Hilton is a trustworthy brand. I stayed at three Hilton properties in Changsha and Zhangjiajie, and among them, Hilton Garden Inn was the last and the best experience. Its excellent location combined with a complimentary room upgrade and top-notch service truly stood out, even though it wasn't the cheapest (the other two were also Ctrip 4-diamond rated). The staff were proactively polite and offered thoughtful touches like tea and congee. After hiking Tianmen Mountain, they even thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub. The room was clean and tidy, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay, and the buffet was the most extensive. I frequently saw notes in the self-service laundry area requesting 'laundry and drying to be delivered to room [number]' and noticed laundry bags hanging on door handles, a clear sign of a quality hotel recognized by foreign guests. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was also very good, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money. The location was convenient as well — about a 15–20 minute walk to the cable car for Mount Tianmen, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very easy to get around and find everything we needed. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness of the reception staff. When we lost one of our phones on the street, the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us by speaking in Chinese with a stranger who had found it. Their help and care made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are truly grateful for their support.

Overall, the hotel was decent. You could see the cable cars coming and going right from the window, and there was a convenient store downstairs, which was very handy. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the hotel hallways had no air conditioning. It felt stuffy and hot as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. I hope they improve that.

The room environment is great, and the aunties who work there are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is also prepared with great care, and you can always ask for more if you're still hungry. They're always willing to help with any requests you have. Plus, the rooftop balcony offers a pretty expansive view, and there's a swing up there if you want to sit and enjoy the scenery. Highly recommend!

This hotel boasts excellent facilities. The modern Nordic design is sophisticated and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. With smart home controls throughout, a Serta mattress, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The service was absolutely impeccable; the butler was attentive and thoughtful, proactively upgraded my room, and provided a welcome fruit platter. Responses were always prompt and efficient. Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!

The Huijing 2nd Generation is truly ideal for family trips. The rooms have plenty of cabinets, offering great storage space, plus a microwave, fridge, and dining table, which makes it super convenient for ordering takeout and eating in. The free self-service laundry room is also a huge bonus – just leave the tag paper, and the staff will wash, dry, fold, and return your clothes to your room. This was an absolute lifesaver for us after a full day of exploring Tianmen Mountain; we could just relax without having to wait around for laundry. Seriously, it's fantastic! For the off-season, the price and service are definitely worth it. Five-star rating!

Yueyang Travel Treasure Hotel, the location is excellent, walking to Yueyang Building, eating snacks is super easy, health is in place, there is a laundry room gym, stay here next time!

This hotel is pretty good! Its location near IFC (International Finance Centre) is super convenient for getting around. The hotel itself has a really stylish design, and the views are absolutely stunning. Just a heads up, since it's on a high floor, you'll need to switch elevators to get to your room. The in-room amenities are all quite good, and the staff and butler service were exceptionally warm and polite! However, I booked a 'Starlight Room' expecting a star-lit ceiling, only to find out it's just a starry sky projection lamp, haha! That felt a bit underwhelming. The complimentary light show was beautiful and great for photos, though it was a bit repetitive. The 'rainstorm' experience was quite interesting and well-designed! All in all, I'm satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend it!

The King Koil mattress was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation, with high-quality toiletries. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and attentive, and fresh welcome fruits were provided. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, the heated pool has clean water, and the self-service laundry room includes a dryer, making it very convenient for longer stays. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with freshly cooked Hengyang rice noodles that are authentically delicious, alongside a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was enthusiastic and polite. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch, making this hotel suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hengyang.
