Suraj was very helpful in responding to messages. Lesson learned, if you have any issues, escalate and contact Suraj. Suraj is the owner. After hours (after 7pm) it is essential to contact Suraj, as the reception is unavailable, and the chat is unresponsive. I didn’t have any experience to book hostel. It was recommended by a freind. I had a very peaceful stay there. Though I booked in 8 people’s dormitory room but the room and beds were much more comfortable and better than most of hotels I booked previously. Hostel is very tidy and clean. Rooms are spacious, toilets and shower areas are good. Staff is cooperative and speaks English. Location is good, near to local markets and MTR and busses are accessible. For families I would I highly recommend this place because the staff’s attitude towards kids is nice and kids can easily roam around in that place.

Absolutely amazing hotel — one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time! The service here is truly exceptional and goes far beyond my expectations. It’s not just about breakfast; they also provide complimentary late-night snacks, which is such a thoughtful touch after a long day out. What impressed me most is how attentive and guest-focused the staff are. Housekeeping service is available until midnight, which is incredibly convenient and something you rarely find elsewhere. Every staff member I met was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The gym is modern, clean, and well-equipped, making it easy to keep up with workouts while traveling. The laundry service is another highlight — it’s practically effortless because the staff help take care of everything, making the whole experience feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The hotel itself is peaceful, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. If you’re visiting Shenzhen, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Outstanding service, excellent facilities, great food, a relaxing environment, and attention to detail that truly sets it apart. I would happily stay here again and would give it 10/10 without hesitation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The hostel is centrally located, easy to find, and close to Yau Ma Tei MTR station. There are many shops and products nearby, offering a wide selection, and late-night food options are also very convenient. The hostel rooms are spacious, and each bed has a blackout curtain and an independent charging device. The bathroom has plenty of hot water, and shower gel and shampoo are provided. The common area is large and equipped with cooking utensils. The reception service is excellent, highly recommended!

Receptionists can speak and understand English perfectly and I had no stress during my stay. They kept my baggage after I checked out until midnight, so I enjoyed sightseeing without heavy bag. No shampoo/ conditioner/ soap, but they have free coffee and tea service. I think it is good enough. The building location is not so bad, good access to Victoria Peak and the airport by taking a bus without transit.

I had a pleasant, quiet, and comfortable stay for two nights. The owner was kind to let me check in early and got me acquainted with the interesting spaces within the hostel. The amenities nearby served me well - <10 mins walk to the nearest train station, a supermarket across the road, and some eateries. Highly recommended for solo and/or female travellers.

This hostel is super convenient, located right in Tsim Sha Tsui. Just exit A1 from the MTR and cross the road, and you're there! I stayed in room 1302 of Haiphong Mansion. The owner who checked me in was incredibly kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. On the first day, she arranged for us to stay on the 9th floor in an 8-person room. The beds were clean, and the bedding was comfortable. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when visiting Hong Kong.

Location & Transport: Situated in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, it boasts convenient transportation and mature surrounding amenities, making it easy to get around and find food. Room Condition: This is a typical Hong Kong capsule hostel, compact but fully equipped. The bunk beds are clean and tidy, and the bedding is odorless. Ventilation and natural light from the window are decent. Facilities & Services: Basic accommodation facilities are complete, meeting the needs for an overnight stay and rest. The public areas are well-maintained. Ideal for budget-conscious backpackers or students on short stays, and travelers who prioritize location over luxurious accommodation.

NNomijI am writing this based on my experience. We all have different opinions, and satisfactions. So overall for me is a 10/10 experience, its near at the mtr, busses and taxi’s. Also, a place comfy enough to sleep with. On our 8 days and 7 nights experience, we never encounter any difficulties or problems. The Aircon (AC), heater, lights, and flush are working. If you are going on a vacation here at HK, and looking for a place that is comfortable to sleep with. Few walks, from the hostel to MTR station, and your destination. Its also, near at K11 Mall, and victoria harbour which make this hostel a good option. And also, the fist day, we noticed the notes and its kinda witty, and we loved it 😂. It doesn’t matter to us, what our hostel looks like, as long as it was nice and comfortable to stay with. Note: If you didn’t receive and towels, you’re out of plastics, tissue. DON’T hesitate to message them (they are nice and friendly) and ask for it. If i’ll go back again, I’ll probably choose this hostel! I’m writing this right while riding the bus, and some of you may not care. Anyways, the date is April 30, 2026. Very Recent. Good price, good experience. ❤️

