The room is okay, it's an old hotel and the facilities are old. The air conditioner in the corridor was turned on so much that the air-conditioning penetrated into the room. It was a bit cold even if I didn't turn on the air conditioner. The breakfast is good and meets local four-star standards.

I booked two rooms. Both room had bad smell coming from the toilet. Room service was very poor. Cannot maintain timely service. If commits 30 minutes, it may take 1 to 2 hours, even can forget to respond back to requests. Hotel staffs do not know the manners of 5 star hotel. Overall experience is not good.

The breakfast is good. It is very convenient to take the highway from the airport. However, the streets are very dirty, which is a common problem in Bangladesh. The service is good. The waiter brought the luggage to the room. The floor is high, the bed is soft, and the bath water is comfortable. Two bottles of water are provided.
