This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Iquique, the staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. The room had a great view and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly. The restaurant and bar on the top floor was fantastic and I can’t commend them highly enough, we thoroughly enjoyed their recommendations. The views and sunsets were just amazing.

A very satisfying stay, and it can be said to be the best service I received during my 26-day trip to Chile: The front desk told me that I could use my room card to eat at the restaurants listed on the hotel's QR code, and the meal fee could be counted into my membership card to earn points (of course not Ctrip card). When we arrived we were told that Trip's reservation was for 2 single beds. When we told them that it was our honeymoon, they not only assigned us a room with a double bed but also with a view of the sea. They always looked after us very well, in a welcoming way.
