Hotel location was fantastic as we were there to explore Tianmen mountain and the cableway was just across the street. Hotel was very nice, rooms were a good size and had all amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful . Food at breakfast was more for Asian taste, but there was some basic Western food. The only negative, which was not the hotel’s fault, was heavy construction occurring across the road during our stay which was noisy. The hotel windows did not seal very well and the noise was disturbing. The hotel did supply ear plugs to try and alleviate the situation. I would recommend the hotel to anyone going to visit Tianmen mountain.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience special. What stood out the most was how they went above and beyond our expectations—whether it was accommodating our needs, offering thoughtful recommendations, or simply ensuring we were comfortable at all times. Friendly and helpful staff, great location for access to the nature park and a delicious breakfast every morning (the homemade noodle dish was our favourite). The bed was very comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Would definitely recommend to others.

The owner was fully committed for us to have the best experience in Fenghuang city. We were contacted 2 days before our arrival for a pick-up from the railway station. Everything went so smoothly. I was speechless regarding the quality of the service. It was also relieving as I travelled with my parents who are not that young anymore. We had the same shuttle service for our way back to the station. The hôtel also helped us book a guided tour to visit the surrounding. We are not just receiving a room in this hotel. We received much more. We were really grateful for your kindness.

I've been to many ancient towns, but Furong Town is the only one that truly lives and breathes with the sound of water and the glow of lights. The waterfall cascades right past the eaves, and the bluestone slabs are smoothed by time. The lights at night aren't a forced spectacle, but rather a gentle embrace that envelops the entire town. There's no frivolous over-commercialization, just the poetic harmony of nature and local life. It's breathtaking at first sight and unforgettable for a lifetime – this is truly an irreplaceable secret gem of western Hunan.

Honestly, the room was nice but was very noisy with the plane flew over occasionally during midnight. The hotel 3rd floor restaurants were not operating at night so THEY TURNED OFF THE ENTIRE FLOOR LIGHTS. Once you exit the lift, it’s pitch dark… They also turned off the lights for those conference rooms and corridors next to the washing machine areas at my room floor… It was so horrifying. Told the front desk, they said they will turn it on but nope. Nothing was done. While no other users but only our clothes were on self service washing, we returned within 10 mins after the washing timer completed. Shockingly noticed our clothes have started drying on incorrect setting. (We needed cold temp, slow spinning). It was the cleaner who “helped” us. It may be out of good wills but I personally find it inappropriate since no permissions were granted to touch or move our belongings.. The butler lady who contacted me through WeChat were also quite pushy on getting me to buy the tour tickets from her. She will keep reminding me to quickly make decisions on the ticket purchase… Intentions were questionable as my other hotel butler did not keep insisting. Nonetheless, she was still very helpful and responsive. When we arrived, there were no services and the front desk gave me the “you should have known how the hotel works” kind of look and instructed me with 2 lines:“ Breakfast at level 3, washing machine at level 5.”

My fellow Guangxi native visiting Hunan! 😄 This hotel is in a great central location, quiet yet close to all the action. They offer a shuttle service from the car park, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. Most importantly, all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They even helped us plan our itinerary and told us which tourist traps to avoid. Definitely worth staying here!

Hotel location is very good, travel is very convenient, eating and shopping around is also convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were complete, the hot water was large, and the air conditioning effect was good. The overall environment is quiet and not noisy, and it is very safe to live. The front desk service was warm and polite, the service attitude was particularly good, and there was a problem and could be responded in time. Good value for money, the overall experience is satisfactory, I will choose this next time, I can also help book tickets, cheaper than my own booking, it is recommended!

The hotel location is super easy to find, very close to the high-speed rail station. You can walk there if you don't have luggage, and the hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the station. The front desk lady was kind enough to upgrade my room, which was clean and tidy. I booked the shuttle service for my departure the next day in advance, and since it was an early start, they even prepared breakfast for me at the front desk. My experience was excellent, and I'll definitely stay here again!

She took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the national forest, giving us clear and useful details that made planning our visit so much easier. On top of that, she kindly helped us book the tickets in advance, saving us time and ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile really stood out and made our trip even more enjoyable. Thanks to her, we were able to fully appreciate the beauty of the area without any worries. Overall, it was a fantastic stay that we will always remember.
