The room was newly renovated and looked quite comfortable. For the price, to get accommodation in this location, with rooms of this quality, a rich and delicious breakfast every day, free shuttle service to and from the station, and a complimentary shared tour for the West Line day trip, it's simply an incredible value. However, I was a bit unlucky with my stay this time. In the first room I checked into, the window seemed to lack soundproofing. The weather was cold, and the air conditioning was off, so the room became increasingly stuffy. Also, the ceiling would make a 'thump, thump, bang' sound every now and then. The 'bang' was so loud that even with in-ear headphones on and listening to music while trying to sleep, I'd be startled awake. It's also possible I was too tired and overly sensitive to sounds. I couldn't sleep until early morning. Thankfully, the front desk was willing to move me to another room even at that hour. After switching rooms, it was much better – much quieter and not as stuffy. I had a comfortable stay after that!

Overlooking the Yellow River at night, with endless lights, you get to see all of Lanzhou's beauty. 🛋 Facilities: It's definitely an older hotel, and you can see signs of wear and tear, so be cautious if that bothers you. The room can get a bit hot at night! 🛀 Bathing: You can ask the hotel for a disposable bathtub liner, which is very reassuring. After a bath, close the curtains and you can have a good night's sleep. 💡 Summary: For this window view, I'd be willing to come again. The facilities may be old, but the service is excellent, and the scenery is priceless.

This hotel in Zhangye exceeded all expectations! Before arriving, I called to ask about self-service laundry and was pleasantly surprised to learn upon check-in that they offer a complimentary laundry service, which saved us a great deal of time and effort. The hotel also provided pick-up service, and the driver was already waiting for us at the station. The front desk staff were professional and attentive. During our three-day stay, we received welcome fruit every day, along with hot eye masks and earplugs (though the room was already very quiet). My child absolutely loved the creatively folded towel animals that appeared daily. The lobby had cold, warm, and hot water available, plus ingredients for Sanpao Tai tea – amenities even my own home can't match. The mattress and latex pillows were excellent, perfect for improving sleep quality and recovering energy after a long day of walking. Breakfast was delicious! Since dining options are limited near the Danxia scenic area in winter, having a good breakfast at the hotel was crucial. The front desk also provided a reliable and more cost-effective contact for car rentals than finding one ourselves. Next time I'm in Zhangye, Jinglong International will definitely be my first choice!

Let's start with the hotel's facilities. The standard twin and king rooms are indeed not very large, and it can feel a bit cramped with an extra bed. However, as I saw on Xiaohongshu, there are two triple rooms on the first floor. This time, we also discovered two family rooms on the second floor. Since we were staying for several days, the hotel let us check into one of these family rooms on our second day. It was significantly more spacious, featuring a king-size bed (2 meters) and a smaller bed. While the toilet isn't smart, the shower has excellent water pressure, and the toiletries are good. The hotel's 'Zhaixingge' (Stargazer Pavilion) offers unparalleled views for watching the sunrise, Mingsha Mountain, and the stars. Now, about the dining. The Chinese restaurant, Fengguoci, is open until 10 PM, and Zhaixingge until 11 PM. Their beef noodles, Saizi noodles, and dumplings are all incredibly delicious. The ancient-style lamb chops aren't on the menu, but they can be specially prepared, and they taste fantastic. Breakfast is very generous, and all the fruits are tasty. Finally, the service. The service at Dunhuang Hotel is truly exceptional. All the staff are polite, greeting you warmly and always willing to help. One evening, we couldn't get a taxi to the night market, so the hotel arranged a shuttle van to take us there. When we were setting off fireworks at the main entrance one night, the staff happily interacted with us, and we made sure to clean up thoroughly afterwards. On our last day, before check-out, the hotel even invited a Shehuo performance troupe, which really added to the festive atmosphere. Dunhuang Hotel was definitely the best hotel experience of our entire trip.

During my New Year's Day trip to Zhangye, I chose to stay at the Zhangye Puyue Hotel for two nights, and overall, the experience was great. Here are a few points I can share for future travelers: 1. The hotel is very close to Zhangye West Station, just about a 5-minute walk after exiting the station, which is very convenient. They also offer late check-out, allowing you to return to the hotel to pack your luggage after morning sightseeing, so you don't have to carry everything with you. 2. The hotel's living environment is good, with clean and tidy rooms. Despite the low outdoor temperatures in winter, the hotel's interior was warm and comfortable. 3. The staff at the front desk and restaurant were friendly. Check-in and answering questions were handled promptly and efficiently. They also provided useful information for our stay and exploration. In the mornings, when entering the restaurant, they would greet us warmly. The food selection included some Northwestern specialties, and the beef noodles were particularly delicious. 4. As for the city of Zhangye itself, all the attractions and scenic spots are quite unique. The mountain landscapes, canyons, and temples are distinct from those in the inland plains, and they are especially stunning and magnificent in winter. When I have time off work, I'd love to come back to experience Zhangye in summer or autumn, and I'll definitely stay at the Puyue Hotel again!

The service and breakfast were both good. I even forgot something, and the hotel called to thank me for it. However, the strange thing about this hotel is that the air conditioning only turns on at 6 PM. I came back from Maiji Mountain in the afternoon and was really cold, wanting to rest in the room. But I ended up having to wear my down jacket indoors. Air conditioning only starting at 6 PM? This is the first time I've encountered something like this in all my years of traveling!

The room was clean and well-equipped. However, the front desk service was just average. When I booked through Trip.com, there was supposed to be an upgrade, but the staff member seemed to have overlooked it. After I pointed out the issue, they paused for a moment, then spent a long time looking for the order, only to say that all rooms were full. Yet, Trip.com clearly showed available rooms. It was only after I threatened to contact Trip.com that they reluctantly said they'd make a room available for me, without a hint of apology, just annoyance at having to make the change. This incident left a really bad taste; it was clearly their mistake, but they made it seem like I was trying to get something for free.

Our stay was excellent. We arrived at night, very tired after a long journey, and were warmly and efficiently welcomed. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The service provided by all the staff—from reception to housekeeping and the breakfast area—was consistently kind and professional. A great advantage was the self-service laundry facilities, which allowed us to wash our clothes conveniently. Another highlight was the varied buffet breakfast: everything was fresh and delicious, and we truly enjoyed it—trying a few new dishes for the first time! The location is outstanding, just across from the station. We would gladly stay here again without hesitation and will certainly recommend it.

This hotel looked incredible! From top to bottom, it was clear that the designers took style seriously. The rooms gave off a sense of luxury that few other hotels in this process range have. The carpets, floors, doors, cabinets, beds etc. emitted a sense of tranquility, which made me feel very comfortable. Also, after travelling around China for nearly a month, I can say that this was by far the best breakfast I've had at roughly a dozen hotels. The staff were professional, everything was very clean, and the location could not have been better. My only issues: there was no air conditioning, and my room was very hot at night. Additionally, when the rooms next to you are watching television, you can hear everything in your room.

This is my second time staying in the hotel. When I entered the lobby, the waiter was still the same as before, enthusiastic and thoughtful. The room was very carefully decorated, clean and tidy. For those who want to spend a pleasant night in Lanzhou, this is a good choice. The hotel has a superior geographical location and high-quality service. It can relax your body and mind and feel the charm of Lanzhou. It is worth recommending and giving it a thumbs up. There are also many dishes in the buffet, which I like very much. The self-service laundry is very convenient. In short, it was a good stay!
