After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

Qiuguo Hotel has always felt very good. The hotel has a feeling of going home. Zhangye Qiuguo Hotel is very close to the Big Buddha Temple. Hotel environment is good, service is in place, breakfast is rich Unfortunately, the coffee machine cannot be used, others are fine.

Coinciding with the New Year, we drove to Northwest China, and the Hilton maintained its usual high standards. From the moment we entered, we felt the warmth and enthusiasm of all the staff. They greeted us proactively every time we entered or left, and we also saw the cleaning aunties constantly tidying up, making the place very clean. The front desk staff, Xinglan and Liuliu, were exceptional; they proactively upgraded us to a deluxe room, which was spacious and bright. They made our New Year in Zhangye very enjoyable, and we will definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit Zhangye in the future.

Just a few minutes' walk from Dunhuang Night Market, the hotel was clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were all very welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. Ms. Xiaoqing from the tourism department, who picked us up, was also incredibly warm and hospitable. Big thumbs up! Next time I come to Dunhuang, I'll definitely stay at Dunhuang Hotel again.

The hallway transformed into an immersive art gallery, with Qingyang shadow puppetry (an intangible cultural heritage) displays and Dunhuang-inspired decorations complementing each other, making every step resonate with the rhythm of Silk Road culture. The room design is a 'detail-lover's dream.' The smart room control system adjusts lighting and curtains with a single touch. The bathroom, with its wet/dry separation, is equipped with high-end amenities, especially the extra-large bathtub paired with soft lighting. While washing away travel fatigue, I could also gaze at the airport's night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows, making a business trip feel like a holiday. The bedding was just the right firmness, and with the windows closed, the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a full night's sleep even though it's close to the runway. The dining was equally impressive. The breakfast at Xuanhe All-Day Dining combined local Gansu cuisine specialties with Western classics. The freshly made beef noodles had a rich broth, complemented by fresh fruits and freshly ground coffee, starting the day with energy. The gym facilities were professional, allowing me to stretch and relax even during business breaks. Four-star pricing, five-star experience, and an even higher level of cultural resonance. Lanzhou Airport PARKVUE is not just a hotel; it's a cultural emblem of the Silk Road air hub – transforming a fleeting stopover into a poetic journey. Worth experiencing!

This hotel was an easy walk from the railway station and very clean and fresh! The breakfast was okay but very busy and crowded. The gym had a lot of unusable equipment and the options were already limited. The service was good and the room was pleasant.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The location is superb, with direct elevator access to Mingjiahui Fashion Center, which is hands down the best shopping mall in Jiayuguan in terms of ambiance and experience. It's also a short taxi ride to the Jiayuguan Fort scenic area. The service here was outstanding. A big thank you to the front desk lady who checked us in on the afternoon of April 29th for upgrading our room – I'm just sad I didn't catch her employee number. The breakfast environment was quiet and elegant, and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes that weren't greasy. They even made fresh wontons and noodles to order, tailored to your taste. Special thanks to restaurant staff member #39 for her thoughtful service; she customized our dishes to perfection. Even though it was a self-service buffet, she proactively brought freshly prepared food right to our table. On our second day, heading to Jiayuguan Fort, staff members #20 and #21 helped us arrange for the hotel's MPV business van. The 6-seater van was incredibly comfortable, and the drive was very smooth – a big thanks to the driver as well. When we checked out, they, along with the supervisor, prepared special Jiayuguan souvenirs and some snacks for our upcoming journey, which was going to be a bit hectic. The room maintenance was impeccable; there were no noticeable issues with our stay experience. After we offered some suggestions for further improvement, the hotel promptly organized a review and provided feedback. My thanks to room attendant #51 for calling to inquire about the details, and also to the supervisor for speaking with us directly and personally looking into our suggestions. Thank you to all the wonderful ladies for their care, which made our first visit to Jiayuguan a joyful memory and made us feel truly at home. This time, I deliberately chose this guesthouse tucked away in a village, mainly to slow down, relax, and just chill. The overall experience was really therapeutic, but there are a few honest critiques I want to share to help future visitors. First, let's talk about the major positives! The location truly exceeded my expectations. It's not in the bustling city center; instead, it's hidden in a village, completely avoiding the crowds and traffic of the city. It's peaceful and quiet, not noisy at all, setting the perfect mood for a relaxed vacation. It's also not far from Mingsha Mountain and Mogao Grottoes, and taxis are readily available whenever you step out, making it super convenient to get to attractions without having to wake up early or squeeze onto a crowded bus. The value for money for accommodation is also great. For around 300 RMB per person, you can stay in a courtyard room with two large beds, offering excellent privacy. It's really pleasant to sit in your private little courtyard and have afternoon tea. I have to praise the memory foam pillows provided; they're just the right balance of soft and firm, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of traveling – a huge plus point! The guesthouse itself has an Instagram-worthy cafe. The freshly ground coffee is excellent. There are several spots for afternoon tea, including a sandy area, a pool, and an orchard. Sipping coffee and taking photos with the cool breeze from the desert makes every shot look like a professional, atmospheric photo, instantly bringing a sense of relaxation. In the evening, there's also a stargazing platform. Far from city lights, you can look up and see a sky full of stars, instantly melting away all your travel fatigue. You don't have to worry about food either. While there aren't many restaurants within walking distance, the guesthouse can arrange customized local specialty meals. Having a BBQ or hotpot in the courtyard feels so special. If you don't feel like moving, delivery services for takeout are also very fast, perfectly satisfying any lazy traveler. Now, for a few honest minor complaints – consider these if you're particular: Since it's in a village, there aren't many shops along the street nearby, so it's not very convenient to just go out for a casual stroll, snack, or buy groceries. However, anything you need can be ordered for delivery. The temperature difference between morning and evening is significant, and it can get quite windy in the courtyard. Remember to bring a light jacket if you plan to have outdoor afternoon tea. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons. This place is perfect for those who don't like rushing from one attraction to another, prefer peace and quiet, and are looking for atmosphere, healing, and a truly relaxing and laid-back vacation.

I brought my mom and brother along, and we booked a triple room. When we arrived in the evening, they upgraded us to a family suite for free, and all three of us had a great rest. From the moment we parked, we felt the warmth of the hotel staff. The security guard jogged over to help us with our luggage and recommended places to eat authentic Zhangye cuisine that night. The lobby staff offered us hot towels and tea, and another staff member helped carry our luggage up to the room. We initially thought of grabbing a quick bite on the second floor, but found the restaurant didn't offer local specialties. The staff there were very kind and directed us to a nearby restaurant that did. The room was very clean and tidy, with everything we needed. Just look at the pictures! They even gave us small gifts. The hotel is also very friendly to travelers. Next to the elevator in the lobby, there's detailed information about every attraction in Zhangye, and the front desk has local travel guides and dining recommendations. Great stay, great food. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Zhangye.

I have three criteria when booking a hotel: a separate wet/dry shower area, a laundry room, and breakfast. Ibis perfectly met all my requirements, offering a washer, dryer, and detergent. Plus, the washing machines have only two settings, which saves everyone time. In Europe, Ibis is my go-to for budget accommodation, and the Jiayuguan Ibis offers excellent value for money. It's no exaggeration to say it's just a two-minute walk from Jiayuguan Station with your luggage, and multiple bus routes start right outside the hotel. The front desk staff are all very kind and friendly. The room was new, very clean, and had a huge TV. Everything about it was excellent. On top of that, the hotel hosts meetings for large state-owned companies, and you know what that means – it's a good hotel!
