The hotel is ideally located on the peninsula, very close to several major entertainment venues. The downstairs restaurant, Cafe de Coral, has great food. The room was spacious enough for our family of four, and we had a very comfortable stay. The facilities were also decent, offering great value for money. The only downsides were the smoky smell and the front desk service, which could use some improvement.
My stay at The Venetian Macao was absolutely beautiful and truly memorable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable. The room was amazing — spacious, comfortable, and elegant, with lovely details that made the stay feel luxurious and relaxing.
One of the highlights was the stunning light show, which created such a magical atmosphere and added to the overall experience. The shopping was also incredible, with so many stores, restaurants, and things to see, making it easy to spend hours exploring without getting bored.
Traveling to and from the hotel was extremely convenient. The ferry shuttles were easy to find, well organized, and very affordable, which made getting around Macau simple and stress-free. Overall, The Venetian Macao exceeded expectations — a beautiful destination with excellent service, amazing facilities, and a truly enjoyable atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
I had a truly fantastic stay! I usually stay in Taipa, but this time I chose Harbourview Hotel since I was visiting the Grand Prix Museum the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised. Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading me to a suite – the room was incredibly spacious, and most importantly, it was spotless and well-maintained. I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Macau. It's super convenient; you can take the Sands shuttle and just cross the road, or use public transport as there's a bus stop right opposite the hotel. There are water dispensers in the hallway, though only cold water, which was perfectly fine.
So convenient, just a one-hour trip from Hong Kong! 🥰 Staying at YOHO Treasure Island Hotel was incredibly comfortable. The fountain-view room with its bay window offered a stunning vista. The room was spacious, and having two sinks meant no crowding while getting ready. The heated infinity pool on the second floor overlooks the Macau Tower and Nam Van Lake, and it's absolutely breathtaking at sunset – you can happily swim even in winter. The hotel is connected to a mall, where you'll find the first South Beauty restaurant in Macau, with fantastic food and plenty of other delicious options. It's also easy to get around from here, with the Ruins of St. Paul's within walking distance. Plus, guests get free parking! The whole experience was superb and perfect for a trip with family and friends.
Overall, it was a great experience. We arrived early in the morning and stored our luggage, then checked in in the evening. The breakfast quality was excellent. The only downside was that I had purchased breakfast for two on my app, and when checking in, I was asked if my child needed breakfast. The staff told me that a 4-year-old didn't need one. However, when my husband took our child to eat breakfast, a staff member yelled at the child to leave. This really knocks off a star. They could have let the child go in first and then spoken to the father for payment.
Even with Macau's generally high hotel standards and my high expectations, The Londoner Macao's Bond Suite still exceeded them. The room was brand new, and the overall quality felt top-tier. What particularly stood out was the breakfast. You can enjoy it as late as 1 PM (simply keep your room card after 11 AM check-out or provide your room number to use the benefit – I recommend arriving about 30 minutes early to avoid queues and ensure you get a table). It's served à la carte at the Food Garden, with plenty of delicious options, and the portions are huge. Our two breakfasts were easily enough for a substantial lunch for two adults and one child. The swimming pool service was also excellent; they proactively offered snacks and water, and provided a life jacket for the little one.
Had a fantastic stay at YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel, Macao. The hotel feels modern, classy, and well-maintained, with a stylish design that gives a premium vibe the moment you step in. One of my favourite parts was the beautiful sea-facing view towards Hengqin, which made the stay extra relaxing.
My room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony to enjoy the view. The highlight for me was definitely the huge bathtub — perfect for unwinding after a full day out. The amenities were also great, with stable Wi-Fi, mini-bar, and in-room entertainment, making it a very complete and luxurious stay overall.
If you’re booking the Suite King, do note that these rooms are usually limited in units and are often located near the last few rooms on each floor, likely because of the bigger room size and layout. So it’s best to book early if you want to secure this room type.
I also enjoyed the facilities, especially the outdoor pool and fitness centre. The hotel is also family-friendly with a kids’ pool and play area, which makes it a great choice if you’re travelling with children. If you’re looking for extra relaxation, the spa treatments are a nice touch too.
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service, which makes travelling to nearby attractions more convenient. However, one small downside is that if you’re coming by public transport, you may need to walk a bit from the nearest LRT station to reach the hotel.
Facilities: The bathroom door in our room was a bit old, but everything else was great.
Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job, very clean.
Environment: Very good, almost no strange smells or trash.
Service: The hotel staff were very friendly and enthusiastic, not perfunctory at all, and actively helped with directions.
Eiffel Tower 7th floor free entry: Although you can't go to the very top, there's a Pop Mart photo spot on the 7th floor.
I really loved the blinds! The location is fantastic! My stay in Macau was amazing this time. The hotel is perfectly situated, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high-quality, showing great attention to detail. The front desk and room service were warm and attentive; check-in and check-out were efficient and quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The overall environment was quiet and elegant, with a wonderful ambiance, and it offered great value for money. Staying here for a trip to Macau felt very reassuring, a perfect experience, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Make sure to book early!
The food options are quite convenient, and the hotel's location is great for catching the House of Dancing Water show. However, the soundproofing isn't great. You can clearly hear children running and shouting in the hallways, which I don't think is up to par for a five-star hotel; that was a real downside. The complimentary water and minibar drinks were decent. There's a bit of a view from outside, but unfortunately, the Ferris wheel was out of service for maintenance when I visited, so I didn't get to ride it.

