"Facilities: In winter, I don't know if it is heating or air conditioning. The whole room is very warm as soon as I enter it! There is a new four-piece bed set, you need to put it on yourself, it feels very clean. It is enough to cover the thin quilt of the bed at night. There is a water heater to take a bath, slippers, and disposable items seem to need to buy by yourself. I brought my own and it was useless.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and the bedding was clean, which I was very satisfied with. The only downside was that parking was only allowed on the sidewalk, and not in front of the hotel; you had to park in front of someone else's house, which made me a little uneasy. Overall, it was pretty good.

There's no stuff there so I had to ask for help to a guy just walking through the street to get in as I needed a code and they weren't answering me throw the app, tried to call them but hunged up when I talked in English.. but a part from that everything was good!

SSuishichuzouAlthough the room is not big, the bathroom is very convenient in the room. The lady boss is super nice and handles all problems immediately. If there are mosquitoes, they will provide electronic mosquito coils immediately, and if you need a hair dryer, they will be provided immediately!
In Datong Ancient Town, it is very convenient to go to many attractions. The ancient city itself does not charge extra fees. Only the larger attractions will charge additional tickets. It is very convenient to eat/shopping. However, you cannot rent bicycles in the ancient city. It’s particularly interesting to communicate with other bedmates and get first-hand information.
In particular, there is a shaved noodle shop on the second floor that is particularly delicious! The first floor is a Hanfu rental shop!

CCurt 常鹰This is a pretty basic hotel, as one would expect for the price. But the location is very decent, not far at all from the old city, facing the river, and surrounded by bbq restaurants.
Check in was pretty easy, which is not always a given when you're a foreigner staying at a cheap hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
I have to mark it down for the large stain on the bedroom wall, however. And the windows are very thin. My room backed on to a square with people playing games and chatting from the early hours of the morning, and there was no relief from the sound.
My bathroom also had an odd corridor to nowhere. Not a complaint, just a little odd!

To be honest, Taiyuan's traffic is not convenient, but if you go to an attraction, the map is not far away, it takes 40 or 50 minutes to check the bus. Fortunately, it is convenient to share a bicycle. I bought a bicycle card and rode a few cents per time.
Many snacks downstairs in the hotel are good. It is also very close to Causeway Bay Night Market. If you walk once, it is too lively, food paradise. Going to Bell and Drum Tower Street is also a walk away. Very convenient place.
