GGuest UserI originally booked a garden-view room, but the front desk upgraded me to an 85-square-meter supreme sea-view room for less than 300 a night – incredible value for money! While the facilities aren't brand new, the room was spotless, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom very well-kept. The highlight is definitely the sea view! Being on a high floor, there's nothing obstructing the panoramic view of the ocean and palm trees right when you wake up. The pool and lawn downstairs are also gorgeous. The value is unbeatable; I'll definitely choose this place again next time! 👍

AAizaad RasidOur family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) from Singapore recently stayed here for 5 nights to celebrate the New Year. As our first trip to China, we were blown away by the beauty of Sanya and the hospitality of this villa.
Exceptional Service & Elderly Friendly
The service was immaculate from start to finish. The complimentary railway station transfer was a lifesaver. The manager, who was also our driver, was incredibly punctual and went above and beyond to assist with our heavy luggage and my grandfather’s wheelchair.
A special mention to our young housekeeper; despite the language barrier, his warmth and professionalism made our check-in effortless. The villa is perfect for multi-generational families—the ground-floor bedroom was ideal for my grandfather’s accessibility.
Fun for the Whole Family
The basement was the highlight of our stay. Our children spent hours learning pool, while the arcade machine in the bedroom brought back great memories for the adults. Outside, the back gate leads directly to the beach. We were right next to the Crowne Plaza, where they have buckets and shovels prepared for kids to share and a kiosk selling a great variety of popsicles to enjoy by the sea.
Location & Travel Tips
Haitang Bay is stunning. It features the world’s largest duty-free mall and arguably the best beaches on the island.
For Muslim Travelers: Halal food is more concentrated in Sanya Bay and Yalong Bay, so plan your meals accordingly if staying in Haitang Bay.
Guest Discounts: Be sure to ask the staff about yacht charters! We enjoyed a great discount on a private boat trip just by staying here.
Weather: For those coming from Southeast Asia, the weather here is perfect in late December—dry, sunny, and very comfortable.
Helpful Notes for Future Guests
Room Layout: The top-floor bedroom has a unique open-bathroom design and no wardrobe. It’s a stylish arrangement, but good to know for privacy planning.
Skin Sensitivity: A few of our family members have very sensitive skin (like eczema) and reacted to the swimming pool water. This is just a note for those with similar skin types, and perhaps something the villa can look into for the future.
The Beach: The waves can be quite strong and the wind can be high, so do check the tides before heading out.
Conclusion
Watching the 1.1 New Year fireworks and drone displays away from the usual crowds was worth every cent. Sanya is a clean, safe, friendly, and beautiful city. This villa is a hidden gem that we would recommend to anyone. We could actually see ourselves living here!

The room was very clean, and housekeeping was excellent. The downstairs pool was spotless. Getting around was easy, and the electric carts were very convenient. Great value for money, with plenty of activities for children. Overall, excellent.

LlivoesChoosing Pullman Sanya Yalong Bay Villas & Resort for our stay was a brilliant decision! The location is superb, close to the beach and within easy reach of Bailu Valley Commercial Street, making getting around a breeze. The hotel staff were incredibly patient in answering our questions about family-friendly activities, and their service was attentive and professional. Our vacation experience far exceeded our expectations. The Southeast Asian-style villas are exceptionally clean, and the private pool is well-maintained. We'll definitely be back!

MM28x63pug****We stayed in guesthouses all the way from Haikou, and this one seemed to be the best deal. The apartment felt like it was more than 120 square meters, with two bathrooms for convenience. Cars could drive right up to the building, and it was a two-unit-per-floor layout. There were a few restaurants and supermarkets nearby, not many, but enough. Alternatively, there were plenty of places to eat near the duty-free shop. Driving was very convenient; you could drive around the back of the complex to reach the beach, or exit the highway and walk to the beach. The beach wasn't crowded, which was nice, perfect for sand digging, and it was clean. The kitchen was fully equipped, suitable for cooking simple breakfasts for the kids. The host was very nice.

The surroundings were also quiet, and the room itself was spacious, even including a living room and kitchen. The bed was clean, and the gentleman who checked me in was very friendly, even offering free pickup and drop-off. I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserThe villa has its own private pool and is right by the sea, so you can fall asleep to the sound of waves at night. If you wake up early, you can even collect seashells on the steps after the tide goes out. There are great restaurants nearby, and it's easy to go on boat trips. It's also close to the lighthouse, making everything very convenient. It would be even more fun to visit with family and friends.

CCymbe1ineOur first stop in Sanya was this Mountain & River Villa, and it was the perfect choice! It's super close to Phoenix Airport, so we could check in right after landing, which was a huge relief when traveling with luggage, especially with elderly family members and kids.
The private villa we stayed in had its own massive pool with crystal-clear water and beautiful scenery – every photo looked like it was from a resort magazine, instantly setting the perfect vacation mood! There were plenty of rooms, so our whole big family had their own space without feeling cramped. Some rooms even came with a projector and a mahjong table. Just imagining playing mahjong and watching movies with friends makes the holiday vibe even better!
The butler service was incredibly thoughtful too. They contacted us beforehand and picked us up as soon as we arrived. Any request we had was met with super-fast responses. Plus, it's really close to Tianya Haijiao (End of the Earth), making it super convenient for sightseeing. Overall, our experience was fantastic – I wish I could stay for a whole month!

LLimWe had a great stay overall!
While the location was a bit far out (understandable given how big China is), it offered easy access to several popular attractions. The area felt very safe and secure—there was a security guard who verified us at all times, which added peace of mind, although it did mean a bit of a wait before we could enter the villa.
The service was excellent. 符业啟was incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a few requests during our stay—fixing a light, adjusting the bed, cleaning the floor, and getting more water—and all were settled almost immediately.
The amenities were decent. The swimming pool was usable, and the rooms were large and spacious, though slightly worn in some areas.
Cleanliness was okay overall. The place was bug-free with no strange smells, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The only minor downside was that the floor was a bit sandy at first, but the cleaners came promptly to tidy it up.
