Ratri Hotel Phuket Old Town Reviews

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The vibes nice and the location is near to tops (convenience store), to eateries and accessible to grab. Will refer to my friends.

Stayed here with my sister for our last couple days in Thailand. We had a great time staying at the hotel, even the cleaning people have left us some nice and funny presents every time our room was cleaned! Very pleasant stay, I would highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly, and I felt like most things I wanted to do were within close vicinity. The bed was also comfortable, and everything worked well. The only bummer was how dirty everything was when you looked closer, mostly in the bathroom. The shower especially looked like it really needed a good scrubbing.

Relatively new hotel in the middle of Phuket Town,. Modern and clean. Staff very polite and friendly. Helpful with suggestions on where to eat. Within walking distance to Phuket old town area and a lot of nearby restaurants and small eateries. Limited parking next to the hotel. Rooms are clean and relatively spacious. Free shuttle service to several areas in town. Live music each night of the week.

The hotel quite far from the tourist spot, it’s inside the alley, which is very dark at night. Good thing is it nears to 7/11 😃

Reasonable price. Hotel location is 15 mins walk away from the old town area.

Many leaves and insects in the swimming pool which is located on the second floor. Normal room, modern style. Friendly staff. Nice location, 10min walk to the old town and 10min drive to the central phuket.

excellent hotel, recommend you

Located off street into a small lane. Facade of hotel looks good but rooms are small and basic. Service is very basic. Supposed to be only 2 years old but rooms feels outdated. Guess not enough maintenance. Did not try the food as we drove out to known places in the old town to eat.

It was a great place to relax and take some rest

The hotel locates closed to Michelin Guide Restaurant, Room is tidy and cleanliness. I love the shower gel, smells good 👍🏻 Live Band Music during Dinner Time. Staffs very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Location I can get to many sightseeing Phuket from there ,approachable staffs and having service-minded . Plan to get there again in the future.
