The room was spacious and grand, and the bed was huge. The ladder to the top bunk was especially wide, the best I've seen in any hostel. The staff were warm and generous, always ready to answer questions, and the location was convenient for getting around. My only regret is that guests aren't allowed to cook for themselves, as the basement facilities are fully equipped but not open to visitors.

Location: An 8-minute walk from the train station, but might take 15 minutes if you're dragging luggage.
Room: The 6-bed dorm is very spacious, not cramped at all. During the off-season, it wasn't full, with only 2-3 people per night, so it was very quiet.
Service: The staff (young lady) was very nice. They offered a complimentary drink upon check-in and free pasta in the evening. The atmosphere in the evenings was particularly great.

Facilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy.
Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there.
Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out.
Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily.
Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.
Cleanliness: Bed linen provided are average, bed sheet have small holes on it.
Location: Right next to the nearest train station, very convenient if you take trains.
Service: Self-service check in, but staff are friendly and keen to help.
Ammenities: Each bedspace has a USB Type A and Type C power outlet but they SUCK. Power outlets are very limited and are located in inconvenient positions. The lockers are typical a&o ones, noisy and poorly designed, as you need to pull out the entire drawer before opening it, with wide gaps. Also, don't open the windows or you'll be disturbed by mosquitoes all night.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, so I was very satisfied overall.
The staff can speak English, and there is a coin laundry in the basement.

The front desk staff were super friendly and even said 'thank you' in Chinese, which was a nice touch. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was already made up, which was really convenient. There was plenty of hot water, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was easy to walk over in the evening. The air conditioning worked great, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the street. Overall, though, the price was amazing – really great value for money!
The hostel is in the middle of nothing, only birds can be heard! The cleaning of the rooms and bathrooms is exemplary. The lady who manages the hostel is very kind and available.
What to say? Quick quality price top!! Very positive experience, to recommend, we will surely return.

The hotel service was good, though the facilities were a bit dated. The space was quite large, and there's a bar downstairs, which makes for a lively nightlife. They also have a self-service kitchen where you can cook pasta for free, which I really enjoyed. Overall, it's a hostel I liked a lot.

MM.MassaThe location is fantastic, right next to the train station and within walking distance of the Duomo. The free bread, pasta, juice, and milk were a great help. The bathroom was clean and the best dormitory I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it.

GGalaxia_There are many delicious restaurants nearby, the Medici Chapel is just outside the door, the location is very convenient, and the train station is also within walking distance. The staff are also very friendly and will help you proactively. Just be careful to make sure you have a way to call the staff if you arrive too late, otherwise you may not be able to get in. The environment is very good and clean. I highly recommend it.
AAnnie nguyen 0909The room was clean and comfortable, with good service. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was really convenient. Overall, a pleasant stay in Florence