MMax_Nicole_When I booked I didn't knew it was in the Chungking Mansion. Its know as the ghetto. Let's start with the good thing. It has a great location, close to everything. The problem is that Chungking mansion is a massive appartement complex and has a streetmarket down. It is really unsafe according to fire safety. Everything has dust and I got really claustrophobic. The first night I didn't sleep cause I was scared of getting trapped in case of a fire. The cover of the bed was really dirty and had body liquid stains and fungus. So I end up sleeping under my disposable towel. I would have really want to go to another appartement, but I already paid really much money and a better place would have even cost way more money.

GGuest UserI was really skeptical about staying at this budget hotel but it surpassed expectations. This was a booking made at the last minute as the other hotels we usually stay at were very very expensive on that particular night. Be prepared for really tiny rooms and a miniscule bathroom. Between the room door and the bed there was no space to lay down and open a standard 24” suitcase. Had to place my suitcase on the bed to be able to open it. If I stretched my arms out at 90 degrees I could touch both walls of the bathroom - it's a tiny square with just enough space to stand in one place and shower with the toilet and sink right in front of your body. The shower head was actually placed right above the toilet which was a first for me but if you are not too fussy it's manageable. You don't get any bath, face or hand towels - it's all one time use disposable stuff made from non-woven fibers - again a first for me in a hotel. But having said that it was still decent value for money. I paid less than half of what I would have paid at one of the hotels I regularly stay at. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. When I returned to collect my bag they just looked up and pointed straight at my bag amongst a pile of suitcases without any luggage ticket. Location is outstanding - in the heart of TST with the MTR station just across the road - very very convenient.

CCorinne18We were very happy with our stay at the Hygge hotel. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station and it was easy to explore the city. Our room was very small, only 9 square meters with no wardrobes so it was a bit crowded for 2 people and a bit annoying but we only stayed 2 nights so it was tolerable. The big positive side for us was the shower !!!! We realised that it is very difficult to find an accommodation with a decent price in Hong Kong with separate shower so this was a big plus for us. The room although very small, had a nice view and we could see the tall buildings and there night show. Moreover the hotel offers complimentary unlimited water, tea and coffee and the staff are very friendly and nice.

GGuest UserThis building is located above a large mobile phone store. The housekeeping staff communicate via mobile phone or WeChat, as there's no physical front desk; they provide the password for the keyless entry remotely. The room is standardly compact but has everything you need. You can leave your luggage here, and most guests are Chinese.

GGuest UserIt’s a shame as it could be a good place it’s got the makings but needs some attention..The worst thing is they need new mattresses in the pods as there about 2cm thick it’s like sleeping on the floor I was waking up every night having to move as I was in a bit of pain and there was cock roaches coming out of the fridge as it needed a clean Also the toilet paper needs more in every day as it was running out daily. Also the aircon was leaking next to my pod I sent them a message to turn it off as it was not that hot when I was there ans they had it in the other rooms so you could of left the door open or  better still get it fixed as I was there for 4 day and nothing I would not stay again but if them issues was taken care of I would as it’s not a bad place.

GGuest UserThe room was comfortable, very clean, and although small, it felt quite new. The shower gel and shampoo were excellent and smelled great; my hair felt lovely and bouncy after washing. A standout feature was that I didn't need a travel adapter to charge my phone, which was really convenient. They also provided a hot and cold water dispenser, and when we bought instant noodles back one evening, the front desk even supplied chopsticks. You can tell the owner pays great attention to detail. The location is superb! We took the high-speed rail from Futian, Shenzhen, to West Kowloon, and it was just a 20-minute walk along Canton Road, passing shops along the way. In the evening, it was also a short walk to Victoria Harbour and the Avenue of Stars, which we really appreciated. The staff were very thoughtful, recommending local eateries, and they stored our luggage after check-out. On the day we checked in, my family wasn't feeling well, and the gentleman at the front desk specially went out to buy medicine for us, which we were very grateful for. Our stay in Hong Kong was excellent, and we had a wonderful trip.
