This hotel offers a five-star standard at a great value, allowing you to experience the authentic local cuisine and charm of Macau. While it evokes the feeling of Macau from over 30 years ago, it has been completely renovated, and the overall effect is excellent. My only minor complaint is the lack of charging outlets by the bed. On the plus side, the toilets are smart, and towels and toothbrushes are provided, making for a clean and comfortable stay.

What a pleasant surprise! The room was small but cozy and well-equipped. It even had cute pillows, an aroma diffuser, a coffee machine, and Christmas decorations. The hotel staff, including Yoyo, Susie, and Margarida, were all incredibly friendly and welcoming! You can see the sunset from the room, and the rooftop terrace is even more romantic. Because I enjoyed my stay so much, I extended my trip to Macau by another day! 😍

I stayed in the ”Resorts World Level” Pure Gold Fireworks Seaview Room. The open-air onsen, a first in Macau, really blew me away! As soon as I walked in, the 2.2-meter wide king-size bed hit me with a wave of happiness. The white marble bathroom featured a large bathtub and double sinks. Every photo I took looked incredibly luxurious. Pulling back the curtains revealed the Macau Tower, and watching the sunset in the evening was breathtakingly beautiful. 🌊 The infinity pool on the second floor is the soul of this place! The hotel has three infinity pools on the second floor (including a heated pool and a children's pool), facing Nam Van Lake and the Macau Tower. Watching the sunset from here in the evening is absolutely stunning; every photo turns out amazing. Furthermore, the service here is excellent, especially the warm and enthusiastic front desk staff who checked us in. The room facilities are comprehensive, and there's even a smart butler service.

Staying at The Venetian Macao was like being instantly transported to a romantic aquatic city. From the magnificent Italian-style lobby to the Venetian-themed decor in the rooms, every detail created an immersive, exotic atmosphere. The most unforgettable experience was riding a gondola through the indoor canals, looking up at the artificial sky with its drifting clouds while the gondolier sang – it felt truly dreamlike. The hotel isn't just a luxurious place to stay; it's a complete resort world. With an dazzling array of upscale shops, restaurants featuring international cuisine, and world-class entertainment, you can enjoy a full range of experiences without even leaving the premises. The service team was efficient and attentive, ensuring every guest's needs were meticulously met. This stay surpassed typical hotel expectations; it was more like a meticulously orchestrated sensory feast, blending the romantic charm of Venice with the vibrant excitement of Macau, leaving an unforgettable impression.

The hotel housekeeping staff's service was also fantastic, which deeply touched me. I hope you all can maintain this level of service; the future looks bright. For families with kids visiting Macau, Celebrity Tower is a no-brainer. The rooms come with lots of complimentary snacks and instant noodles! If you have any special requests, remember to contact the reservations department #Karina in advance to arrange them. I hope the hotel pays more attention to its reservation department staff. This department, which conveys the brand's value solely through voice, deserves thanks for their attentive listening and feedback. I wish all your employees more care and appreciation.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The lobby was absolutely beautiful, and the staff were very professional and welcoming. The room exceeded my expectations — spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The hotel offers several restaurants, and we tried one of them during our stay. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. You truly experience the luxury you’re looking for here. Another great feature was the shuttle service to various locations, which made getting around so convenient. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel service was excellent. We arrived in the morning and were able to store our luggage before check-in. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant, and the food was delicious. The location is also very convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great stay.

We had a great stay here. Nice Christmas 🎄 decorations in the hotel. Staff very helpful with everything. Breakfast was ok (great pastries 🥐) could have some more options like fresh vegetables. Location is nice next to river with walking distance to old center. Pity the ****** was closed, seems there will not be a restart of these facilities here. Therefore also less options for shuttle buses (ferry, boarder, etc). The room was good but we had a room with this connection door to another room, where sounds from direct neighbors can be heard through quite well. But overall pleasant stay.

The best part was definitely the swimming pool: it's 25m long and about 1.5m deep. The water quality was good, and there were also three hot tubs for relaxation. In the changing rooms, they provided L'Occitane shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. The bathtub in the room was quite large, and the magnifying mirror was a nice touch. The room decor was very European and had a 'girly' style. However, there were quite a few downsides: 1. The bed was too narrow; it was hard to turn over if you're not small. Both my friend and I experienced unbearable itching at night, which made it difficult to sleep. I'm not sure what was wrong with the duvet. 2. The standard twin room we checked into didn't have body lotion. 3. Some of the charging outlets were broken. 4. The bathroom door made a loud creaking noise when opening and closing, which would wake up the other person in the room. 5. The location is a bit out of the way, at the very end of Fisherman's Wharf, so you need a taxi to get to the city center. Overall, the value for money was still pretty good. It's worth noting that I stayed at three hotels over these three days, and the other two offered free room upgrades, whereas this hotel refused.

Great stay!! The hotel is huge and has everything that you need. You don't need to gamble to enjoy this place. The room is large and has all the amenity that you could possibly think of. Turn down service was good too (water / coffee / drinks always fill up).There are many restaurants within the facility. The breakfast has one of the largest selections I have seen and is tasty. Also really love the shower. The only downside was the air con was a bit too hot to our liking.
