The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay.
However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price.
First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one.
Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in.
Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.
The service was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and patient, always ready to help with luggage or when we encountered them around the hotel.
The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area also had a heated pool, and the staff there were very proactive and friendly.
It was great that the shopping center was quiet in the morning and evening, before the tour groups arrived after 10:30 AM. Staying at the hotel allowed us to avoid the crowds.
The only downside is that the resort is huge, and it's easy to get lost if you don't have a good sense of direction.
It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service. The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast. But I choose the standard room no smoking, but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices. And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!
I recently stayed at Yoho Island Treasure Hotel in Macau, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a charming and unique theme that transports you to a treasure island adventure, making it a fun and memorable stay.
Location:The hotel is conveniently located, offering easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options. It’s perfect for travelers looking to explore Macau’s vibrant culture and entertainment venues.
Room Quality:The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The decor aligns with the island treasure theme, creating a cozy and immersive atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, and amenities such as free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a mini-fridge added to the convenience.
Facilities & Services:The hotel offers friendly service from staff who are eager to assist. The common areas are charming, with thematic decor that enhances the experience. There’s also a small lounge area and a breakfast buffet with a decent selection.
Overall Experience:Yoho Island Treasure Hotel provides good value for money, especially for families and those looking for a quirky, themed stay. While it may not offer luxury amenities, its charm and friendly atmosphere make it a worthwhile choice for travelers seeking a comfortable and unique lodging experience in Macau.
Recommendation:Definitely consider this hotel if you’re interested in a themed hotel experience and want a cozy base to explore Macau’s attractions.
So glad I chose to stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel for my second visit! I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff who checked me in – the lady was incredibly warm and friendly, and her service attitude was top-notch. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk to all the major attractions. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean and tidy, which honestly didn't impact my stay at all. Highly recommend!
The room was fantastic – new, clean, and without any hint of that formaldehyde smell. My dedicated butler, Michelle, contacted me two days before check-in. She was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, addressing all my needs. She arranged our pick-up and drop-off, and upon arrival, Gordon was already waiting for us at the port. He took us directly to our room to complete check-in, saving us from queuing at the front desk!
Regarding 'The Londoner Macao Grand Suites – Hampton Court Access' for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, overall, it's not as good or professional as 'The Manor' (Hua Ting). Specifically, for cocktails, there were only two alcoholic options, and the food service was slow and chaotic. This definitely needs improvement!
Thank you, Mr. Charles of Yoho Roosevelt Hotel! Thank you for assisting us. We’re so glad you were there – we didn’t have a hard time communicating with your Chinese colleagues because of you. The accommodation is beautiful, and your service is especially excellent. Thank you again. God bless you!

It was super convenient to get to the hotel from Hengqin Port by car. There were no crowds, so no waiting in line, and check-in was smooth. After dropping off my luggage, I took another car to Gongbei Port to change hotels and explore the Macau Peninsula. On my way back, I took the hotel car to the airport. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and taxis are also easy to find. The hotel service goes above and beyond to make things convenient, making my stay a real pleasure.
I really loved the blinds! The location is fantastic! My stay in Macau was amazing this time. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high-quality, showing great attention to detail. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a wonderful ambiance, and it offered great value for money. Staying here for a trip to Macau felt very reassuring, a perfect experience, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Make sure to book early!
To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to bring our child for a one-night stay in Macau and chose the Studio City Celebrity Tower without hesitation. Right from exiting the port, we could take the free shuttle bus directly to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Lotus Light Rail Station, making it easy to reach various attractions. What was most heartwarming was that after we mentioned it was our anniversary, the hotel decorated our room beautifully and even gave us a small cake. There were also snacks in the room, perfect for a quick bite after exploring. Downstairs, there's a kids' play area, a water park, Pop Mart, and Don Don Donki, so you can easily spend half a day just within the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied, it's really great for families with kids!

