The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's right across from the shuttle bus stop to the mountain gate and the cable car down the mountain. There's also a Cha Yan Yue Se (tea shop) right outside, and a Ba Wang Cha Ji (another tea shop) and McDonald's not far away. I drove here, and the hotel offers free parking, both above ground and underground. You just need to scan a QR code at the front desk when you leave. The staff are professional and enthusiastic. The front desk even offers free shared hiking poles and fans for guests to take, and there's complimentary lemonade and tea in the lobby. If you order takeout, a robot can deliver it to your room. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is incredibly convenient for travelers. The accommodations were fantastic; the front desk staff even upgraded my room for free. Hilton's brand truly lives up to its reputation, and there were many international guests. The breakfast offered both Chinese and Western options, with a rich variety, and the quality was excellent. A staff member even kindly reminded me to eat a good breakfast before heading up the mountain! It was a truly wonderful stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed, which made us feel comfortable right away. The breakfast was also very good, and overall the hotel offers great value for the money. The location was convenient as well — about a 15–20 minute walk to the cable car for Mount Tianmen, with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it very easy to get around and find everything we needed. What stood out the most, though, was the kindness of the reception staff. When we lost one of our phones on the street, the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us by speaking in Chinese with a stranger who had found it. Their help and care made a stressful situation so much easier, and we are truly grateful for their support.

This hotel was truly excellent, and probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in with regard to the quality of the rooms, and especially the quality of the service provided. The building: reception, interior, balcony, and rooms themselves, are all extremely modern, well maintained, and have lots of technology such as automatic curtains, voice control (in Chinese only), large televisions, big windows, EXCELLENT air conditioning, robot food delivery, in-room alarms, electronic light controls, modern electric toilets, and even more that I won't list here. The hotel also has on-site free laundry service (self-service but the detergent is provided), gym, and a very good breakfast. The location of the hotel is very good, and we found it convenient for everything we wanted to do, including being only a short walk (or Didi) from the city centre, and only 10 minutes walk from the Tianmen Mountain cable car. However, the true stand out of our stay was the service. It was my birthday during the stay, and the hotel decorated the room with balloons, provided a cake, happy birthday lettering in Chinese, and made sure that the surprise was kept from me until my partner arrived to be there with me to receive it. I would like to especially thank Xiao Li for helping to arrange everything during our stay, and all of the staff that were involved in our care. The service was truly outstanding and far beyond what I have received at five star hotels in the past. They were quick to reply to any WeChat message and no request was inconvenient for them. We really felt looked after. We booked the mini-suite and this room was incredible. Extremely spacious, with two toilets, a living room, a bedroom, a hallway, a LARGE amount of storage space and cupboards, two televisions, a bath, a shower, a fridge, and three sinks for washing. This was the best hotel room I have ever stayed in and we were so sad to leave. There was no smell of smoke in the hotel at any point. Thank you to all of the staff for making our stay so special.

Excellent, excellent! My parents were very happy with their stay. It's super close to the scenic area, only about 400 meters to the entrance. The owner even offers pick-up and drop-off service to the station. The room was spacious, and breakfast was a nice 'nine-grid' selection.

This hotel boasts excellent facilities. The modern Nordic design is sophisticated and elegant, and the rooms are spacious and spotless. With smart home controls throughout, a Serta mattress, and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, my stay was incredibly comfortable. The service was absolutely impeccable; the butler was attentive and thoughtful, proactively upgraded my room, and provided a welcome fruit platter. Responses were always prompt and efficient. Breakfast was incredibly lavish, featuring local specialties like Hengyang rice noodles and fish noodles alongside Western options. The freshly ground coffee was delicious – every bite and sip was a pleasant surprise. The amenities are comprehensive, including a 24-hour gym and free laundry service, making it suitable for both business and leisure. I forgot to take photos of some areas, but if you're visiting Hengyang, you must stay here. Highly recommended!

