Almost every time I visit Macau, I stay at The Venetian. The environment is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the cleanliness is top-notch. Cynthia and Winnie provided outstanding service. Because there were renovated floors, they thoughtfully moved me to a quieter floor and a room not too far from the elevator. They even upgraded my room and gave me a small gift. I'm very grateful to them, and I'll definitely be staying at The Venetian again next time.
I booked a deluxe king room with executive benefits. This hotel no longer offers complimentary shuttle service. Since my booking included executive benefits, I received complimentary afternoon tea and a dinner set menu. If you want to upgrade to a buffet dinner, it's an extra 100 RMB per person, which is still worth it.
The room itself was standard, but a decent size. Compared to the 'pigeonhole' hotels I've stayed in before in Hong Kong, this room was much more spacious. The decor is a bit dated, but the French-style design still looks good. The gym is located next to the pool on the first floor and is also a good size. Zhuhai is right across the river, offering pleasant views. From the hotel, you can take a direct bus to Gongbei Port. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Lisboa. The hotel breakfast is very plentiful with a wide variety of options, and the service is excellent, including dedicated Chinese-speaking staff. There's a designated smoking area outside the first-floor restaurant, next to the pool. With welcome fruit and capsule coffee, the overall quality and ambiance are quite good.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau
Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.
Traveling with my daughter, her classmate, and her mom (a party of four), we came from Hong Kong to the Parisian Macao. The hotel package included two round-trip First Class Cotai Water Jet tickets, which made the price incredibly good value for money. The hotel's decor is grand and luxurious, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Indoor walkways connect to The Londoner and The Venetian, making shopping and entertainment super convenient. You can even enjoy a light show at night. All the staff were patient and polite, especially YOYO at the front desk, who was exceptionally thoughtful. She meticulously explained the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and transportation options. Her service was attentive and thorough. We were extremely satisfied with this stay!
This was my first trip to Macau, and I chose Studio City Hotel based on online recommendations. The hotel has a great location, and the room amenities are incredibly comprehensive. They provided snacks, drinks, beer, and coffee. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, absolutely spotless. Plus, there's an outdoor swimming pool, which was a fantastic bonus!
True to the Holiday Inn standard! First off, the front desk staff were incredibly thorough and thoughtful during check-in. The room was spacious and bright, easily accommodating two 28-inch suitcases laid open without any issue. The bedding was top-notch, and the bathroom was spotless with no hidden corners. Our room rate included breakfast, and the restaurant was well-managed with staff seating guests, offering a rich, tasty, and distinctive breakfast spread. But what truly stood out was the hotel's direct check-in and baggage drop-off service for Qantas guests – a huge thank you for that!
Great value for money! This was my first time staying at this hotel, and compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Macau, the facilities here are top-notch. The breakfast buffet on the second morning had a fantastic variety of options – I'd give it over 90 points. The front desk staff who checked us in were very friendly, which definitely made a great first impression of the hotel's service. Although the location is a bit far from the Macau Peninsula, I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.
First time staying at this hotel, and it was quite comfortable. It's conveniently located whether you're heading further into Taipa (it's actually right at the border between Taipa and the Peninsula, just across a bridge) or exploring the Macau Peninsula. On arrival day, it's better to take a public bus to the hotel rather than the hotel shuttle, as missing one means waiting almost an hour. Also, on check-out day, you can get a free shuttle to the Border Gate by showing your room key card holder, according to their schedule. The hotel's room service food was also good and tasty.
The lobby is impressive, and it's connected to City of Dreams' casino and duty-free shops. Check-in is at 3 PM, and both the front desk staff and bellhops are polite and greet guests. The overall hotel environment is quite quiet, and the duty-free shops are not crowded. The House of Dancing Water theater is right downstairs.
MGM Cotai is across the street, and Wynn Palace is diagonally opposite. The Venetian and The Londoner are also within walking distance.
I stayed in a twin room at the Grand Club Lounge. The hallway soundproofing is average, and the room is approximately 50-60 square meters with a sofa. The shower and bathtub are together in a spacious bathroom, and the toiletries are Balmain. The room has a Chinese style with dark rosewood furniture, and the disposable slippers are thick and very comfortable.
The room was bright, tidy, and clean, with ample space. The toilet and shower were separate, which was well-organized. There was plenty of complimentary drinking water and enough towels in the shower. The view from the room was beautiful, with a stunning lake and city skyline complementing each other. You could also see the light rail trains passing by, creating a dynamic scene! The only downside is the lack of dining and shopping options near the hotel. However, you can walk 10 minutes to the nearby Jockey Club station, or take the hotel's free shuttle bus to Taipa Village or downtown Macau Peninsula for food, drinks, and entertainment.

MMuxi456A legendary hotel. Designed by Zaha Hadid, with an investment of 6.5 billion, utilizing 28,000 tons of steel, and managed by Lawrence Ho, it opened in 2018.
The service is impeccable; guests are escorted to their rooms, and luggage is handled for them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, and the fully smart features were truly ahead of their time 8 years ago. Don't miss the open-air pool on the 50th floor.
Breakfast is served directly to the room. Guests in executive rooms can also have breakfast at the lounge on the 30th floor. It's a semi-buffet style, and the quality is superb.
I do have to complain about the behavior of some mainland Chinese guests. Half of them were wearing slippers in the lounge, speaking loudly, playing audio on their phones without headphones, and generally lacking etiquette. Such 'uncouth' individuals really shouldn't be present in such an establishment.

CCindy_8888The customer service was excellent. We were celebrating our anniversary and to our surprise, we got upgraded to a suite. The room was huge, beautiful, and clean, and they even gave us red wine and cake. It was a wonderful experience. There was a good variety of breakfast options, though paying the full price of 300-400 per person might not be worth it. The transportation is very convenient with a shuttle bus service, and the shopping mall is connected by a bridge to the light rail. It only takes two stops to reach Rua do Cunha. I would definitely stay here again!
LLoloAugBeautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.
AAnnaKoroWe stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!
GGuest UserThe hotel is very new and boasts an excellent location right in the heart of Macau Peninsula, directly opposite iconic five-star hotels like Grand Lisboa, Lisboa, Wynn, and MGM.
It's situated by the sea, facing the Macau Tower. I booked the Fireworks Sea View room, and the view was absolutely first-class.
There's a bus stop right downstairs, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also very close to Senado Square, and the alleys off Senado Square are packed with amazing food. There's even a fantastic photo spot nearby (picture one). The hotel also features an infinity pool outside, directly facing the Macau Tower.
The only drawback is that the soundproofing of the room doors isn't great; you can hear doors opening next door and people talking in the hallway.
However, the staff provided good service, and luggage storage was convenient.
