Our stay at Berjaya was pleasant. The room provided sufficient comfort and was clean. However, the rooms and entire property need serious upgrading. The staff was friendly and tried their best to attend to our needs and queries despite being very busy. A special shout-out to all the F&B staff who worked tirelessly meals after meals. The breakfast spread was good and sufficient despite the hotel being in full capacity. Overall, we felt our stay in Berjaya was good and value for money.

Awesome service ! Hospitality is top notch… We visited here for celebrating birthday.. although I have lots of thing in my mind while booking this resort… but when I stay there for 2 nights… So I started feeling that I should have stayed for 2 more days because one needs a full day just to enjoy the full area of this resort… I really Thankful to the entire team of the Pelangi beach resort.. and specially to the Mr. Arshad.. He Manages the entire birthday event.. and that was really awesome.. we really enjoyed the sunset beach dinner… the whole service was extraordinary and we are planning to visit again in the next season.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable – almost too big for a family of three! The service and dining were great, and the spa was excellent too. It was also super convenient to get to the St. Regis next door. Everything was good. My only regret, which led me to deduct 0.5 points, was a small misunderstanding during check-out and a calculation error that made us spend several tens of minutes just to check out.

We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Langkawi! The view of the marina and sea was beautiful, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a nice variety of choices. Just a small feedback — the door lock in our room wasn’t functioning properly, so it would be great if the hotel could look into that. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we’d be happy to come back again! 🌴🌅

had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Villa Langkawi from 15th to 19th September, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and direct beach access that made every morning feel like a tropical escape. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially loved waking up to the serene sounds of nature and enjoying my coffee on the balcony with a view of the pool and gardens. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or restaurant team, everyone made sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. The beach was stunning – clean, peaceful, and perfect for swimming or just lounging under the sun. Overall stay for 3 nights was acceptable. The staffs provided good and prompt service. Check-In was a very easy process. Overall cleanliness of room is considered acceptable, if you don’t mind that some areas in the bathroom with metal parts are rusty. Buffet breakfast was delightful. I like that they also have 2 restaurants available for in house dining.

Easy to park the car with a free onsite multistorey carpark linked to the hotel. Registration counter staff weren't the most friendly and gave cursory answers to our queries, but the gorgeous view more than made up for it. They play music at the pool bar that could be abit loud if you stay on the lower floors but they do switch it off after 10 or 11pm. Sheets aren't exactly the cleanest (spotting on the runner) and pool towels look like room towels that made for some confusion, but appreciated the laundry room and water dispenser with free powder detergent. Good water pressure. Bay view rooms face south so the light isn't blinding during sunrise or sunsets. Many food options in the shophouses opposite the hotel. Kitchen is bare ones but the microwave and fridge are definitely very functional. Clothes drying back also available. Pool is pretty clean. Breakfast buffet is pretty varied and quite delicious, with a live egg station available. Menu changes slightly everyday. Pretty good place to stay especially for the view.

The villa has one of the quiet and tranquil views of the sunset. It is suitable for couples to chill and relax. They are having a promotion for sunset steamboat and grill which is quite affordable as well. I love their spacious rooms and pool view. Just that the gym room is quite underwhelming and needs some maintenance. Other than that it is splendid.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Family Stay at Aloft Langkawi Pantai Tengah Just got back from a 4D3N family trip — we booked 2 king rooms and honestly, everything was superb! The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices, and we were so happy when our 2 daughters got to enjoy breakfast for free too. The hotel even gave us late checkout till 2 PM without us asking, and greeted us with a refreshing welcome drink that really hit the spot. They also have a nice kids’ activity room, so our kids had fun while we could relax a bit. Big shout-out to En. Fitri and Mr. Dylan for their excellent care and support — both super friendly and helpful from check-in till checkout. Overall, a really family-friendly hotel with great vibes and service. Highly recommend Aloft Pantai Tengah for anyone coming to Langkawi with family! 🙌
