The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

The room was very spacious. The hotel is conveniently located in the new district, about 3km from the West Train Station – a quick taxi ride (minimum fare) gets you there. It's also situated right at the entrance of the old street. While the old street isn't large, the hand-pulled lamb (手抓羊肉) there is excellent, and there's even an interesting chocolate museum. The room itself was modern, featuring smart amenities, and felt brand new. The breakfast was also great!

Perfect location! It is within walking distance of Mingsha Mountain. The “western”dining hall on the roof is the best place to enjoy sunset (without climbing the sand dunes) - a benefit only available to the hotel guests. An additional perk: The hotel offers a free drink (free cookies come with drinks). The hotel looks like an ancient Western Region fortress, and the room is decorated with local ethnic style. It is not brand new, but everything is clean and well maintained. We stayed there two nights. The food were good, and the staff were nice and helpful when checking out potential allergens for my daughter. Highly recommend this place!

A very satisfying stay experience, highly recommended [strong][strong][strong] This stay experience far exceeded expectations! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt the intimate service. The front desk staff checked in quickly and had a friendly attitude. The room was very clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was good [moon]. The facilities are also very new and complete, the hotel is strategically located, and it is very convenient to eat and shop around. Next time I come to this city, I will definitely choose here again ☺️ Thanks again to the younger brothers and sisters at the front desk, they explained what is a real quality service with sincerity and professionalism, making people feel at home. Must give this hotel five stars for the service!

Comfortable room, a good size with blackout curtains. The hotel is an easy walking distance from the train station no matter how much luggage you have. Free laundry facilities. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, happy to answer questions and assist with bookings and locating various services around town. The only negative is breakfast. Both days I was there one or more of the bread products were stale. Paper cups are provided for cold drinks (which seems needlessly wasteful) the one morning I tried, the orange juice was flavorless and watered down- it tasted like when you refill a juice bottle with water. The shape of the seating area is also unfortunate. There are two corners where people seem to appear out of nowhere and both days I encountered numerous children running and who absolutely should not have been allowed to bring their scooters in to the breakfast area (not the mobility kind) making carrying hot drinks and plates of food dangerous and unpleasant. Definitely recommended, just skip breakfast!

The location of the hotel is very good. There are plenty of parking spaces. It is convenient for self-driving travel. It is a newly opened hotel. Everything is new. The room is clean, spacious and bright. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The breakfast is rich and varied. It is very delicious. Restaurant attendant , The waiter was warm and hospitable, and took the initiative to introduce local specialties to us. The receptionist at the front desk was warm and hospitable, and the service was attentive.

The original member of staff that checked me in was extremely unprofessional. We were a family that came to visit with all permanent residents cards ( Green Cards ) and the way it was handled with very unprofessional. 1. The hotel should be aware that they don’t need to photocopy permanent residents cards as we are treated the same as local ID cards. The manager needs to train staff. I appreciate it’s rare to see but it wasn’t handle correctly. We have done amazing things for the country, China - and to be treated like this was disgraceful. One woman who helped us to our room, she was totally amazing! She was very professional- she understood professionalism and great customer service. We won’t ever forget such a wonderful woman. The hospitality industry is very important- every detail counts. However the negative impact can last a lifetime. I would like to thank the wonderful woman at this hotel and I truly hope you become manager of this place so you can show some staff members how to treat customers.

This hotel was truly amazing! The room felt incredibly fresh upon entering, and the bedding was spotless. It was a truly comfortable stay. Fruit and milk were provided, and a late-night snack was even offered. And our housekeeper, Li Ping, was incredibly friendly! From the moment we arrived, she greeted us warmly and patiently guided us. We also had quick and thoughtful responses to any small requests. For example, when I asked about nearby restaurants, she even gave us detailed recommendations for reputable ones. She was incredibly thoughtful. When I forgot something at the hotel, she even reached out and helped me return it. It was truly heartwarming!

Our room was upgraded to an executive room, and the view was fantastic! Huge thanks to the staff for their thoughtful service. Breakfast was decent; as vegetarians, we mostly stuck to the bread, and the European pastries and croissants were perfectly baked. The coffee was good too, and the restaurant was clean, making for an acceptable dining experience. The gym was well-equipped, with a great selection of weight training machines. The housekeeping staff was very diligent; our room was always spotless when we returned from breakfast. While the room facilities were a bit dated and the shower door was quite noisy when opening and closing, the overall stay was still comfortable. The only downsides were that we couldn't extend our stay for more nights and there was no self-service laundry room. The laundry service provided by Hyatt had inconvenient hours. This might be fine for a short stay, but it would be quite inconvenient for stays longer than two weeks. Overall, the Hyatt experience was excellent and well worth a stay when visiting Lanzhou, especially for the stunning night views of the Yellow River.

I have stayed at Atour Hotel several times and the experience has always been great. The service attitude is warm and friendly, the facilities are complete, the parking is convenient and free, the shower water is plenty and hot and comfortable, and bottled water is specially given when leaving in the morning. It has five-star reviews and is recommended for staying! In addition, there are many restaurants within a few hundred meters around, and it is very convenient to eat. Especially walk about 900 meters towards Dingxi Hospital, turn right at the 4th intersection, there are many Northwest specialty restaurants!
