I didn’t have any experience to book hostel. It was recommended by a freind. I had a very peaceful stay there. Though I booked in 8 people’s dormitory room but the room and beds were much more comfortable and better than most of hotels I booked previously. Hostel is very tidy and clean. Rooms are spacious, toilets and shower areas are good. Staff is cooperative and speaks English. Location is good, near to local markets and MTR and busses are accessible. For families I would I highly recommend this place because the staff’s attitude towards kids is nice and kids can easily roam around in that place.

Absolutely amazing hotel — one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time! The service here is truly exceptional and goes far beyond my expectations. It’s not just about breakfast; they also provide complimentary late-night snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch after a long day out. What impressed me most is how attentive and guest-focused the staff are. Housekeeping service is available until midnight, which is incredibly convenient and something you rarely find elsewhere. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The gym is modern, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The laundry service is another highlight — it’s practically effortless because the staff help take care of everything, making the whole experience feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. If you’re visiting Shenzhen, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Outstanding service, excellent facilities, great food, a relaxing environment, and attention to detail that truly sets it apart. The hostel is centrally located, easy to find, and close to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. There are many shops and products nearby, offering a wide selection, and late-night food options are also very convenient. The hostel rooms are spacious, and each bed has a blackout curtain and an independent charging device. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The common area is large and equipped with cooking utensils. The reception service is excellent, highly recommended!

Receptionists can speak and understand English perfectly and I had no stress during my stay. They kept my baggage after I checked out until midnight, so I enjoyed sightseeing without heavy bag. No shampoo/ conditioner/ soap, but they have free coffee and tea service. I think it is good enough. The building location is not so bad, good access to Victoria Peak and the airport by taking a bus without transit.

I had a pleasant, quiet, and comfortable stay for two nights. The owner was kind to let me check in early and got me acquainted with the interesting spaces within the hostel. The amenities nearby served me well - ＜10 mins walk to the nearest train station, a supermarket across the road, and some eateries. Highly recommended for solo and/or female travellers.

This hostel is super convenient, located right in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just exit A1 from the MTR and cross the road, and you're there! I stayed in room 1302 of Haiphong Mansion. The owner who checked me in was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. On the first day, she arranged for us to stay on the 9th floor in an 8-person room. The beds were clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong.

I mean you get everything whatever you’re paying for location is spot on and also Jenson on reception such a helping guy he assisted me a lot he always there whenever you need him with a great smile on his face and helping attitude.

You can see the entire Victoria Harbour night view without any obstructions, and it's so quiet and peaceful – perfect for enjoying life! Service: There's a free kitchen available for cooking.

Room Condition: This is a typical Hong Kong capsule hostel, compact but fully equipped. The bunk beds are clean and tidy, and the bedding is odorless. Ventilation and natural light from the window are decent. Facilities & Services: Basic accommodation facilities are complete, meeting the needs for an overnight stay and rest. The public areas are well-maintained. Ideal for budget-conscious backpackers or students on short stays, and travelers who prioritize location over luxurious accommodation.
