Parkfleet Hotel

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very polite. It was so cold that I ate many meals at the hotel restaurant. The portions were generous, and the food tasted good. The lamb spine pot even came with mango juice. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and tasted great too. The hotel has its own ski equipment hall with instructors available for booking. The first-floor restaurant provides direct access, allowing for ski-in/ski-out convenience, which is very handy in -20 degree weather. Overall, it was excellent!

Lisa was absolutely amazing and incredibly thoughtful! The Thaiwoo Town Pastun Hotel is truly a hidden gem for ski accommodation. Being a ski-in/ski-out hotel right in the town, the ground floor is directly connected to the ski hall, offering one-stop ski rental and storage. You can literally step out the door, put on your skis, and hit the slopes – a dream come true for any ski enthusiast. Our room was spacious and spotless, with underfloor heating and a humidifier making it super comfortable. The observation balcony offered stunning views directly facing the snow-capped mountains and cable cars. Waking up to a snowy landscape and enjoying the spectacular 'iron flower' fireworks show at night was simply incredible. The hotel amenities are exceptionally thoughtful, including complimentary transfers to and from Taizicheng High-Speed Rail Station, underground parking, and even a hot spring bath. After a day on the slopes, a soak in the hot spring melts away all your fatigue. Breakfast offers a rich variety, with freshly made dishes that taste fantastic. Both the restaurant and front desk staff were warm, meticulous, and always ready to help. The apartment-style design even includes a washing machine and dryer, making it perfect for families or groups traveling together. From the facilities to the service, there's absolutely nothing to fault. Staying here when you come to Thaiwoo for skiing is an absolute no-brainer!

The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are comprehensive, with ski-in/ski-out access. The hotel also has its own hot spring, which is amazing after a day of skiing! There's underground parking with direct access to the building, which is a lifesaver, otherwise, you'd freeze.

Every time I come to Thaiwoo, I stay at The Paston. The rooms are well-maintained and very clean, making it feel just like home – super comfortable. They even gave me a free upgrade, and the service was excellent. They were always willing to help, very gentle and kind. The breakfast was good too, and there's a hot spring you can soak in. It's a very comfortable hotel to stay at.

Downsides: The front desk staff seemed untrained. They didn't proactively inform us about the shuttle bus, so walking to the Little Donkey Park was exhausting. Plus, the tickets they gave us for the park didn't include children (seriously, do adults go to Little Donkey Park alone?). The second instance that showed the front desk's lack of training was when my child had a high fever at night. I called to ask if they had a thermometer, and she said no. I then asked where in the town I could buy medicine, and again, she said no! She said no! On the day I left, I actually saw a [Jingle Smart Pharmacy] right next to KFC, so what's the point of such fake service? This supposed family-friendly hotel is not at all child-friendly. Upsides: The room was exactly as pictured – a one-bedroom suite, and all windows faced the street, so there wasn't much of a view. The hygiene was excellent, and the heating was very strong (too strong, actually, so it was quite dry). They can also help receive packages!