GGuest UserExcellent location, right next to the famous Galaxy. Easy access to entertainment and shopping, with the Asian Food Court nearby for meals. The Grand Emperor is a historic hotel, and its cleanliness and service are commendable. The prices are affordable, and transportation is convenient.

MMengmengmamaThis was my first time in Macau, and I blindly chose Grand Lisboa Palace. We stayed for two nights, and it offered great value for money – truly an amazing experience!
The hotel is relatively new. Our room was spacious and airy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log until I woke up naturally. We specifically booked a room with a sofa bed, and the hotel thoughtfully made it up for our child. This gave each of us a separate space, allowing for quiet relaxation without disturbing each other – exactly the kind of laid-back vibe a vacation should have!
The garden on the 3rd floor of the hotel is absolutely stunning; every photo we took turned out beautifully! All the drinks and snacks in the mini-bar were complimentary, which was a fantastic bonus.
Although the location isn't in the city center, its advantage lies in being quiet and less crowded, free from the hustle and bustle of downtown. It perfectly captures a resort-like island vacation atmosphere, making it ideal for families with kids.
Wynn Palace is just a 10-minute walk away, which was super convenient for exploring its gardens. Downstairs, there's a huge variety of food options, so we never had to worry about meals.
Overall, it was clean, comfortable, hassle-free, and relaxing. For families without a strong shopping agenda and who are primarily looking for a laid-back getaway with kids, you absolutely can't go wrong with this place – highly recommended!
Five out of five stars!
GGuest UserBooked Morpheus for our wedding anniversary, and the front desk upgraded us to a suite, which was a wonderful surprise and excellent service! The room was as spacious and comfortable as ever; stepping in immediately put me at ease. We had fruit, desserts, and fresh flowers, all a lovely touch. The 40th-floor pool is perfect for photos. Morpheus will definitely be our first choice next time we visit Macau.

GGuest UserAn absolutely five-star experience! The W Macau is stylish and trendy, with incredibly attentive service!
I was really impressed with my stay at the W Macau - Studio City. The hotel's location is fantastic, right inside Studio City. Downstairs, you'll find a mall, a Donki supermarket, and all sorts of dining options. The light rail station is just a short walk away, making transportation and shopping super convenient.
The room design is incredibly stylish and modern, very bright and chic. The floor-to-ceiling window, facing the Parisian Macao's Eiffel Tower, offers an absolutely unbeatable night view. The room was spotlessly clean, and the toiletries had a really premium scent.
DDeth capiliClean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍
