I love this One Dundas serviced apartment — this is actually my second time booking the same place! This time, I requested a bigger room, and it was even better than I expected. The moment I walked in, I didn’t even feel like going out shopping — the air conditioning was excellent, and the room had everything I needed. There’s a nice kitchen with a stove, a large refrigerator, and an open bar where I could enjoy breakfast. The living room was cozy with a TV and beautiful city views. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The cleaner was so friendly — they refilled refreshing sparkling water every day and even took care of the trash regularly. The location is super convenient — easy to get to anywhere! Next time I go back to Hong Kong, I’ll definitely rebook this serviced apartment. Honestly, it feels even better than staying in a 5-star hotel. It’s warm, welcoming, and truly feels like home. Highly recommend!

The owner pays attention to communication and the house is clean and spacious. I have four people in my family, two elderly people sleep in two bedrooms, and the rest sleep in the single bed and sofa in the lobby. The space in Hong Kong is very rich. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes walk to Victoria Bay. Recommended, stay here next time.

I took the children back to Hong Kong to visit relatives during the summer vacation and stayed in the Prince's Apartment for a month. I felt very satisfied. The location is super convenient, near the subway station and the bus station, the access is completely not worried; nearby restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls are available, and it is convenient to buy food every day. The room was big enough and clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and courteous and willing to assist. Overall, it is highly recommended!

Advantages: 1. Good location, central area of Central, suitable for business people, convenient transportation, 10 minutes walk to Central Metro, Airport Express Hong Kong Station. There are many restaurants nearby, breakfast and dinner can be solved nearby. 2. The room is large. Compared with many Hong Kong hotels at the same price, this area is very large, about 25-40 square meters. 3. This is a hotel-style apartment with kitchen tools, similar to a home. 4. The design style is distinctive and suitable for young people.

The room was clean, the details were well done, and the taste was good! Overall cost-effective, no thunder. There are aromas and fragrances, the tower fragrance is so like The bath water is very big, which is fine. Finally, it is very close to Hongshengye Beach and convenient to play in the water.

Had a great stay at V Wanchai Serviced Apartments. Even though I arrived a bit late for check-in, they waited for me and I was able to get into my room without any problems. The room was spacious, clean and had all amenities needed for a 2 weeks stay, including a little kitchen. The daily cleaning was great, and the overall service was fantastic. Special thanks to George at this point! The accommodation does not have a pool or a gym, but with the promenade, a public pool, a climbing gym and some hiking trails nearby, there are enough opportunities for a little exercise. The location is fantastic, close to the exhibition center and Wan Chai, there are many restaurants around.

I must say I m impressed with this Service Apartment! Excellent Location as it’s 2 Mins walk to Sogo Causeway Bay which is prime district! The Reception is polite and courteous, and check in is quick! We are surprised to even received a complimentary goodie bag from the Service Apartment! All amenities provided! Phillip Hairdryer, Toothbrush, Pots & Pans, Spoons & Fork, Bowls & Plates, Tea Cups and even the Stove is Miele and Fridge is huge! Iron & Ironing Board, Hotel Slippers and Bath Towels are provided ! Perfect for quick drop over to City Area ! thumbs up👍👍

On the second floor of the small commercial building (that is, 㓥 room), when I went, the door was closed, the doorbell was not answered, and the corridor was stuffy and hot. I waited for 20 minutes. Ctrip customer service was unprofessional and asked me to go to the front desk (where to come to the front desk in a guest house with a few single rooms in the room). The facilities inside are new and clean, there is no sound insulation at all, it is okay to stay for a few hours of sleep (after that, I found the same quality on Ag*** is half cheaper than here!

Block D of Huayuan Building, there are quite a lot of elderly people, and it feels quite safe; the location is not super good, the surrounding restaurants, subway stations, pharmacies, and malls are all very close; the map shows that it is a ten-minute walk from Temple Street, and it is just right to go shopping at night; Although the room is small, it has all the items, enough toilet paper towels, night light, mosquito repellent, hair dryer, etc.; the room is very clean, there are no bugs or mosquitoes, and the cleaning is very clean; the service lady is also very nice, and the air conditioner has enough wind, but I don't like to use the air conditioner, and I try not to open the windows in the room. Hong Kong is very hot and humid these days. If I have a fever, I checked out one day earlier, and I contacted Ctrip to solve it quickly. There are also disadvantages: the building is being renovated in the past few days, and there are loud decoration sounds when resting in the room during the day; the elevator room in the building is very small, and you have to wait for a long time each time; generally speaking, it is recommended, it is very convenient to transfer for a day or two.

This hostel, which is labeled ”cohabitation space”, is actually a youth hostel. The room is super small and there is basically no space to move around. You have to flash left and right to avoid the bathroom when you put the suitcase. The shower room is very narrow. The worst thing is that there is no hot water the night before check-out, there is no phone in the room to inform the front desk, and there is no phone to contact the staff on duty on the Internet. Unless ”you” are willing to go to the first floor to find security guards in this case. Really, if you have something, ask for blessings, there is no way to ask for help. Only hard scalp with cold water shower. The whole hostel has a faint smell, like the smell of a ditch... The only advantage is the location.
