This homestay is cost-effective and the rooms are clean and tidy. Although there is no air conditioning in all the rooms, it is still acceptable for short-term stays. Because I personally like this kind of home feeling, I feel it is very warm, just like returning to my own home, and living very comfortably. However, given the advice of some reviews, if you are looking for more facilities and comfort, a hotel might be a better choice. After all, there is nothing particularly amazing here, it is more of a simple and comfortable living experience. Because of the special date, I was unable to book a room the next day, which shows that this B&B is still very popular. If you like this kind of living and warm environment, you might as well give it a try.

The external environment is good. The room is in the backyard, far away from the road. It is quiet and full of fruits. You can sit in front of the house and rest. There is a fully automatic washing machine that residents can use, and it is also convenient to dry clothes. There are several restaurants around and it is convenient to eat. There is also a farmer's market not far away, which sells fruits, vegetables, breakfast cakes, soy milk and eight-treasure porridge, etc., which are relatively cheap. The room is relatively large, but the bathroom is relatively small, there is no window and no exhaust fan, and it smells a bit.

The Hotel is good. It has everything it needs and a good price for what you get. The rooms have been renovated and were quite nice and non-smoking rooms. However I assume the rooms were smoker rooms before the renovation so for a non-smoker there was still quite a strong smell lingering in the room.

1. Arrived at the hotel early, and the owner upgraded our room free of charge. The room had good natural light and soundproofing, making for a quiet and relaxing stay. 2. Attention to detail was evident; toiletries were provided, the bed was the perfect firmness, and the service was attentive – a perfect experience. 3. Conveniently located with excellent surrounding amenities, the room was clean and odor-free, making for a very pleasant stay.

🅿️ **Location:** The guesthouse is conveniently situated within a residential complex, right by the Dang River. In the evenings, a pleasant walk along the river offers beautiful night views and access to numerous street food stalls. It's also within easy reach of various attractions, and on-site parking in the complex is a big plus for convenience. 🤝 **Service:** After a rather challenging night camping in the desert, I messaged the owner early in the morning to inquire about an early check-in. The owner was incredibly responsive and kind, immediately sending the access code and helpful tips. Upon arriving at the apartment via direct elevator, we were pleasantly surprised to find a delicious watermelon waiting for us on the dining table – a truly thoughtful and refreshing welcome! 🏠 **Facilities:** The apartment itself is incredibly spacious! Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 living rooms, it's well-furnished and ideal for larger families or groups of friends traveling together. A good selection of complimentary disposable toiletries was also provided, which was much appreciated.

Although the hotel entrance is a bit small, there's a dedicated person to pick you up and arrange parking. Given the high cost of land in Lanzhou, I understand the parking problem. As for the room: it's very cozy and has a water dispenser, so you don't have to worry about whether you need to use the kettle. The landlady will tell you where to eat and where to shop as soon as you enter, which is very thoughtful. The price is also reasonable, making it great value for money.

This is a nice recreation of the Qing Dynasty courtyard. As a foreign traveller it was a beautiful stay and right next to the great wall, convenient. Hospitality appreciated also 👍🏻

The first time I booked this apartment hotel, the room facilities at this price are still good, that is, the accommodation staff is more complicated, there are some hourly rooms for guests, and some squeaky sounds are heard in the corridor on the day of check-in. So personally think that it is more suitable for adults or couples to travel, not suitable for bringing children together... It is more convenient to eat around, downstairs is Ma Laoliu...
