The check-in process was easy and less than 5 mins. The front desk staffs are knowledgeable with their own procedures and helpful with questions from us. The airport shuttle services was brilliant as it helps the guest to have a seamless journey.

It was great to choice to stay here during long transit They have a free shuttle bus from /to airport Morning and night every 30min Afternoon every hour 10:45 they provide the free city tour bus to famous tour spot. That was super value. Room was clean and spacious. It was pity to stay here just half day. Great value for busy travelers

I choose it because i didnt want to bring heavy luggage to here n there. Staff are all kind. Didnt charge any extra even though i check out late.It was very convenient to having shuttle busses.

The hotel is very far from the airport terminal, it’s not a walkable distance. The shuttle bus is very inconvenient. But it’s okay to stay if you stay in abu dhabi.

Best choice for long transit flight I n Abu Dhabi with free shuttle bus from and to airport every half an hour

We were unable to make this stay due to a long flight delayed and missing our connecting flight, I explained all of that and they still did not give a refund, I’ve stayed at multiple premier inns around Europe and UK and every time we couldn’t make the reservation a refund or a change of date was offered. This hotel provided nothing even though they are an airport hotel so they should have some contingency. Money grabbers.

Great quality and fantastic staff. There's nothing to say about the hotel and the staff. The restoration staff was exceptional. All was super clean. Airport shuttle was delayed due to a technical issue. So make sure to tak the shuttle with enough time!

The hotel is clean and spacious, and went far above and beyond the Premier Inn service and amenities which are in the UK. The air conditioning worked as expected and the hotel met our needs for our connecting flight the following day. The free shuttle to the airport was straightforward however there aren’t any signs so head towards the local buses.

I stayed in this hotel in two different occasions and I have been very happy. The hotel has a free shuttle from the airport,terminal A (it takes just 10 mins)and another one that brings you to the mayor attractions of Abu Dhabi. The room was nice and clean,breakfast was excellent (buffet) and as a plus there is a swimming pool on the top floor to chill a bit before taking the connection flight. The staff is very nice too.I recommend this hotel!
