Hôtel Mercure Alger Aéroport

I booked a room as a non Muslim during Ramadan and I was able to have room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and good security.

The service was okay. But there were some miscommunications regarding the hotel transfer, so we had to wait for almost 40 minutes before we decided to take taxi. Time wasted. Other than that, it was okay.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The front office staff were extremely slow and unhelpful. Instead of assisting, they complained about being overwhelmed with work. Every time I went to the front desk, there was a long line, and many guests were also voicing their complaints. The rooms, especially the bathroom, were very dirty, and proper cleaning was not done during my stay and even before it. Additionally, the breakfast was very limited with no variety at all. Overall, this hotel did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend it to others.

I paid my room in advance but when I arrived my room was not available. I had to wait for another available room which had to be cleaned very quickly but not very thoroughly. The room was stuffy and windows could not be opened even after 2 attempts by the technicians

The room had a nice view because I was on 10th floor. The shower had only a few lines of water coming out so it took me too long to finish shower. I called 2424 for towels because I didn't get room cleaned in the afternoon although I asked for it, and they said they will get me towels but I never got it.
