From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member greeted me with a genuine smile, proactively asking about my needs and patiently guiding me. Whether it was requesting an extra blanket late at night or asking for recommendations for local food, they were always incredibly patient. The hot springs, however, were truly the highlight of this trip. The water was crystal clear and perfectly warm. Soaking in it, all the fatigue from traveling instantly melted away as the steam rose, leaving me completely relaxed, both in body and mind. The attention to detail was excellent too; the changing rooms were clean and dry, and there were plenty of soft towels. Such thoughtful and meticulous service, combined with these incredibly therapeutic hot springs, truly makes this place worth a visit.

The room conditions were absolutely top-notch. The room type we booked was incredibly spacious, with a well-thought-out layout that never felt cramped. The decor was simple yet elegant, looking both clean and comfortable. The room was thoroughly cleaned; the floor was so spotless you could walk barefoot. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a truly peaceful sleep. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, making it convenient for washing and preventing dampness. Some room types even came with a private balcony, offering a stunning view of the ski slopes right from your window – waking up to that snowy scenery was incredibly therapeutic. Even more thoughtful, the room was equipped with a washing machine, which was super practical for washing wet ski suits, especially for guests staying multiple days. Every detail was meticulously considered. The location was its biggest advantage, making ski trips incredibly convenient! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Nanshanli ski rental hall. Once you're geared up, you can head straight to the No. 9 chairlift, essentially achieving a ski-in/ski-out experience. This means no more lugging heavy ski boards around, saving a ton of time and energy. Exploring the town center for dining, shopping, or catching the bonfire and fireworks show was also super easy. There's a shuttle bus near the hotel with frequent services, getting you there in just a few minutes. The surrounding area has plenty of restaurants and convenience stores, fully meeting all daily needs, perfectly balancing skiing convenience with everyday life. The front desk service was incredibly warm and welcoming, attentive and considerate throughout our stay. Check-in was very fast, and the staff were all smiles, proactively asking about our travel needs and patiently explaining the ski resort's layout, shuttle bus schedules, and even recommending high-value restaurants and activities nearby. Even first-time skiers could quickly get their bearings. Since we had a larger group, the front desk even proactively helped us upgrade our room type. When checking out, the staff readily offered to help carry our ski boards and luggage. Any questions or issues we had were promptly addressed and efficiently resolved. From pre-arrival information reminders to detailed services during our stay, the entire experience was incredibly pleasant.

The Tang Xiaozhu Metropark International Hotel is definitely the top choice for a vacation in Tangshan! As a national-style star-rated hotel, its location is superb, just a 5-minute drive from the highway exit and 3 minutes from Hetou Old Street. The room selection is extensive. The lake view rooms directly face Huifeng Lake and the Ferris wheel, offering sunset views comparable to Victoria Harbour. The family rooms are thoughtfully equipped with children's toys, baby toiletries, and anti-collision features. The dual bathroom design is incredibly convenient for families with kids. Complimentary in-room drinks, a wet-and-dry separated bathroom, and a bathtub truly elevate the quality. The facilities are comprehensive: natural hot springs transported from Zunhua, paired with salt and herbal steams; a clean children's water play area with vigilant safety officers; a soft play area and a kids' paradise that can keep children entertained all day. The Time Deer Garden in the backyard is incredibly therapeutic, with gentle deer that you can interact with, and popular photo spots that are perfect for social media. The afternoon tea at the lakeside lobby bar creates a wonderful ambiance. The dining is an even bigger surprise. The breakfast combines Western and Chinese options, with freshly made Tangshan specialties like Qizi biscuits, traditional lamb soup, and pickled cabbage steamed dumplings. The service details are incredibly heartwarming. Complimentary drinks are offered upon check-in, and an emergency treasure chest in the lobby provides essential items. They even thoughtfully provide welcome fruit and white fungus soup. The staff are patient and attentive, and may even offer free room upgrades. From helping with luggage to answering questions, their service is impeccable. Whether it's a family vacation, a trip with friends, or a small gathering, this place offers a one-stop experience for dining, lodging, entertainment, and relaxation. Staying here in Tangshan is absolutely the right choice!

Live: The room is clean and tidy, and the area is slightly smaller than other four-star standard rooms, but it does not affect the travel with the family. Next to the hotel, there will be a little vibration at night, but I can’t hear it when I fall asleep. Eat: Breakfast is not very friendly to people who have difficulty getting up early at 9 o'clock. When we arrive at the restaurant at 8:40, the remaining amount of dishes is very small, and the insulation measures are not very good. The restaurant is a bit cold. The food is basically cold when you get it on the table. Hot water and porridge are eaten throughout the process. There is a Yuehu restaurant in the hotel. The dishes taste very good. The big salmon in the reservoir are delicious and fat. The dried fried river shrimp is also delicious. Recommend it. The service staff are very friendly. Play: Hot springs, there are about 4 adult pools in the room and 1 child pool. There are two groups of pools outdoor. We prefer the outdoor ones. Although the temperature is cold, it is very comfortable to soak in it and the air is fresh. The pool, the heated pool is great~ the water is clean Overall it is good, it is worth coming again

The room was spotless, and the king-size bed was the biggest I've ever seen in a hotel – plenty of space even with a child. I originally booked a room in Building C, but most of the activities are in Building D. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helped me switch rooms. They even extended my check-out time because my high-speed train back was late. They were absolutely wonderful and accommodated every request! You can ski in and out directly from the hotel, which is perfect for families with kids. You can also book ski instructors right here, and they're fantastic. With skiing, hot springs, massages, entertainment, dining, and even bubble tea, everything you need is right here. We didn't even leave the hotel for two days with the little one. It was truly excellent, and I'll definitely be back!

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there. The hotel environment is very good, with ample parking spaces. The front desk lady Sally is professional and enthusiastic. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety and of good quality. The hotel is very close to the Tangquan Palace outdoor hot spring, a five-minute walk. It is very convenient. It is a perfect accommodation for a hot spring trip. Excellent choice, highly recommended👍👍

It was another pleasant weekend. It was very comfortable to sit on the small terrace, bask in the sun, drink tea and read books. The private hot springs and public venues have their own merits. There are also many choices of restaurants, and many parent-child activities have been added. The most important thing is that the service here is constantly improving. I am especially grateful to a manager named Li Dan for giving us high-quality service. From the guidance of the itinerary to the handling of details, we feel like home. The children are very happy. I am already looking forward to coming to Ruige again next time.

The hotel is close to the scenic area. You can take the scenic train to the foot of the Great Wall, climb the mountain or take the cable car. It takes more than an hour to climb the mountain. The hotel is in the style of a northern courtyard, with a large lobby, complete room facilities and good sanitary conditions. See the picture for the specific layout.
