We stayed for just one night. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, although the room felt a bit dated. The pool is quite spacious and offers a good sense of privacy, our 6-year-old son especially enjoyed it. Wish the hotel could provide more activities like paintball & ATV ride. I would rate it 4 stars for a resort-style experience.

An amazing experience when I was in Kelantan I stayed at Renai Hotel comfortable and clean there is nothing missing starting from the spacious bed the bathroom is spacious and clean what I noticed there is also an additional fan all this time I didn't think of the details as it's how clean I rarely have time in the hotel but in this hotel I'm really comfortable my husband had time to watch funny movies full pokonya I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Kelantan confused looking for a hotel here I think the place is good the breakfast is delicious welcomed with a friendly smile of the staff there are also traditional cakes of Kelantan there even I really want to say thank you to those who takes care of the food that is different from SYABIL he provided Laksam for me and my husband once again thank you if you go to Kelantan again 😊 Terima kasih sekali lagi kepada Adik Syabil beliau sangat ramah

The hotel's facilities are very modern and the environment is exceptionally elegant. Whenever we had a request, the staff were incredibly responsive. Plus, the room's cleanliness was top-notch. It was a truly excellent stay.

I recently stayed at Perdana Kota Bharu and had an overall pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near many attractions in Kota Bharu. The room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist. Hotel facilities such as the swimming pool and fitness centre were well maintained and added value to the stay. However, I found the food quality to be average and not as good as expected for a hotel of this standard. While there was a reasonable variety of dishes available, the taste and overall dining experience could be improved. Despite this, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend the hotel to travellers looking for comfortable accommodation in Kota Bharu.

Room – Tidy and clean, but the air conditioner was not functioning well. It was not cold enough. Bathroom – The pipe was leaking, and the sink water pressure was too low. The amenities provided were only shampoo and shower gel. No toothbrush was supplied. Indoor Pool – The water was too cloudy. Ambience – The room was not soundproof. Since the hotel is located near the main road, noise from outside was quite loud and may disturb your sleep. Overall – The hotel building is quite old and in need of some maintenance. Although the room was tidy and clean, several facilities were not functioning properly, including the air conditioning and some bathroom fixtures. The indoor pool was also not well maintained. Additionally, the noise from the nearby main road may disturb light sleepers as the rooms are not fully soundproof. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed to enhance guest comfort and experience.

This location is very convinient and this is the area that i would stay next time. But i dont think i can go to this Prestige Kiara River View again. Unless the host can improve these: 1) no wifi 2) no day curtain only blackout curtain 3) toilet are not scrubbed and has dirty unwashed stains all over the toilet. It has grimes all over the toilet. Pls improve.

Overall is good for hotel in kelantan, new renovations hotel. Just the breakfast selection is too less, only one meat dishes. For the water dispenser in room, the water is not that clean

Stayed at H Elite Hotel for 2 nights. Overall, the experience was good.The breakfast offered a good variety of choices and was enjoyable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking area was convenient and sufficient. However, the bed and mattress could be improved. The bed made loud spring noises even when just sitting on it, which suggests that the mattress and bed frame may be quite old and need replacement. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and upgrading the bed and mattress would greatly enhance guest comfort.

Spacious and clean room , staff are friendly and helpful. Room is abit of a old design , hotel has basement car park but had to walk up stairs to the lobby (unable to find any lift up directly to lobby)

A night at Jewels Hotel, Kota Bharu – charmingly modest yet full of pleasant surprises. We snagged a room for RM152, and despite its appearance as a budget establishment, it turned out to be delightfully comfortable. The room was spacious, elegant, beautifully furnished, everything one needs to unwind after a day of exploring. Only one small hiccup: toiletries were basic — a 3-in-1 shower gel (shampoo + conditioner) plus towel, and that’s it. No toothbrush, paste, cotton buds and so on. If those were included, I’d be rating it an A+. Some interesting colour: Jewels Hotel was formerly known as Habib Hotel and is part of the HABIB Group. Its theme, as you might guess, revolves around “jewels”, reflected in its decor and name. All in all, for value and comfort right in the heart of Kota Bharu, it hits the spot — perfect for travellers on the go wanting something pleasant without breaking the bank.
