Excellent Stay! I recently stayed at this accomodation and was really impressed. The room was well-equipped — it had a coffee maker, rice cooker, induction cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine…and even a garment steamer! There was a steady supply of drinking water, a big TV, and fast, reliable Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the bathrobes provided — a nice touch of comfort. It also had a gym and a pool but unfortunately, I stayed on a Monfay and its closed for cleaning and maintenance. The place is quiet since it’s located away from the city noise but still conveniently close to the airport. The only small issue I had was figuring out how the hot shower works, but everything else was perfect. Overall, it was a great stay and I’d definitely come back!

Honest review2 for our 2 night stay: *unlike other airbnb, They don't provide basic shower needs. No free bottled water as well upon arrival. *fridge are not clean before our stay. *sink and stove are not cleaned as well. * not exactly same as posted. The place is still good if you're not that sensitive with all the things mentioned above. We still managad to enjoy our stay. 😊

To sum it up, I was extremely satisfied! We were a group of four couples, university friends, and we stayed in two Zen Villas. Each Zen Villa has two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, with a bathroom in every room, so it was perfectly comfortable for two couples. The large dining table was great for all eight of us to gather and socialize every evening. They even provided a microwave, induction cooktop, cutlery set, and refrigerator, which was fantastic – we were able to cook seaweed soup for a friend's birthday! The swimming pool was large enough for ball games, and the exotic trees and landscaping throughout the resort were absolutely beautiful. I'll never forget the sunset on the first day. Even after the sun went down, the sky transformed into various shades of red for a long time... it was truly magnificent. Even on a rainy day, the bamboo bridge through the mangrove forest was incredibly atmospheric. When they heard it was our friend's birthday, they even prepared a lovely little cake with a birthday message! Plus, on our last day, after our tour, we got free access to the Oceanica Day Use facilities. For breakfast, you just fill out a form the night before at the lobby, specifying your menu, preferred time, and whether you want room service, dining at the restaurant, or a packed meal. The food and desserts were clearly made with care, and every meal was a delight. A big thank you to all the resort staff! ^^

I was really happy with the amenities everything from slippers to a hair cap was provided, so it’s easy to stay light and not worry about packing too much. The room itself is the smaller, but actually makes it feel like a perfect place to rest between going out and exploring. There are plenty of spots nearby, so it’s easy to enjoy different areas around the city. The rooftop café (co-living style space) is also a nice touch. You get a great panoramic view of the city, which makes it even more enjoyable!! It could be a good option for a longer stay as well.

🌟 **A Perfect 4-Night Getaway – Peaceful, Clean, and Exceptional Service!** 🌟 I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming. 🧼 **Cleanliness:** The entire property was spotless. Out room was maintained every day, with fresh linens, a sparkling bathroom, and a tidy layout that made it feel like home. 🤝 **Service:** The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk helping with check-in, housekeeping ensuring everything was perfect, , every interaction was warm and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt cared for. 🌿 **Peace and Quiet:** One of the best parts of the stay was how quiet and serene the environment was. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. We slept soundly every night without any disturbances, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge. ✅ **Final Thoughts:** If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel for a multi-day stay, this is the place to be.We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and We’ll definitely be coming back!

Clean, new hostel. I arrived in the morning and thought I could check in early, usually for half the price. There was no room available. From 6 AM to 12 PM, I had nowhere to go and was exhausted after the flight. The girl at the reception suggested I rest on the third floor where the kitchen and a sofa were. I lay down and slept until noon, and no one even bothered me 😁. Excellent staff.

We had a great stay here. The condo entrance itself feels home already. My 3yo son had a good running time while waiting for our host (Ms Trixia) and the reception personnel is just so considerate. Able to check-in early as we arrived earlier. The room was clean & properly maintained. The best part is that we can cook. Water heater, microwave & complete kitchen utensils are provided. And just right at the window is a relaxing pool view. Location is considered great and safe (with security guards 24/7 on-duty) Ms Trixia informed that we can also use the pool, gym, sauna… we just had a god soak at the pool. Highly recommended and definitely we wanted to stay again here and would try the sauna. :). We even tried to extend our stay for 1 more day as we also have errands to do in Cebu but couldn’t avail because there’s an ongoing booking next to us. Even the late notice, Ms Trixia did not hesitate to assist us in finding another unit in the same condo and provided options. We appreciate that help Ms Trixia, you still responded our call even late at night. Thank you very much. Overall, we just loved & enjoyed our stay there. Host is friendly and helpful. Unsa pay gidalian, book namo guys…

If you're looking for a a mountain scenic view, you should expect it to be a bit difficult for the location. So I wasn't really overly surprised that the road isn't as perfect but for the view its all worth it. Were lucky to be there on a weekdays so we have the whole place to ourselves. We rented their motorbike for it to be convenient to travel and get to shops coz they have a little kitchen so you can cook. Unfortunately Osmena peak was still close the time we went yet the place made it comfy for us to stay. I recommend this hotel specially for couples and young adults..