DDaweidezhangHHThe hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the Galaxy Macau, and it's just a 400-meter walk from the light rail station. It's surrounded by other major resorts like The Londoner, The Parisian, and The Venetian, making it super accessible. There are also plenty of direct buses to the Ruins of St. Paul's.
The hotel breakfast was good, and the sea view from our room was beautiful, quiet, and comfortable. Even though it's an older hotel, it was quite dangerous. The suite we booked was perfect for our family of three.

MMin Min 269If you’re looking for a truly elevated luxury experience in Macau, Grand Lisboa Palace Resort Macau absolutely delivers on every level.
From the moment you step into the resort, everything feels grand yet thoughtfully organized. Despite the massive scale of the property, the flow is incredibly smooth—staff coordination, guest movement, and overall operations are handled with impressive precision. Nothing feels chaotic; instead, there’s a calm, refined efficiency throughout.
One of the standout highlights is the buffet. The food selection is exceptional, offering a wide variety that spans East to West—fresh seafood, refined Western dishes, authentic Asian cuisine, and an indulgent dessert section. Every station is well-managed, constantly replenished, and presented beautifully. It’s clear that both quality and diversity are taken seriously here.
Equally impressive is the room service and housekeeping. The rooms are maintained to a very high standard—spotlessly clean, well-organized, and refreshed with great attention to detail. The staff are discreet yet attentive, ensuring everything feels seamless without being intrusive.
The resort itself is a destination on its own. The scale is enormous, yet aesthetically cohesive. The beautifully landscaped gardens, elegant pools, and European-inspired architecture create a unique atmosphere. There’s even a charming “castle-like” design element that adds a whimsical, almost fairytale touch to the surroundings—making it feel more like a luxury retreat than just a hotel.
Overall, Grand Lisboa Palace is not just about luxury—it’s about execution. The combination of outstanding dining, meticulous service, and thoughtfully designed spaces makes it one of the most complete and satisfying resort experiences in Macau.
GGuest UserThis is my second trip to Macau, and I chose to stay at The Morpheus for all 7 days of my visa. I'm already a huge fan of The Morpheus; it's very modern, and the rooms are spacious, bright, and spotless. The complimentary fruits and drinks are of excellent quality, and even the mineral water bottles are thoughtfully designed. The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff are all incredibly warm and attentive. I'll definitely be returning to The Morpheus when I visit Macau again in two months. I'd suggest the hotel offer small complimentary gifts with The Morpheus logo to guests as souvenirs, like a canvas tote bag – it would be great mobile advertising!

11189348246The room was spacious and I got a tower-view room with a great view. The only issues were that the water pressure for the shower was a bit low at night, and then the water completely cut out the next day. I had to contact the front desk to arrange for a worker to fix it before it was back to normal. We booked two rooms, and one of them wasn't cleaned on the first day. For a hotel like this, forgetting to clean and not doing turn-down service feels like a lapse in service.
GGuest UserThe walls are thin. You can hear the snore of the guests behind the walls and in the corridor. On the third day of my stay, a family with kids checked in to the connecting next door. The kids kept turning and turning and turning the connecting door knob violently for a few minutes and the parents didn’t stop them.
Terrible service of the waitress at the restaurant. Poor communication skill and offensive manner. When I asked for the bill and placed my credit card on my dining table — and I didn’t say anything else — her first response was “No discount!” I didn’t ask for any discount. She asked me “Are you our hotel guest?” I showed her my check out luggage storage tag and said “I am. But I just checked out.” She responded grumpily, “No discount gah! You don’t have the room card!”
I wouldn’t book with this resort anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this resort to people who are looking for a quiet stay.
GGuest UserFrom the moment I checked in, I experienced thoughtful and attentive service. A special shout-out to Val for the warm welcome; they helped me with my luggage to the room and gave a detailed introduction to all the room's amenities. The room itself was clean and tidy. It was a truly memorable stay.
