Extremely satisfied! The front desk service was excellent, and they even offered snacks and drinks while we waited. The hotel also provided slippers, and all the snacks and drinks in the minibar were complimentary, plus we got a voucher for a free drink! The breakfast spread was fantastic! Truly memorable and overflowing with delights!

I stayed here nine years ago, and its convenient location was a major plus, as was the attractive window design in the rooms back then. The facilities are still decent now, but they're starting to feel a bit outdated. The air conditioning temperature control is inaccurate; it's either too cold or too humid and hot. The lack of disposable toiletries, and even conditioner, is quite inconvenient, but I respect the environmental policy. As I've gotten older, my sleep has become lighter, and I've started to notice how poor the soundproofing is. I could constantly hear the elevator doors opening, and even feel the vibrations from the trains downstairs. The price was a bit high during the holiday season, but it's still a good option given its downtown location.

Hotel is relative clean. Stayed in a single room with a semi double bed. Size is decent but didn’t realised it was behind the lifts, could hear the lift moving through out the day. The shower head position is pretty bad. It’s not on an angle it’s pretty much like spraying directly into your body. It would be great if they could address this. It’s 15 mins walk from the metro station so not closed. Also there was a cockroach in the bathroom. Crawled out of the drain

The Hotel Resonance Taipei is a really stylish hotel. It's very new and in a fantastic location – super easy to get to, just a 2-minute walk left from Exit 3 of Shandao Temple MRT Station. The room layout is well-designed, with a separate shower and bathtub, and a dedicated toilet area. The soundproofing is excellent, and the bedding is very comfortable. A major bonus is the self-service laundry room, which is a lifesaver for washing clothes during a summer trip. The washing machines even come with detergent, and the dryer is powerful, getting clothes dry quickly. Just a heads-up though, the laundry room closes at 10 PM. I noticed when booking that the hotel breakfast was just a simple Starbucks meal, so I didn't opt for the breakfast package. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local breakfast spots nearby, so finding food in the morning was absolutely no problem. All in all, I definitely recommend Hotel Resonance Taipei!

The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

The hotel also provided a free contracted parking lot, and there's a shopping street outside the hotel for convenient resupply.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhongli or Taoyuan, whether for business or leisure, and I would happily stay here again.

A Serious Failure in Management and Guest Service I have never experienced this level of poor service and lack of management oversight at a hotel. Throughout my stay, I had to repeatedly request housekeeping, yet my room was still not cleaned as expected. More seriously, there was even an occasion when I needed to use the bathroom and discovered that there was no toilet paper available. I immediately brought this issue to the attention of the front desk. However, despite making a formal complaint, the exact same problem occurred again the following day. At that point, this could no longer reasonably be considered a simple oversight or an isolated housekeeping mistake. The hotel had already been made aware of the problem, yet nothing appeared to have been done to prevent it from happening again. The most disappointing part is that these issues continued until the day I checked out. After repeatedly reporting the same problems without seeing any meaningful improvement, I eventually stopped complaining simply because I no longer believed that doing so would make any difference. A hotel may occasionally make a mistake — that is understandable. What is unacceptable is failing to correct a problem after a guest has already brought it to management's attention. This reflects a serious breakdown in communication between departments, inadequate supervision, and a lack of accountability at the management level. Basic housekeeping and essential bathroom supplies are not unreasonable requests.