When we entered the lobby during check-in, a group of men wereplaying cards in the lobby while another was stretched out sleeping across the couch.  It felt like a hostel rather than a (Hilton) Hotel！Later that evening, we returned from dinner to find some hotel staffs were sitting with the group!   The room itself was clean, very spacious and comfortable.  Breakfast buffet offers plenty of choices and food was quite good, dining area can see the beautiful Tianmen Mountain as well as the cable cars.  Hotel was within walking distance with the Tianmen Mountain cable car station. However, communication with hotel staff was poor.  Even though we told them our train was departing at 3pm, they scheduled pick up from hotel at 3PM without confirming the pick-up time.  I only find out the morning when I confirmed to leave at 2pm!  To make it worse, driver drove extremely aggressively and dangerously during the 15 mins trip and my teenage son felt sick after, not to mention he didn‘t help with loading/unloading our luggage. 辦理入住時，大堂內有4名男子在打牌，另有1人橫躺在沙發上睡覺。當晚外出用餐返回酒店後，看到幾名酒店工作人員與該群人坐在一起。 房間乾淨、非常寬敞、舒適。早餐自助餐選擇豐富，食物質量不錯。餐廳可看到天門山景色及索道。洒店位置與天門山索道站很近。 不過，酒店工作人員之間的溝通有待改善。我們已告知酒店火車於下午3點發車，但酒店安排的送站時間也是下午3點，且未提前與我們確認。我在當天上午再次確認時才發現，並要求改為下午2點出發。 酒店安排的司機亦非常差，在前往車站約15分鐘的車程中開得很快，左穿右插非常危險，亦沒有幫忙搬行李，下車後我的19歲兒子非常不適！

Traveling solo to Tianmen Mountain, I was so glad I booked this Atour hotel right next to the cable car station. No need for taxis or dragging my luggage far, and I could see the outline of Tianmen Cave right from my window in the morning. As a solo traveler, the sense of ease I value most was all here: it was quiet and not noisy, and the service was just right – not overly chatty, but never neglectful either. After climbing the 999 steps, I came back to my room, took a hot shower, and had a warm bowl of complimentary evening congee; the exhaustion of traveling alone instantly melted away. The self-service laundry and dryer saved my dust-covered clothes from the hike, and the bamboo corner in the lobby was a peaceful spot for quiet contemplation. It truly provided a gentle haven for solo travel, and I'll definitely choose this place again when I return to Zhangjiajie.

Originally stayed in a standard double room, just entered the room to go to the toilet and found the gecko, scared to death. Then contact the front desk to deal with it, immediately change the room, solve the processing very fast. New hotel, still have to pay attention to all aspects, 10 minutes by taxi from Yueyang Railway Station, breakfast is not bad. There is a bus stop on the left side of the door, and there is also a direct road to Yueyang Building and Panda Garden. There is also a barbecue near Sihua Construction. In short, it is very convenient. I hope that the chair will be added to the soundproof mat, and I heard someone drag the chair late at night for 2 consecutive nights.

This hotel is pretty good! Its location near IFC (International Finance Centre) is super convenient for getting around. The hotel itself has a really stylish design, and the views are absolutely stunning. Just a heads up, since it's on a high floor, you'll need to switch elevators to get to your room. The in-room amenities are all quite good, and the staff and butler service were exceptionally warm and polite! However, I booked a 'Starlight Room' expecting a star-lit ceiling, only to find out it's just a starry sky projection lamp, haha! That felt a bit underwhelming. The complimentary light show was beautiful and great for photos, though it was a bit repetitive. The 'rainstorm' experience was quite interesting and well-designed! All in all, I'm satisfied with the overall experience and would recommend it!

My recent business trip to Hengyang led me to stay at the Four Points by Sheraton, and the overall experience was nothing short of perfect. What impressed me the most was the front desk service. As soon as I arrived, the doorman proactively helped with my luggage. The front desk staff maintained a smile throughout, and the check-in process was efficient and smooth, with absolutely no waiting time. Before my trip, I wasn't familiar with the local area, but the staff patiently explained the routes, pinpointed the locations of four commercial districts and attractions, and even thoughtfully recommended local specialty dishes. Upon learning I was driving an electric car, they proactively informed me about the location of the charging stations in the parking lot – these details were incredibly heartwarming. The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant, with warm-toned decor and a subtle fragrance, creating a wonderful ambiance. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, with smart facilities that are easy to use. The King Koil mattress was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom featured a convenient wet and dry separation, with high-quality toiletries. Daily housekeeping was meticulous and attentive, and fresh welcome fruits were provided. The hotel's amenities are excellent. The 24-hour gym is well-equipped, the heated pool has clean water, and the self-service laundry room includes a dryer, making it very convenient for longer stays. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, with freshly cooked Hengyang rice noodles that are authentically delicious, alongside a full range of Chinese and Western dishes. The service throughout my stay was thoughtful and attentive. From the front desk to the housekeeping staff, everyone was enthusiastic and polite. Both the facilities and the service are top-notch, making this hotel suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Hengyang.
