Holiday Inn Express MACAU CITY CENTRE by IHG

The air conditioning in the room was very loud, whether it was on or off. The other amenities and facilities were pretty good. No adapter was needed, and there were plenty of mirrors. Tea bags, coffee, and a mini-fridge were provided. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was spacious. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay somewhere else, even though this was an upgraded room. However, I checked reviews for every hotel, and no place in the same price range had quiet air conditioning, so it might be a common issue.

The Venetian Macao

Amenities: The facilities are comprehensive. They even specially delivered toiletries for the two elderly people and one child staying with us. Hygiene: Very clean and comfortable. Environment: Everything you need for dining, accommodation, and travel is right here. The hotel is within walking distance of hotels like The Londoner, The Parisian, and MGM. There are convenient free shuttle buses to the airport and border crossings. The North Wing is very close to the food street, making dining very convenient. It's also particularly close to Rua do Cunha, where we sampled some Macanese specialty snacks before checking out. Service: Excellent. They arranged a room with a great view for us. After we arrived at the hotel, we went to eat first, and the porter directly delivered our luggage to the room. The young lady at the West Wing front desk, in particular, was very patiently guided us on how to get around and even advised us on how to check out quickly based on our flight time for our return journey.

This hotel has an amazing ambiance. On my first night, they thoughtfully upgraded me to a spacious suite, which was incredibly roomy, unlike many hotels in Macau that can feel cramped. The room was clean and tidy, offering a comfortable and pleasant stay. It was a perfect experience, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip!

Absolutely fantastic! **Amenities:** The retro style is amazing, and the light switches are a unique touch – very Instagrammable! You can totally have a photoshoot in the room, haha. **Cleanliness:** Spotless! The cleaning staff were very thorough and friendly. **Environment:** Superb! The decor is wonderful, and the location is excellent – very lively. The hotel is right behind the Ruins of St. Paul's, which is bustling with people and food stalls. It's even more lively and has better food than Rua do Cunha! **Service:** I can't praise it enough! Both front desk staff members I encountered were incredibly professional and enthusiastic. There's even a staff member on the ground floor who opens the door and directs you to the 4th-floor lobby for check-in (it's a bit unconventional). On the 4th floor, another staff member helps you with the elevator. The check-in process was so convenient and welcoming. **Breakfast:** The service and ambiance were great, but the food itself was just okay, nothing particularly mind-blowing. On a side note, I followed the hotel's recommendations in their little booklet and tried a noodle shop nearby – it was SO good! Small place, but authentically delicious (at least, I really loved it! 😋)

YOHO Treasure Island Hotel

1. The hotel offers free parking. I arrived around 3 PM and was able to check in immediately. The staff was efficient, but a 1000 MOP deposit was required, which could be paid via Alipay. The hotel also provides USB charging cables, which was a thoughtful touch. 2. The toiletries smelled pleasant. I enjoyed a soak in the hot tub on the terrace in the evening; it offered excellent privacy. There was even a thermometer nearby to monitor the water temperature, making it much more enjoyable than a public pool. 3. There's a large shopping mall downstairs, which was perfect since the weather wasn't great during my stay. I didn't have to go far for entertainment or shopping. Breakfast was at the Swan Lake restaurant, which had delicious food and a great ambiance for photos. I definitely made the right choice.

Two tickets to Studio City Water Park: No queues at all! The experience was fantastic, with lots of indoor and outdoor attractions. The water coaster offered a great sense of weightlessness, and the big wave ride was also a lot of fun. The water was exceptionally clean and indeed kept at a constant 30 degrees Celsius, making it perfect for summer splashing. Cleanliness: The place was spotless, with sparkling clean windows. The room wasn't huge but had everything you needed: a desk, coffee table, and bedside tables – small but perfectly formed. There's a food court right downstairs, which is super convenient for eating and drinking.

