This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

Choosing the Hyatt Lanzhou as the first stop of our trip was the best decision. A big thank you to the lovely and enthusiastic front desk receptionist for giving me a view of the magnificent 'Lanzhattan' nightscape. Since it was my birthday on the day of check-in, the restaurant even prepared a birthday gift for me, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is prime, with many attractions nearby, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The room cleanliness and soundproofing were both top-notch. I will definitely choose the Hyatt again next time.

👍✨️⛱️Absolutely loved my stay! The room was meticulously cleaned, the bathroom spotless, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around. The room itself was spacious and bright, hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm, professional, and very responsive. Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, it's a must-choose when in Zhangye!

The hotel is very close to Crescent Lake, with a night market right downstairs featuring Alibaba BBQ and various stir-fries and grilled dishes. The hotel restaurant on the first floor has an elegant ambiance. Although the breakfast selection isn't huge, it caters to various tastes with options like rice noodles, lamb noodle soup, and tofu pudding. The highlight for me, as a tea lover, was the excellent selection of teas available. The staff's service attitude was exceptional; I called them in the early hours about something I hadn't confirmed, and they quickly sorted it out for me. As a member, I also received a free room upgrade to a twin room with 1.5m beds. Our family trip was very enjoyable.

The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite Shazhou Night Market. The room decor is also very nice. I forgot to take pictures of breakfast, but they had a great selection of cold dishes, hot dishes, fruits, and drinks. There's parking available right in front of the hotel and also an underground garage. In the evening, after visiting Crescent Spring, we took the free shuttle bus that drops you near the hotel, and it was only a 7-8 minute walk back to rest. So convenient! Plus, the room even has a bathtub, perfect for the kids to soak in after a tiring day. From its location to its service, this hotel is simply perfect. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dunhuang!!

The location is fantastic, perfect for those who enjoy a lively atmosphere. It's right at the entrance to the night market, and you can watch the performances from your room. There are tons of food options nearby. Even with the windows closed, it's not noisy. Everything else is the usual reliable A.T. House standard. The breakfast toast and overall breakfast could use some improvement, and the breakfast area has a greasy smell (your clothes will smell like it afterward). Recommended.

Very satisfied! The bed was super comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. It's right next to the desert, which is cool. Xiao Yi's service was excellent, she was always ready to help with anything. I'm really happy with this trip and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

Superb service! The entire staff is well-trained, warmly welcoming, polite, and attentive. There is a parking lot in the back, making parking very convenient. The room has a great layout and the bedding is very comfortable. Out of five days, the breakfast was better on two days and a bit lacking on the other three. On the day when there was a tour group of foreign guests, there were two beef dishes at breakfast. From 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM, they offer a complimentary late-night buffet, which is fantastic—two thumbs up!

We made a mistake choosing this hotel: the word “international” led us to believe it would be better prepared to receive foreign guests, but that was not our experience. That said, the staff’s service was excellent at all times. Although they did not speak English, they consistently made the effort to use translation tools to communicate with us and assist us in the best possible way, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was almost empty. The first breakfast took place in a huge dining area where we were the only guests, which meant the variety was quite limited. There was some Chinese food and a coffee machine, but there were no options commonly expected by international travelers, such as fruit, cereals, yogurt, or bread. That same day, we were informed that the rest of the breakfasts would be delivered directly to our room. The staff made a continuous effort to ensure we felt comfortable with this arrangement, confirming the delivery time with us each day. The room was spacious and comfortable. However, the cleanliness did not match the hotel’s level and price: the carpet had visible stains, and finding a toothpick at the entrance made it clear that cleaning standards were not adequate. In addition, the amount of shampoo and soap provided was extremely limited—again, not consistent with the quality one would expect given the building and overall appearance of the hotel. In summary, we would like to highlight the kindness and dedication of the staff, but we believe the hotel still has important aspects to improve, especially regarding international standards and cleanliness.
