I brought my child to He Tou Old Street and decided to stay here the night before, thinking we could enjoy the hotel's indoor water park. Upon arrival, I found out tickets needed to be purchased separately, which I thought was a good idea to manage crowds during peak times. It wasn't very busy, which was nice. However, I was told that even accompanying adults who aren't actively playing need to buy a ticket. I had already bought one ticket for an adult who was going in with my child, and I just wanted to step inside to take a couple of pictures without playing, but they insisted I buy a full ticket. Otherwise, I'd have to wait outside. I understand this rule, but it shouldn't be applied inconsistently. Later, another guest asked if they could go in to supervise their child for a bit, and they were allowed in directly. So, what was the point of me waiting outside like a rule-abiding citizen for so long? The staff training definitely isn't up to par. If a rule isn't applied equally to everyone, then it shouldn't be a rule at all!

The hotel is behind the metro station. The room was ok. The breakfast was also ok, not too many international options tho. The cleaning ladies forgot to leave us water and take out our trash for some days (we had to ask extra in the reception that they should please clean the room). They also forgot our welcome fruit 😕

Amazing hotel, just on the ski slopes very convinient. You can do ski-in, buy ski-pass and rent the equipment at the spot.
It was a bit hot in our room after check-in, so they gave us another room where temperature was more pleasant.
Good choice for breakfast and delicious food.
Spa is also great, with sauna, jacuzzi's even outdoor, and swimming pool...
All the staff very polite and at your service!
Thank you BENLIA Hotel, we had a great stay at yours 🙏

Very modern / new and confortable rooms - we got upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was very comfortable. Right by the ski slope ; 3 buildings you can reach through the parking lot or if the weather allows it from outside where you’ll find plenty of restaurants ; ski rental / gear rental services just right outside the ski lifts. In the room though no plates / cutlery / cooking tools but as we are in touch on WeChat with a very nice lady, I guess we could have asked for it.
潇湘 was helpful all along and would immediately reply to all our requests.
A coupon system to get access to the breakfast restaurant ; other coupons to get discounts to rent gears and buy ski cards (a bit complicated when you don’tread Chinese) but we did manage to use them.
For ski passes: note that if you buy 4 hours ski pass, it starts when you swipe your first ski lift but I think the équipement rental is for 24h so you might not have to give back your equipment every day. A bit of a hassle every morning to queue up for ski pass / equipment in the midst of CNY.
The hotel is located 15 minutes away from the east gate of Baishishan Mountain by car. The hotel service is very good, especially the supervisor Zhang Sheng, who handles emergencies promptly and patiently, and has a warm and thoughtful service attitude. The room service responds promptly, and the indoor environment is good. There are many types of hot springs, clean water, rich breakfast varieties, complete children's facilities, the hot spring children's paddling pool is open, and the naughty castle facilities on the second floor are rich. Recommended for friends who are going to play near Baishishan.