Harbourview Hotel

Our premium sea view room offered a lovely ocean vista – I highly recommend requesting a higher floor. The hygiene was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. As for transportation, there are bus stops directly opposite and next to the hotel, covering most of the popular tourist attractions. If you're heading to The Londoner or The Venetian, you can walk just 5 minutes across to Sands Macao to catch their free shuttle bus, which is super convenient. For a hotel on the Macau Peninsula, it offers excellent value for money! Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk straight back from the famous Marco Polo Open Air Plaza.

The Parisian Macao

WWandekaixin~~ 2026.05.12
The facilities here are incredibly comprehensive, and the concierge service is top-notch. From the moment we stepped out of the car, everyone was so welcoming and guided us every step of the way. They even have a fun check-in game, though our time was a bit too short to complete all the tasks – we'll definitely have to come back for that! The hygiene was impeccable, and the ambiance can only be described as opulent and very British. We ordered breakfast in the hotel, and the service was outstanding; the service fee was absolutely worth it. The breakfast portions were huge; my child and I couldn't even finish it all. The family room was incredibly comfortable, and my child was thrilled with the complimentary small toys. I spent ages choosing a hotel and saw a lot of negative reviews, but after actually staying here, I honestly have no idea where those bad reviews came from. Shopping is super convenient, and there's a free hotel shuttle to other places. They even thoughtfully tell you the shuttle times. The lady who checked us in was exceptionally beautiful and gentle. After we finished the check-in process, she even walked us to the elevator, afraid we might get lost, and introduced us to all the hotel's offerings: where to eat, where to shop, and where to catch the bus for excursions, including the bus schedule. All in all, it was a truly delightful trip. Macau gave us so many surprises, and my only regret is not staying longer. Next time, I'll definitely allocate more time to Macau. It's so clean everywhere and perfect for quietly appreciating your surroundings and unwinding. I've already shared my itinerary with my colleagues at work, and they've decided to follow my route! The hotel environment is excellent, and the bathtub was very clean. After a quick rinse, my child played in it for two hours and had a blast. Both the children's bed and the adult bed were very comfortable, and the soft pillows were great – they even have specific ones for sleeping and for leaning against. As for power outlets, they were all standard mainland China plugs, which was great. I had even bought an adapter, but didn't need it in either Hong Kong or Macau; Hong Kong hotels provide them, but in Macau, you can plug directly in. My stay at The Parisian this time was fantastic, looking forward to the next visit! Because I had to take a ferry back to Shenzhen and wasn't sure how to get there on my first visit, I called the front desk. They transferred me to the concierge, and everyone was incredibly enthusiastic and detailed, better than many apps. All my questions were answered. I called the front desk several times, and they were always so detailed and resolved all my issues. Loved it! Thank you!

Amazing views and fantastic, personalized service. My flight was delayed, but they were very accommodating and let me extend my stay in the room. This was incredibly helpful. They also prioritized getting me the room type I needed and thoughtfully advised which elevator to use so it wouldn't be a hassle with luggage.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic, defined by top-tier hospitality, excellent food, and outstanding service from the entire team. The staff members genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and looked after. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly accommodating, giving the impression of a truly premium, high-touch service standards. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that made dining a highlight of our trip. The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay. Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience and look forward to returning.

GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

GGuest UserOn the first day, I went to check in around 2:30 PM, not realizing it was a bit early. The male receptionist who helped me was quite arrogant, a stark contrast to the friendly female staff I encountered later. I'd suggest more training for him. The cleanliness was okay, but there was a lot of dust in the room—on the mini-bar, in the wardrobe, and on the bed. When I lay down, lint was floating everywhere. However, the hotel views are fantastic, and the location is very convenient. The room facilities are also excellent.

If you have children, I would recommend this hotel as it has different activities for them. The kids loved our stay there. They loved to swim. The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially the Filipinos 🫰 We would love to go back there again and it would be much better to stay there for 2 to 3 days.