Amazing
SSays_KatyThat's the end of our stay at this hotel in the executive suite. What we liked: Hotel location; Gorgeous landscapes from the room window; Pool area; Spacious swimming pool; Spacious room; The pool is properly planned; Very cute dogs and cats. They cheered us up.; The staff is very polite and tries to help with everything.; Relaxing massage; There was oatmeal on the breakfast menu, which is rare in the Philippines.; Your requests are being listened to. What didn't you like: A small selection of paid breakfast. There is no buffet and you need to choose from the menu. But you can only choose 1 dish and drink for each one. In other words, don't expect to try even a couple of dishes for prepaid money. Here you can choose only 1 dish for breakfast. The rest is paid. It became clear only on the 3rd day of the stay, as they could not understand how the breakfast system worked. We were charged 390 Philippine pesos for SPAM (or rather, three slices of local ham). It's expensive for this kind and quantity of food. •On the last day, the cost of paying for a fruit plate increased. It was 350 pesos, it became 400. •When ordering tom yam, we asked for additional shrimp (+250 pesos). We were served soup with 7 shrimp halves. We still haven't figured out how many shrimps there would have been without the extra ones we paid for. 🙈We thought they forgot to add additional ones. Then we saw the bill and additional shrimps were deposited. •Few seafood dishes. Considering that you are 50 meters from the sea. There are also few products with vegetables. We suffered because of this. There was no light food. •The leaves in each salad were stale. •Service fees were from everything. We understand when the service fee is for food, but we still don't understand why the fee was for a massage. That is, the fee for the massage + the service FEE for the massage. •There were also fees for filming shark swimming on our phone. We also did not understand why the fee, if the tour itself cost 7,500 pesos + 300 pesos was a service fee (again, we do not understand why it is not included in the total cost of the tour) + 260 pesos for shooting on the phone; I was disappointed that when booking an excursion to swim with sharks for 7,500 pesos, fishing was included, but no one offered it to us. They just took us, we swam and brought it back. They say the tour took 5 hours, but it was two and a half hours. •Hand soap has not been refilled in two days; • The automatic circulation of water in the pool was rarely turned on, so we swam with flies for two days... trying to catch them from there; •The performers were an hour late for the first tour, and 30 minutes late for the second. We don't understand why our time wasn't respected. • One shower wasn't working. There was no water coming out of it; • Often they didn't bring half of the dish. That is, if you ordered a meat plate with grapes, cheese and crackers, be prepared that I may not bring you crackers, but there will be 3 pieces of cheese. That's for 590 pesos. We ordered this plate twice, and two times we didn't get any crackers. The second time we asked and they informed us. Also, when ordering mashed potatoes with chicken, they brought us chicken without mashed potatoes. We asked and were informed. Everything was already cold. They didn't add a banana to the banana pancakes. Unfortunately, curtains are not blackout, for those who cannot sleep without them, bring a sleep mask. I write absolutely all the little things, as I am very careful about the service. I really liked this hotel. In any case, I recommend it wholeheartedly. After all, they communicate politely with you here, there are gorgeous views from a spacious room, and there is a large swimming pool. But I have to write down the little things so that the management can improve the quality of service so that staying at this hotel leaves only positive emotions for absolutely everyone! After all, the hotel is really beautiful!

GGuest UserI'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol. 1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off. 2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable. 3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water. 4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious. 5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available. 6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun. Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage. This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes.

JJesrinaThe service at this hotel was truly excellent from start to finish. Even before check-in, the staff were already responsive and helpful. Throughout my stay and even after, their level of service remained consistently impressive. I experienced an issue with the air conditioning in my room, but the staff handled it very quickly and professionally. They even offered a complimentary breakfast as a gesture, which I really appreciated. The hotel also provides a range of convenient services such as arranging tuktuk transport and printing, which made my stay much easier. I also noticed thoughtful details in the room; slippers were provided, there were plenty of hangers and clean water was prepared for rinsing since the tap water is slightly salty due to its proximity to the sea. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay with outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended! ⭐️👍🏻🤩

RRAmurao🌟 A Truly Unforgettable Beach Getaway at Anaya Beach Resort!🌟 We recently stayed at Anaya Beach Resort as a group, and from the moment we arrived, we were absolutely blown away by the exceptional service and warm hospitality that greeted us. The staff were incredibly accommodating and welcoming, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Every single team member was polite, attentive, and genuinely friendly – you could feel their commitment to making every guest's experience memorable. The beach itself is stunning – clean, serene, and perfect for both relaxation and fun. Whether you’re looking to take a peaceful morning walk by the shore, soak up the sun, or dive into the clear waters, Anaya’s beachfront delivers paradise on every level. Now let’s talk about the food – WOW! Every meal we had was delicious, freshly prepared, and served with a smile. GGuest UserThe staff were truly wonderful — very kind and helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The price is also quite affordable. However, I found the accommodation itself quite uncomfortable. The room lacked proper ventilation, and there was a noticeable smell. The air conditioning was old and quite noisy, and there was constant background noise, including water sounds and little to no sound insulation from neighboring rooms. Basic comfort elements like the pillows, mattress, and bed linen also did not meet expectations. Additionally, the window situation was not ideal. Unfortunately, despite the great staff and reasonable price, I would not choose to stay here again.

TThomas X.A Korean-run establishment in the middle of nothing interesting. The hotel itself is a decent motel with somewhat overpriced and limited bar, very basic (and the same) breakfast and a decent swimming pool. The greatest downside is that it's in the middle of nowhere. There is nothing of any interest within 10 minute walk of it, nor are there any transit options (aside from taxis or trikes). It might be a good option to stay for the dive shops, assuming you're looking for basic and clean, but it's a 15 minute walk to the beach.

GGuest UserThe staff were nice and accommodating. However, I think there was a slight issue with the room—it wasn’t quite what we expected. But overall, we’re having fun. The beach is ideal for kids, especially for the little ones who don’t know how to swim. When it gets too hot at the beach, there’s an alternative ,you can go swimming in the pool instead.
