We stayed at this hotel for one night mainly to enjoy the facilities such as the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa area. First of all, I would like to appreciate the staff and management for being friendly and helpful. We accidentally booked for the wrong date, and they kindly helped us change the booking to one day earlier so we could stay immediately, which we were very thankful for. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. Overall, the room and breakfast experience were good. However, the main disappointment was the wellness facilities, which were the main reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there were some cleanliness issues in the bathroom, including stains in the toilet, and we had to request additional cleaning. The swimming pool was extremely cold and basically unusable. We were told it had been turned off because of the seasonal change, which was disappointing as this information was not made clear beforehand. The sauna was also cold when we arrived, and staff informed us it needed a few hours to heat up, so we could only use it briefly. The steam room was completely out of service due to technical issues. In the end, we could only properly use the Turkish bath area. While the staff were polite and tried to help, the facilities unfortunately did not match the expectations created by the hotel advertisement and booking experience. I think this hotel has potential because the rooms and customer service were good, but the wellness facilities need better maintenance and clearer communication for guests.

From the moment I checked in, Halil went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. He was incredibly courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful—whether it was assisting with local directions, making recommendations, or ensuring everything in my room met expectations. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made a lasting impression and truly elevated the overall experience. It’s staff members like Halil who make a difference in hospitality. Thanks to his dedication and service, I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to others. Thank you again, Halil, and the Hilton DoubleTree team!

Finally, the light over the coffee machine is too dim, and the coffee kettle lid is broken.

Very bad, not very recommended. The sanitation is average, the shower room for bathing is broken, and there is no air conditioning. The buffet breakfast is just fine, not suitable for Asian tastes. Seriously not recommended

When we went to the Comfort Suite hotel, they told us that since we made our reservation late, they did not have any available rooms and that we would stay at a different hotel. We were taken to the Pars Palace hotel. The room was large enough, it was clean, and we liked the breakfast very much. Vana is the hotel we will choose when we come back.
