RockcatzxdWe traveled during the off-season for a three-day, two-night stay, and the entire experience was delightful. Nanshanli is located at the very end of the town, but there's a shuttle bus to town every 20 minutes, which gets you there in just a few minutes – very convenient. There are also free shuttle buses to and from the high-speed train station, offering a door-to-door service, which is incredibly handy. The hotel environment is excellent. We had a garden-view room, and we could see the deer below from our balcony. We stayed in building C, but it was very easy to get to building D as you could walk between them indoors. The hot springs are fantastic; there's a large indoor one and three smaller outdoor ones, all very relaxing. Our child absolutely loved the 'Hi-sen Squad' (Kids' Club) at the hotel, playing there for two consecutive days. The rock climbing and high-ropes course were quite challenging. All the staff we encountered were incredibly patient, earning a big thumbs up from us. Our child particularly liked the 'Hi-sen Squad' young man with glasses. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and tasted great. Our whole family was very satisfied with this trip! 👍 There were also so many recent flowers and butterflies in Thaiwoo, it was beautiful!

ChuaocianuositaWhat I liked most about this stay was front desk staff An Xiaorui. She greeted me with a warm smile as soon as I walked in, and her voice was gentle and polite. The check-in process was very quick, so I didn't have to wait long. She also thoroughly explained details about breakfast, the elevators, and local transportation. When I had questions later, she was incredibly patient and proactively helped coordinate my requests, showing genuine care throughout. Her professional and heartwarming service significantly enhanced my stay, and I absolutely have to give a special shout-out to An Xiaorui!

StannaThe location is good on the first line from the sea. The whole resort is divided into several hotels, and it was a surprise for us. This hotel building is right side if you facing the sea. We booked a room with a sea view, but its main part was a pool roof. The pool, which you can visit for free while staying in this hotel, is too small, shallow, and overcrowded by kids from the city. The room is small. The bedding was clean, and all amenities were OK. Breakfast in the other building is not too bad, but it is necessary to come early because dishes are not addressed. The price of the proposed room and service is too high.

Guest UserTaiwoo really stepped up their game this year! They've added a dedicated hotel lounge on the second floor of the 4-chair lift equipment hall, plus there's the 'Little Donkey Paradise' and the 'Mini Donkey' near the 4-chair lift. Free parking and discounted ski passes make it perfect for family trips (as long as it's not too windy!).
I always book either Pasture Hotel or Xue Lu Ju; the rooms are practically identical. The living room is great if you want to bring a hot pot for a cozy meal, and both hotels have hot springs – amazing!
This time, I booked a two-bedroom unit, which was very spacious. The only downsides were that one of the shower drains was completely clogged, forcing me to rush through a five-minute shower with water pooling around my feet. Also, one sink didn't have a soap dish, and the water was a bit cloudy.
The room wasn't very warm overall; we had to rely on both the AC and heater. Even with a humidifier running, it was incredibly dry, but that seems to be a common issue in Chongli, and there's no real solution for it.
Overall, I'd recommend it for families with kids.

Olivia....
Where do I even start. This is where one stays when they're looking for relaxation, resetting and mind clarity after months of facing life challenges. The sea view is just out of this world. The soft and sweet scent as you walk into the hotel is just what I needed after a long journey. I always travel with my laptop and I really liked the fact that I could easily connect it to the TV using the hdmi cable. The service is perfect.

LiuxiaobaodelvxingrijiOverall, how was it? The hotel's environment and surrounding amenities are great; you could easily spend two days here without leaving. The overall service is hard to rate because with so many people, some services were excellent, while others weren't. But what I absolutely couldn't stand was the windowless room... It was unbelievable. My rhinitis flared up; there was a strange smell when I walked in. Turning on the air conditioning helped a bit... But every time I went out and got some fresh air... then came back into the room... it was pure torture. Good thing I only stayed one night... I suggest the hotel removes this room type. The experience was truly awful. Everything else was good, and I'd go back again, but I definitely wouldn't book that room type again; it was just too much.....

MLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October.
I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

Guest UserRoom:
Cleanliness: Clean.
Environment: Great. It's very close to Liuzhuang Night Market. Not far from Liuzhuang Night Market, there's a Halal restaurant where we had breakfast every day. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, and the hotel's location is not far from Laohushi Park.

JingmitianchengThis stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel has a grand atmosphere, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The room layout was well-designed and cozy. In the hot spring area, you can choose from herbal baths, which was a fantastic experience. After a good scrub and soak, I felt completely relaxed and all my fatigue melted away. The breakfast spread was very rich, with a wide variety of dishes and generous portions, easily comparable to many high-star hotels, offering both Western and Chinese options. The hotel staff are clearly well-trained, even exceeding the service at many brand-name chain hotels – they were polite and attentive. The value for money is exceptional. It's truly the top choice for a relaxing vacation with great food, accommodation, and activities. Very convenient and a wonderful experience overall. I'll definitely be a regular!

YuanxiaobaobaoddWe stayed in a spacious double room in the office building, decorated in a slightly old-fashioned style. Although there was no private hot spring, there was a bathtub. Watching the New Year's Eve gala on TV as a family was quite pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly plentiful; the pancakes were good. There was fruit, cold dishes, stir-fries, and various staple foods. The coffee was instant.
Agricultural Park Mini-Pass (Unlimited Entry and Exit): This was excellent; we strolled around. The pass inside was 55 yuan, and we played in the snow world and bumper cars, which was well worth it.
Double Hot Spring Resort: This was my second visit. It was too crowded and rather old. The price-performance ratio was acceptable.
