The room was excellent: spacious, clean, bright, and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there were no issues with the room itself or the comfort of the stay. However, the level of welcome was completely inconsistent with the hotel's standard and price. First, they required a deposit upon check-in. This seems odd for a hotel of this category, especially since they simply refuse to let you in without one. Second, check-in is only until 3:00 PM. For me, that's quite late—I travel a lot, and at hotels of this caliber, I often find more flexible or early check-in. Overall, the room itself and the accommodations were very good, but the check-in process left a bad impression.

The service was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and patient, always ready to help with luggage or when we encountered them around the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable. The pool area also had a heated pool, and the staff there were very proactive and friendly. It was great that the shopping center was quiet in the morning and evening, before the tour groups arrived after 10:30 AM. Staying at the hotel allowed us to avoid the crowds. The only downside is that the resort is huge, and it's easy to get lost if you don't have a good sense of direction.

It’s my 4th times been staying in this hotel! I really like their service.The staff are really nice.Whatever I need they can provide very fast.But I choose the standard room no smoking,but when we entered the room the smell was like someone do the smoking.Anyway,I like the smell of their linen and pillows unlike other hotels the smell is not good.I like their buffet breakfast so yummy and lots of choices.And my favourite one was their jacuzzi and fool area.So relaxing!

So glad I chose to stay at the Grand Emperor Hotel for my second visit! I have to give a special shout-out to the front desk staff who checked me in – the lady was incredibly warm and friendly, and her service attitude was top-notch. The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic; you can walk to all the major attractions. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are very clean and tidy, which honestly didn't impact my stay at all. Highly recommend!

The room was fantastic – new, clean, and without any hint of that formaldehyde smell. My dedicated butler, Michelle, contacted me two days before check-in. She was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, addressing all my needs. She arranged our pick-up and drop-off, and upon arrival, Gordon was already waiting for us at the port. He took us directly to our room to complete check-in, saving us from queuing at the front desk! Regarding 'The Londoner Macao Grand Suites – Hampton Court Access' for breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails, overall, it's not as good or professional as 'The Manor' (Hua Ting). Specifically, for cocktails, there were only two alcoholic options, and the food service was slow and chaotic. This definitely needs improvement!

It was super convenient to get to the hotel from Hengqin Port by car. There were no crowds, so no waiting in line, and check-in was smooth. After dropping off my luggage, I took another car to Gongbei Port to change hotels and explore the Macau Peninsula. On my way back, I took the hotel car to the airport. There's a bus stop right outside the hotel, and taxis are also easy to find. The hotel service goes above and beyond to make things convenient, making my stay a real pleasure.

To celebrate our anniversary, we decided to bring our child for a one-night stay in Macau and chose the Studio City Celebrity Tower without hesitation. Right from exiting the port, we could take the free shuttle bus directly to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Lotus Light Rail Station, making it easy to reach various attractions. What was most heartwarming was that after we mentioned it was our anniversary, the hotel decorated our room beautifully and even gave us a small cake. There were also snacks in the room, perfect for a quick bite after exploring. Downstairs, there's a kids' play area, a water park, Pop Mart, and Don Don Donki, so you can easily spend half a day just within the hotel. Overall, we were very satisfied, it's really great for families with kids!
