MirageTimeCheck-in is done at the machine at the front desk. If you booked through Trip, you'll receive a check-in email a few days before your arrival; your booking number will be in the email. After getting your room key, pick up your bedding (sheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover) at the front desk, and then make your bed yourself. The room and bathroom are quite nice. Each bed has a metal locker for luggage; you'll need to bring your own lock. Towels are available for rent for €1.99, payable at the front desk. The location isn't at Florence's main train station, but it's only one stop (8 minutes) get the train, hostel just across the street from the train station. It's about a 30-minute walk to the cathedral.

ModouletianFacilities: I was quite surprised by how large this hotel is; it has two buildings, a pool, and a gym. However, it's essentially set up like a youth hostel. The room had a balcony, but it was connected to the adjacent room, which meant a lack of privacy.
Environment: It's located by a road, with a bar across the street that stays open quite late. It can get a bit noisy with young people gathering there.
Service: Check-in is after 3 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. You can't check in early if it's outside these hours, and there's a charge of 3 euros per piece if you want to store your luggage after check-out.
Cleanliness: Generally acceptable! It was cleaned daily.
Florence isn't a large city, so most places are within walking distance. It's very close to the Central Market, which is convenient for grabbing a bite to eat.

Apex08The staff were quick to respond and resolve the issue with the towels, which I really appreciated. The cleaners were friendly, and the reception and bar staff were approachable and easy to talk to.
The hotel offers plenty of amenities. The rooftop pool has a great view and is a perfect spot to relax and take in Florence.
I also liked that they host a pasta night every evening. It’s especially convenient when you’re tired from a day of touring and just want to stay in and relax.

The location is quite convenient as well, about a 17-minute walk to the Duomo, and just a few steps from Redi Station. Like 1-2 min walk.
Breakfast is à la carte. I wouldn’t recommend including it in your stay if you’re there for more than three nights, as the menu doesn’t offer much variety.
The place has a social, student-friendly vibe. However, if you’re looking for a quiet stay with minimal foot traffic and more privacy, you might want to consider other options.

None sighted 1Great location, round the corner from the main train station Pisa. II had scrambled eggs for breakfast value for money. Cans of coke and other drinks were €2.50. The rooms are more then basic, they are clean. I had a problem with the bed I had, it had a bar right a cross the bed. I didn't approached the reception till that afternoon and they wouldn't change it. So I stayed somewhere else. Great outdoor area, it had a big screen for the football, Columbia and Switzerland were playing. Good game.

This hostel completely exceeded my expectations for its price point. It's located in a monastery, which you can actually visit, and they offer a free breakfast of coffee and a croissant. The location is super convenient, close to both the train station and major attractions, making it perfect for backpackers like me. The only downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms isn't great.

The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, truly outstanding. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were excellent, and the hairdryer was pretty powerful. This Ostello Bello's bar being connected to the accommodation can get a bit noisy, but they provide earplugs which helps. I stayed right above the bar, and while there was some noise, it wasn't too disruptive. And even though there weren't curtains on the beds, it was still fine.

JangusFirst of all, unbeatable price and location. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who showed me the amenities and to my room. On the next day, there was another receptionist who was equally as helpful. She took the initiative to recommend as many sights, food, and even the oldest pharmacy in the world (circa 1221). I have attached what she highlighted to me.
If you’re a no-frills traveler who needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay, this is what you’ll be looking for.
One tip when locating the hostel, don’t expect a large sign; instead it has a nondescript door with other tenants on other floors.

ZhixingderenThe room was spacious and grand, and the bed was huge. The ladder to the top bunk was especially wide, the best I've seen in any hostel. The staff were warm and generous, always ready to answer questions, and the location was convenient for getting around. My only regret is that guests aren't allowed to cook for themselves, as the basement facilities are fully equipped but not open to visitors.

Guest UserI booked this on my way to Florence. It's a beautiful and convenient place to stay with all facilities. Elio , Matteo and everyone at the reception has been very kind and helpful. Elio moved me from mix dorm to Girl dorm. Very kind. You can have coffee and cook your own meal. You can store your luggage and roam around after checkout. They help you with recommendations. Overall I had a very warming experience. I wish to come back again. Bathroom and bed was very clean & made up everyday. Absolutely worth the money and more than that the staff was really good. Only they don't have lift but hey you can climb. ✨

Anonymous UserThe location of the hotel is decent — it’s close to a bus stop, which makes getting around fairly convenient. However, it takes about 20 minutes by bus to reach the city center. One of the highlights is the lovely courtyard outside, which is a nice place to relax. The room I stayed in was generally fine, but the privacy could be better — it felt a bit exposed at times. That said, the cleanliness was well-maintained, with regular housekeeping. Overall, it was an okay stay.
