Family Friendly Hotels in Macau, China

Before our departure, we emailed Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao, and they responded promptly. Check-in was very quick, and they did their best to accommodate our requests. What touched us the most was that this morning, we accidentally pinched our child's finger while bathing them. The customer service department responded quickly, and within five minutes, a medical team butler was in our room to attend to our child's injured finger. They also granted us a late check-out and drove our entire family, including the elderly and children, to the Hengqin Port. Thank you, Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao! If you're unsure which hotel to choose, Altira will never disappoint. I've been staying here for almost ten years straight, and every time, it feels like coming home. The cleaning is meticulous, and there's turn-down service every evening. On important holidays, the hotel even prepares cakes. Any reasonable request you have, the hotel tries its best to accommodate. Downstairs, shopping and dining are very convenient, and there's also Pop Mart. To get to Rua do Cunha, you can take a bus right outside. Now that the subway is completed, it's even faster to get to Rua do Cunha and A-Ma Temple. We stayed at Andaz Macau for our anniversary with our child, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very family-friendly, and during our stay, we had free access to the Grand Resort Deck. The Skywave Pool and Skytop Adventure Rapids kept our child entertained, and they didn't want to leave. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and well-equipped with children's slippers and toiletries. The staff who helped set up the tent in our room were incredibly friendly and polite. In particular, Josha (not sure if the name is correct), a housekeeping colleague, provided wonderful turndown service in the evening, which was so thoughtful and attentive – a perfect end to a long day of playing. We also want to give a special shout-out to Elena at the front desk. She handled our check-in efficiently, with a warm and friendly smile. She proactively introduced the hotel's family-friendly facilities and helped us confirm the Grand Resort Deck tickets and directions. When we returned to our room in the evening, we found an anniversary cake she had arranged, which made our child incredibly happy. The location is quiet and convenient for getting to Galaxy Macau. We will definitely choose Andaz Macau again when we return to Macau, and we're very grateful for the hotel staff's enthusiastic service ❤️

This time in Macau, I stayed at The Parisian Macao again. Since there was a co-branded event, as a Trip.com Black Diamond member, I was lucky enough to be upgraded to Sands Lifestyle's Prestige level, valid for one year. The check-in experience was excellent. Jack, the young man who assisted us, was enthusiastic and thoughtful, asking about our needs and proactively upgrading our room to a Champagne King Suite. The room was over 70 square meters, featuring a living room, a walk-in closet, and a vanity area. Outside the window, there was the lush garden and swimming pool of the Four Seasons Hotel, which was very pleasant to look at. The hotel's location is superb, making it very convenient to get around for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel also provided a welcome fruit platter and a beverage bar. It was a wonderful stay.

The staff were friendly and welcoming during check-in. I'm not sure if it's because it was my birthday that day, but my room was upgraded for free. The view of the garden from the 7th floor was beautiful, and there were even lights at night. The room's decor and maintenance were good, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the bathroom floor tiles were a bit yellowed, and the indoor pool happened to be under maintenance, which were minor drawbacks. But overall, it was a very good stay.

I chose this hotel because of Zaha's design, and I was truly amazed by the futuristic setting. All the furniture and amenities in the room were very high-quality, and the perfume, hand cream, and toiletries had a fresh and pleasant scent. Interestingly, there was a picture book in the room that detailed the architectural design and construction process. When ordering room service, a dining table is brought in, and the service is excellent and responsive. The breakfast environment and taste are also fantastic – highly recommended. The only minor downside was that the bathtub wasn't clean; it felt gritty to the touch. Overall, I really loved this hotel and it's definitely worth staying at when in Macau. If I have the chance (and money) in the future, I'll come again and also try the Michelin-starred restaurant on the third floor.

Overall, it was comfortable, and the infinity pool was truly beautiful. Although the location isn't in the concentrated hotel area near Galaxy, it's not too far from the Jockey Club Light Rail Station. Near the Jockey Club Station, there are many great food options, including the Michelin-recognized old eatery Wing Kee. There's also a Supermarket and convenience stores; I really like that commercial area. It's perfectly fine to walk slowly (about 15-20 minutes). The hotel offers shuttle buses to Venetian and also to Macau Airport, but it takes a roundabout route. It's better to take a taxi or catch a bus from Venetian. There are also shuttle buses to Senado Square (near the Ruins of St. Paul's). The frequency isn't super high, but it's manageable if integrated into your itinerary. Walking for about 20 minutes also gets you to Broadway Macau, and crossing the pedestrian bridge leads directly to Galaxy. For those who don't mind walking, it's a good option. The hotel is a bit high-tech, with many touch-sensitive controls. However, for some reason, two out of the three rooms we booked had TVs that stopped working midway through our stay. We called IT to fix them, and they did get repaired, but it didn't last long. We just left them on for the sound. The two beds pushed together were very large and could comfortably sleep three people. Overall, it was quite good, and the weekday prices were also decent.

This trip brought us a fantastic experience! First and foremost, during check-in, front desk staff Jess and Alan were incredibly friendly. Knowing I had a child with me, they specially arranged for us to check in earlier than the normal time so we could head to the water park sooner. Even more surprising, they upgraded our room for free! The facilities were new, the view was open, and the room was very spacious – so big that my child could run around inside, having a great time even before we got to the water park. Additionally, W Hotel offers a good variety of pillow options, which shows they value their guests' sleep experience. The mattress was also very comfortable, allowing for a good rest. Hotel staff were very attentive; whenever they saw a guest in need, they would proactively offer assistance. The dinner buffet was also excellent, and we enjoyed a very satisfying meal! Overall, our stay at W Hotel this time was excellent, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

The hotel is nestled by mountains and the sea, offering stunning views 👍. Getting to Macau from Hong Kong via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge is very convenient. Sitting on the 'Golden Bus' (shuttle bus) and admiring the spectacular bridge and endless ocean is truly a delight. On this trip across the sea, I was lucky enough to spot some dolphins. These sea sprites were incredibly cute, but unfortunately, my hands weren't fast enough to capture them flipping around, so I missed the chance to photograph them. All I can do is wish these sprites a long and happy life 🙏.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.
