The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. The breakfast was delicious, offering many local Tangshan specialties. The room was spacious, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It's super convenient, just about a ten-minute walk to Hetou Old Street 🤙(¯―¯٥)❤️. The deer were adorable; I brought three pounds of carrots, but it wasn't enough! Wishing Hetou Old Street and the Grand Metropark Hotel thriving business and prosperity! 🎉🎉🎉

For 253 yuan, a room like this is a great deal; the price-performance ratio is quite high. I can only say it's much better than the room I had at Bailu Hotel. The breakfast selection is also plentiful, and the hotel itself is quite impressive.

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it. 潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests. A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them. For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.

The hotel is located 15 minutes away from the east gate of Baishishan Mountain by car. The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. The room service responds promptly, and the indoor environment is good. There are many types of hot springs, clean water, rich breakfast varieties, complete children's facilities, the hot spring children's paddling pool is open, and the naughty castle facilities on the second floor are rich. Recommended for friends who are going to play near Baishishan.

This hotel in Thaiwoo Town is perfect for family ski trips. It has its own ski rental shop, allowing for ski-in/ski-out access, which is ideal for ski enthusiasts! The hotel also offers excellent dining options, hot springs, and the 'Thaiwoo Night' performances, which are incredibly diverse and entertaining. The service is exceptional, especially Richard at the front desk. He was so helpful and patient during check-in, explaining all the services and how to use them, and even sent detailed information via WeChat. He promptly resolved many of our issues through WeChat during our stay! I'll definitely be returning to Nanshanli Hotel and highly recommend it to everyone!

My stay at Tangyin Hot Spring Resort was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is superb, right next to the ski resort, making travel incredibly convenient, and self-parking was a breeze. The room was spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with excellent underfloor heating throughout and great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive; the front desk handled check-in efficiently, and any requests were promptly addressed with thoughtful attention to detail. The highlight was definitely the natural hot spring, sourced from 3600 meters underground, offering a full range of indoor and outdoor pools with comfortable water temperatures – perfect for unwinding after skiing, melting away all fatigue instantly. The dining was authentic and offered great value for money, and the surrounding amenities are comprehensive, with plenty of options for food, drink, and entertainment. The overall environment is elegant, facilities are complete, and the service is considerate, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

I visited Shijiazhuang during the Spring Festival holiday and chose a family room at this hotel, which I was extremely satisfied with. The room was spacious and clean, with complete family-friendly facilities, which my child loved. The room had a large-screen projector, smart voice control, and most importantly, it was very quiet, making it a great choice for people who have trouble sleeping. They also offer room service, and the food was quite delicious. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was the breakfast restaurant. With so many guests during the Spring Festival, the breakfast restaurant was pitifully small. The banquet hall next door was open on the first day but closed on the second, so there was practically no place to sit. It was quite awkward carrying my plate around. I hope they can improve on this.

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there.