Taiwoo Nanshanli Hotel | The perfect ski-in/ski-out choice for family skiing.
This time, I took my child to Taiwoo for a skiing trip, and staying at Nanshanli Hotel truly elevated the experience. The convenience of ski-in/ski-out combined with incredibly thoughtful family-friendly amenities makes it an absolute top choice for family skiing. I highly recommend it with five stars!
The hotel's core advantage is the ultimate convenience for skiing. We stayed in Block D, where the exclusive ski equipment hall is right downstairs. Getting ski cards, renting equipment, and hiring instructors – everything is handled in one place, so you don't have to carry your skis around. Just outside the hall are the 9-person gondola and the magic carpet for beginners. Newbies can practice on the magic carpet area, and once they're proficient, they can take the gondola up the mountain. Even the intermediate slopes are very friendly, truly offering a 'slopes at your doorstep' experience. Guests also enjoy a 30% discount on ski passes, which is much more cost-effective than buying them elsewhere, making the value for money exceptional.
The family-friendliness also gets full marks. We chose a family room with a super large 2.4-meter bed and children's bunk beds, so even families with two children won't feel crowded. Some ground-floor rooms in Block C even have private courtyards, where you can step out onto the balcony and play in the snow – truly a snow-view room. The most delightful surprise was the 2000-square-meter Haisen Playground next to the ski equipment hall in Block D, equipped with rock climbing, slides, and other facilities. If the kids get tired from skiing or the weather is bad, they can easily spend half the day here. The 'Taiwoo Night' performance is held in the plaza right outside the hotel in the evening, making it super convenient to watch with kids without having to go far.
The service and amenities are meticulously thought out, so you don't have to worry about a thing. There's a wide variety of dining options, including buffet, BBQ, and hot pot within the hotel, as well as a choice of thirteen simple meals at Fengwei, so you won't eat the same thing for a week. If you don't want to go out, they also offer room service. The AB Hotel is right next door, and a two-minute walk brings even more dining choices. McDonald's in the town is also very close, and I recommend ordering ahead on the app during peak lunch hours. After skiing, you can relax in the hotel's hot springs; indoor and outdoor pools misting in the snowy landscape relieve muscle soreness while offering a unique winter romance.
Transportation is also very convenient. The resort shuttle bus departs on time, making it easy to get to other areas of the town or down the mountain. For those driving, there's free parking, and electric vehicle charging stations are available. My only minor suggestion is that the ski equipment hall and restaurants can get a bit crowded during peak hours, so it's advisable to visit during off-peak times.
Overall, Taiwoo Nanshanli Hotel perfectly balances skiing convenience, family comfort, and great value for money. Staying here, adults can enjoy skiing to their heart's content, and children can play freely. The next time I bring my child to Taiwoo, I will undoubtedly choose this hotel again!

Service, service, or service, the overall hardware of the hotel meets the positioning and standards of the hotel, even if it is an inconspicuous sound is JBL, unexpected, but the service, a star is given to the little girl who went out to pick us up, the rest of the service can basically be ignored, er, There is no service left. When we arrived, it was a little more than six o'clock. The front desk was off work. The check-in procedure was to give the room card and enter the room directly. I said that the front desk was off work. Is this in line with the regulations of the hotel and the public security system? I called me before and said that the hot spring was until 6:30. Later, I learned that the front desk was in a hurry to get off work, and I could understand how much the service of calling at noon after the reservation was completed. I didn’t understand how to go to you. Is it for the hot spring? If I go late, there will be no more, right? Later, the little girl who picked us up said that we had extended the hot spring water release time, the management was chaotic, the bad reviews, the restaurant was small and expensive, the things were justified, and the overall experience was not good. Negative Ratings!

Room and Hotel: Stayed during Chinese New Year, and while hotel prices throughout Chongli were sky-high, the service was on point. The hotel has its own dedicated parking, which was convenient. The room was a bit compact, but the bedding was comfortable, and the window insulation was excellent, leading to a great night's sleep. The hotel is located at a key intersection where the county road turns into Wanlong Road, with plenty of surrounding supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. Mont Fontaine Hotel is directly opposite, and it's only a 5-minute drive to Fulong Ski Resort.
Service: The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help.
Tangyin Hot Springs: If you plan to visit the hot spring area (indoor and outdoor), you'll need to bring your own swimwear in advance. If you're just going for a shower or sauna, it's not an issue.
Breakfast: The buffet truly lived up to its reputation – abundant, delicious, and authentic! The roasted sweet potatoes, Inner Mongolian milk tea, and lamb offal soup with noodles were all perfect 💯. They provided me with all the energy I needed for a day of skiing. The coffee machine and coffee could use some improvement, though.

The stay experience was very satisfactory, the hotel was conveniently located, and it was very convenient to travel and eat. The room was clean and tidy, the lighting and ventilation were very good, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was particularly stable. The bathroom facilities are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, check-in and check-out are very fast and efficient, and there are questions and inquiries and patient answers. The public area is clean and elegant, the environment is quiet and not noisy, and the overall price is very high. Whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is very suitable. The details are very careful. I will choose this one next time. I really recommend it to everyone.

Everything is so perfect staying at the unit. Mr Alan and team has been so kind and accomodating to my request, from helping to pick us up at train station during peak time, right throughout our stay, until we checked out. The unit is perfect, everything you need is available to use. Nothing has been more than grateful having him and his team assisting me and family during our stay there. Thank you again, and we really hope to come again.

