Room is clean n tidy. Location is good. Staff are friendly. Within walking distance, you can reach all the important historical points, restaurants, coffee shops n shopping mall.

It's a good budget hotel. Its clean, comfortable & affordable. The highlight of my stay at the hotel is the customer service! From reception to room attendant, everyone is very friendly and attentive. I really appreciated the fact that the hotel returned me a day's stay (even though it was a non-refundable booking) when I had to check out one day early. 😌 I definitely recommend Sedef Hotel to fellow travellers. Otel genel itibariyle çok iyi. Görünümü, temizliği, ulaşılabilirliği ve odalarıyla birlikte ***et yeterli. Klimalar eski, yeteri kadar ısıtmıyor. Fakat resepsiyonda bulunan görevliler sanki otel ile hiç bir alakaları yokmuş gibi, biz değil onlar misafirmiş gibi davranış sergiliyorlar. Bir şeyi söylemek, yaptırtmak veya rica etmek konusunda epey tedirgindik resepsiyon için. Temizlik personeli fazlasıyla iyi, mutfak ekibi işinde başarılıydı.

The rooms would be very good if they had a water heating system. Also, there could have been a few products in the mini-fridge in the rooms. But the hotel was very good.

The front desk is very warm, the service is very thoughtful, breakfast has egg cakes is not bad, the hotel is a bit old, there is a separate parking lot below, but it is very small, stop in the main level, overall it is recommended

Good central location. The manager assisted immediately with parking the car. Nice breakfast. On the opisit end, the light in the bathroom was not working and sadly was not fixed after notifying on reception.

Çok güzel ağırlandık. Standart odalar geniş ve temizdi. Terlik vardı. İsteğe göre diş fırçası sağlandı. Mobilyalar yeni ve kaliteliydi. Hijyen ürünleri iyiydi. Genel olarak memnjn kaldım.

The hotel's location is only in a very noisy place. When I first entered the room, there was a very heavy cigarette smell that was cracked into the whole room. I managed with a night lamp. I didn't cool the refrigerator. The hair dryer was bad and was almost old. There was no sound in the rooms, the phone was on the side of the room, I informed the officer about what was talking, I warned the staff in the room, but they continued to make noise. The staff approach was generally good, except for these. I was very happy. I was generally unhappy, will I never stay again, an hotel that doesn't deserve his money, don't be cheated with the view, etc.

The cleaning can be improved a little, but it's certainly a price performance hotel festival round, they've been helpers all over the world, they've been not left out there, they've been grateful to us, and I thank them for a kind behavior.

The hotel was located on the highway with a private car at 10 minutes away from the centre. The hotel has very beautiful dinner and breakfast packages. The room was clean and large. It was beautiful than it appeared on the photos. Only the room smelled smoking very badly. We aired the room all day yet it didn't go, I think it was badly flushing the air conditioning. What we did wasn't smell. The bathroom was clean and the towels were very clean, so clean rooms were very clean. The hotel was quiet. Very beautiful flushing we sleeped in a quiet evening. The dinner service was good. You can do breakfast at an hour you want from 7 to 10 a.m. Beer is more suitable for hotels in the centre. If you have a car you go to the centre in 10 minutes.
