Location is right next to KB mall. Very convenient. Housekeeping didn't clean for the 2 nights I stayed. Cons: noisy as it is right next to the main elevated highway. Travel tip: bus 29 going to Rantai Panjang leaves from the bus stop across the road. So you don't have to go to Stesen Bas KB by Grab. Like I did.

This hotel is located quite centrally, close to a lot of Kota Bharu attractions and it was picked as it is easy to reach HUSM from here. The room itself is dated but clean. However, the hallway of my floor which was at the 16th floor was mouldy with some roof leaking. Hope that gets repair soon. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The winning point for this hotel is the breakfast. Absolutely delicious and so many Malaysian delicacies and East Coast speciality like Nasi Dagang, Nasi Kerabu, Kacang Pool, kuih akok and a lot more. It had to be one of the best hotel's breakfasts menus that I had ever experience and taste. Hope the chef stays on.

Great sleep, because the bed is great. Kudos to housekeeping team Lobby has many activities for kids and also working space if needed with power outlets Super clean. Will be back again. Nearby, House of Nasi Dage is amazing for their rendang daging. And also Nasi Dagang

Big hotel and nicely decorated at the lobby but not enough staff. I called room services as I would like to get the towel changed because the towels provided in the room are too old and looked brown instead of white clean. No one at room service picks up the phone. Finally have to come at the reception and ask for towel change. No hair dryer provided in the room. I think the hotel at this rating should have done better. However the hotel location is really good for me.

Tok Aman Bali my fav place to staycation because not so far from myhome.. Tapi semalam pergi dia punya kebersihan tak terjaga.. Contoh kawasan perjalan kaki berbau busuk sampah.. Masa breakfast boleh pula kucing termuntah dalam restoran.. Bilik air pula bertakung disebabkan air mandian tak keluar dari lubangnya.. Hope next time perbaiki lagi kebersihan tu.. Sy peminat tegar di tok aman bali..

The location is good. There are many restaurant and cafe around the hotel. The room is small with no view from the window. When first I enter the room, it was a little bit smelly and dusty but it is okay when the air conditioner run. They still use the old CRT television. The bed was good and comfortable. Overall it is good value for money.

I have stayed here twice, staffs are friendly and helpful, breakfast is provided. The whole homestay was nicely decorated with flowers and small decoration items, room overall is clean. The only one room at ground floor is a two-bed room, no aircon, price is cheap though and has a shared toilet outside the room. Upstairs has three rooms - Only the family room (Master bedroom) with two beds has its own toilet, for the two other two rooms are sharing the same toilet. For the travellers who don’t like shared toilet better booked for the big room. Overall experience is excellent, the only downside is the location is a bit too far for people who don’t drive.

The hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well. However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.
