Londoner Grand, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Macao

Absolutely amazing stay! No exaggeration, I've stayed in many hotels in Macau, including The Parisian and The St. Regis, but my experience at The Bond, Londoner Macao, far exceeded my expectations and was full of pleasant surprises ✨. Opened in 2025, the hotel boasts top-notch hardware and quality. Even for a basic room, the layout is incredibly well-designed. The casino is just downstairs, without having to navigate through a maze of shops, which is super convenient. The entire room was spotlessly clean, the carpet pristine, and the mattress and bedding were smooth and comfortable, providing an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure, and the lighting was almost perfect 💯 for a hotel. The toiletries were well-stocked, with the only minor regret being the slightly small bathtub, though its cleanliness was impeccable! The front desk service was polite and thoughtful, and they successfully arranged a room with my preferred number. I absolutely loved the hotel's fragrance – elegant and subtle, just the right intensity, without any harsh or cheap smells. The room details were truly impressive! It came equipped with an air purifier, a fan, and a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, with 6 capsules provided daily along with various tea bags. The glasses were spotless, there were three types of tea bags, and even a SMEG electric kettle. This really elevated the stay experience, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Macau!

Staying at the Yingxinghui, I had a 1.5-meter twin room. It was spacious, well-equipped, and the service was excellent – a perfect experience. It was super convenient to take the kids to the water park, and the indoor pool and gym were also great. The hotel is very close to Linhua Light Rail Station, and there are many restaurants on the first floor, making dining very easy.

This was my first stay at Andaz, and I found everything—the environment, service, cleanliness, and amenities—to be excellent overall. The staff was incredibly friendly. This trip was a family celebration, and I'd like to specially thank Front Office Supervisor REA R SYIA for her detailed check-in introduction and thoughtful arrangements. Traveling with a baby, the hotel was very accommodating in providing children's facilities and all the supplies we needed. The hotel room was beautiful, and my child especially loved the bathtub! 👍🏼👍🏼 As a guest, you can also enjoy the hotel's happy hour bar from 5 PM to 7 PM. There's also a delicious Portuguese restaurant within the hotel. 👍🏼👍🏼 Getting to the Grand Resort Deck only requires a short walk outdoors, which is quite convenient.

I booked the Parisian Macao for my birthday this year to celebrate with a large group of friends. While queuing for check-in, a staff member proactively offered to help us with luggage storage, and the hotel arranged for it to be delivered directly to our rooms. This saved us a lot of time and hassle, which was incredibly thoughtful. It's not my first time staying at the Parisian, but I was extremely satisfied with the entire check-in process this time. Special thanks to Ms. Zoe at the front desk who handled our check-in; she meticulously answered all my questions and provided all the necessary information about the hotel. I'm very happy with her service, it was excellent! The hotel also surprised me with a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and continue to support the Parisian Macao.

The room was clean and bright. However, it's a minor drawback that I couldn't get a higher floor, as I personally prefer them. The cleanliness was high, no dust or grime, but the shower pressure was a bit weak. The breakfast had a wide selection, and food was replenished quickly. However, several guests and I noticed that some tables were wobbly due to uneven legs; they should really be fixed with shims. The pool was excellent, with staff constantly checking and cleaning it. However, there should be a sign at the entrance reminding guests to change into slippers before entering the pool area. I noticed quite a few people walking in with sneakers, which can dirty the area.

The room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

The room was clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient, with a shuttle bus regularly picking up guests right outside. The pool was nice and not too crowded, though a bit small. The buffet breakfast didn't offer many Chinese options and was pretty standard; for the price, it wasn't great value for money. Overall, the stay was good, but a minor drawback was that there was no car to pick us up at the border gate. We had to take a shuttle bus from the border gate to Galaxy and then a taxi to the hotel.

I booked for three nights and was upgraded to the extraordinary suite, and the service was excellent! I brought insect repellent sachets because I was worried about bugs. I used them for the first two nights without issue, but I got careless on the third night. Around 6 or 7 AM, I felt an uncomfortable itch on my legs. When I turned on the light, I saw they were covered in bites. I called the front desk, and they handled it very proactively with a great attitude. However, I didn't dare stay another night and quickly checked out to move to another hotel. The hotel later called to say they had an exterminator come in and found no bugs, offering to provide a certificate. I'm giving five stars because I truly feel the service and amenities are very much worth it! I hope this doesn't happen again in the future!

This hotel offers a stark contrast to the dazzling, vibrant energy of Macau's city center. It's perfect for those who appreciate tranquility, fresh air, and a beautiful environment. Just a heads up, the hotel is a bit older. If that bothers you, you might want to look elsewhere, but it does offer peace and quiet, along with a beach and ocean access.

I've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up: 1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong] 2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional. 3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting. 4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.
