The stay experience in novotel is very beautiful and also delighted with the service of the staff. The rooms are very clean and neat and service is damn good from the staff and house keeping services.

Very nice hotel situated in Thirupathi. They helped with cab booking for travel into and from the temple. Packages are a little bit on the pricy side but worth if you want a seamless experience.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

hello, I visit tirupati every year since last 4yrs. and everytime I always make it a point to stay in best western hotel. the staff, people at reception are wonderful. the room is just right. small renovation required here and there in the room but still the price and comfort the hotel provides is just fabulous. I highly recommend people who are visiting tirupati for a day or 2 for darshan best western is the right place for you to stay.

Located in the heart of vijaywada. Huge spacious rooms. Good room amenities and quality. Cleanliness can be improved a little.

It was a great experience to stay at this property. The staff across the departments is very congenial. Good people to talk on informal topics. Rita, Shrikrishna, Samaresh, Priyanka & Rajiv were very forthcoming in supporting on all the needs. Mr Sunil Jain from Rajoo Engineers was kind enough to enable this fulfilling stay.

My first visit to Wijayawada..3 nite stay at Vivanta Hotel.. Excellent services , clean, top hospitality..easy to move around in city centre. It's neither 3* nor 4* hotel. Swimming pool is not there. My problems: 1. TV was not able to connect any english channel. Max children channels are active. 2. Fruit bowl was not kept.Not provided even after request. 3. Shaving kit was not kept. On insistence, it was provided. 4. The ingate is not located at correct position Need to take one full circle to reach inside. 5. Bed sheets could be clean one. Towels/ hand napkins all are of low standard. 6. only One sheet of paper tissue was kept on table. I used my personal one..
