hotel stand out, is its incredible view by the river and across the valley.

Really old hotel in serious need of TLC. Traditional room had the wall stained and scratched. The hallway were dirty. The dinner and breakfast however were good. Nice location. Appreciated foot onsens.

There was also a morning market, which was great. The staff were very friendly and smiled, which was great. I'll come again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

The service person who took care of us was a foreigner, but he spoke very good Japanese and was polite and friendly. Thank you very much. There was also a charging station for the car, so it was very convenient to fully charge it. I would definitely use it again when I come to Hirugami Onsen.

Great Onsen hotel, but mostly for the older Japanese. We didn't see any young people. Not a European family like us at all.