HHaobaishaoI stayed here last winter when I came to soak in the hot springs. I was very satisfied with the private room last time. This time I wanted to go around, so I asked the front desk to help me get a room facing the sea. Wang Zeyu, the front desk, quickly arranged the room after hearing our needs. Thank you! It’s a good experience to walk on the wooden boardwalk by the sea. The water lilies in the park are so beautiful. Especially this week, I went to the vegetation near the seaside (behind the hot springs), where there are many locusts, and it is a good season for the fragrance of locust flowers. There are also tourists and fishing enthusiasts digging on the beach. This time I know how the sandworms were found. It’s always a fresh experience to stay in this hotel. I don’t know what fun and delicious things I will find next time.
GGuest UserThis was my first stay here. We had a 3-bedroom family suite, perfect for a family stay. It was spread over two floors, which was great, featuring 3 bathrooms and a walk-in closet on the second floor. The suite was spacious, with a living room and an open-plan kitchen, plus a fridge and a washing machine, which was very convenient. The facilities were a mix of new and old, but the overall environment was acceptable. However, there was a strong smell of dog urine in the hallway, and even running an air purifier didn't help.
Upon check-in, the hotel offered complimentary hot spring tickets or movie passes. We chose the hot springs, which were quite good, featuring both indoor and outdoor pools. It was relatively peaceful and not crowded.
Breakfast had limited options, but the noodles, rice vermicelli, and wontons were delicious. The only downside was that it didn't open until 7:30 AM.
The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to and from the station, which was quite convenient. However, it doesn't pick up/drop off right at the hotel entrance, but at the town entrance instead.
GG. Solo TravelerJ had a lovely stay at the Argyle resort and the fact that you just need to cross the parking lot to get to the Dongshan Bathing Spot is definitely amazing! There are some tourist attractions close by, but very far from historical sites.
The room was ok, but it looked different from the pictures. Probably a bit of mold on the wall or water damage, dirty windows, and a piece of the wardrobe door was broken. Not what I would expect at a resort.
The breakfast had so many options, but very few western choices, limited to sliced bread, butter and jam, yogurt, fruits and coffee. The coffee machine always had an issue, but the staff quickly came to fix it. During my stay there, everyday someone complained about the coffee maker.
One of the things that I found really nice is that every day they would bring or leave fruit in my room. But on the last day, I was sleeping, and someone came in. She did apologize, but it was weird having someone in your room while you’re there.
In terms of amenities, they have everything really! From shower cap to razors. And the blow dryer was really good!
Because it was golden week, the staff was overwhelmed with work (lots of guests and weddings) and they didn’t talk about the facilities - gym, pool, hot springs.

GGuest UserFacilities: The facilities are simply perfect
Hygiene: The whole park is very clean. You can see cleaners cleaning everywhere. The water park and hot springs are also cleaned every day
Environment: The park is very beautiful and relaxing. It is perfect for taking children to relax and play.
Service: The front desk lady (Feng Ting) was very careful when she received us. She explained every place in the park. Where to go, how to get there, and what car to take.
Summary: Yudao Ocean Resort is one of the best in Northeast China and North China. It is worth visiting better than Universal Studios.
CCandiceyuequqiIt was a good decision to stay at Senzeyuan. I read a lot of guides and they all said that hot spring hotels are too crowded, too humid, and too noisy. In fact, it is true. My child's eyes were inflamed, so I ordered eye drops to be delivered. The shuttle bus brought them to the front desk of the hotel. The service was very considerate, and they also gave me souvenirs before I left. To be honest, the beach experience was crowded and dirty. The water quality was not very good, and there were jellyfish everywhere. I was stung several times. But overall, it was a very happy family trip.
QQueenNatWooWe had a great time at the Holiday Inn Baoding. We arrived late in the evening. You know it’s a great trip when you have so much fun you forget to take photos. Checkin was a smooth process, there was a market store were you can get gifts, Lana is, drinks. Toiletries and etc. We received a free car wash that we used when we checked-out. It’s located on the property. The hot springs is located in another building that was a quick walk. This place is adult and kid friendly. Although you are in the middle of nowhere the city is just a quick drive. We did a little shopping at the shoe store. The room was comfortable and spacious. It’s great for families, our 13yr old son loved it.
