AHMAD FARHAN F M AL-MASLAMANI⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau
Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Hikari_izumiThe room was clean and tidy. The facilities were a bit old but well-maintained, so the experience was still good. My main purpose for this trip was to see Teamlab, and as a guest, I got a 30% discount on tickets. Plus, the hotel's fifth floor has direct access, which was a huge plus! It's also very convenient to get to The Londoner and The Venetian from The Parisian. The egg tarts and mango sago on the first floor were delicious, and the airport shuttle was quite good. Even taking a taxi to the airport was quick, costing less than 25 MOP. All in all, I had a great stay.

楊潞樺This was our second night, and the room had a beautiful view of the surroundings, offering a clear sight of Macau Airport and the LRT station. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. If you book a room and choose the option that includes two breakfasts, it's really good value for money and highly recommended. However, if you stay for more than one night, the in-room beverages won't be as plentiful as on the first day; only bottled water will be replenished. This is something that could be improved.

xfmhThe room was spacious, and the amenities were complete and brand new. Since I was here for my daughter's graduation, the hotel even specially prepared a graduation bouquet and a cake. The most pleasant surprise was the customized room cards, engraved with the university's logo – a truly delightful and memorable touch. I'd like to extend a special thanks to Angela from the reservations department, who meticulously inquired about our room preferences and travel arrangements before our arrival; her service was incredibly thoughtful. Overall, the staff at the front desk, room service, and housekeeping were all very enthusiastic and attentive. It was an extraordinary experience!

Anonymous UserI had a very pleasant stay at the YOHO Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. The room was spacious, modern, and very clean, with a nice view. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The facilities, like the pool, were well-maintained and made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is a bit quieter and a little further from the busiest tourist areas, but the main attractions are easily accessible by taxi or public transport. For the price, this hotel offers excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Guest UserThe W Hotel at Studio City Macau is absolutely brimming with trendy luxury! The building's exterior is incredibly stylish, and the public areas are perfect for snapping photos. The guest rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows offer excellent views, and the night scenery is stunning. It's directly connected to the Studio City Mall, with the Ferris wheel, dining, and entertainment all conveniently located. Getting around is a breeze. The breakfast selection is plentiful and delicious. It's super convenient for families traveling with children, offering easy access to food, accommodation, and fun, and the transfer from Zhuhai to the hotel was seamless! Be aware that check-in can involve queues during peak hours. The staff are friendly, and the overall vibe is relaxed and fashionable. Compared to many other hotels in Macau, it offers outstanding value for money. It's ideal for young people and couples on a short getaway. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.

Guest UserThis is a well-established hotel with a fantastic location, offering a sense of stability and a nostalgic scent reminiscent of North American hotels. They provide four complimentary shuttle buses daily from Grand Lisboa, and bus 21A, conveniently located right outside the hotel, takes you directly to Coloane Village. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a one-bedroom and one-balcony layout that offers excellent sea views. The hotel boasts a swimming pool, a kids' club, and a sauna, providing all the amenities you could need. The most impressive aspect was the excellent service. I particularly want to give a special five-star shout-out to Jenny at the front desk. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. We had forgotten to check our roaming before our trip, leaving us with no phone service, insufficient cash, and no way to withdraw money. Jenny went above and beyond to help us find a solution and even upgraded our room for free. It truly made for an exceptionally pleasant stay.

fishwingI've always wanted to stay at Hotel Okura, but it's so hard to get a reservation. I finally managed to book a two-night, three-day stay last week, and I was so impressed by the meticulous and thoughtful service. I have to give it a big thumbs up:
1. Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to let them know it was my husband's birthday in June and asked for some birthday decorations. They replied quickly, and to my surprise, they even sent a delicious matcha cake! [Strong]
2. The hotel lobby is open and airy with a simple, understated design. The bamboo garden courtyard is serene and luxurious, creating a wonderful ambiance. The front desk staff are all attractive and friendly. When we checked in, Johnny thoughtfully extended our check-out time to 1 PM. When we checked out, Alsen proactively asked about our stay and even gave us a hotel fridge magnet. The service from both gentlemen was truly exceptional.
3. The guest room layout is well-designed, comfortable, and practical. The Japanese design details are perfectly executed. The tea set is very practical, and there were also candies and fruit, with complimentary beverages. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job cleaning and thoughtfully organized all my jewelry and cosmetics. It's been years since I've seen such a comprehensive turndown service – water, slippers, and a bathmat were all meticulously placed, and they even provided a sleep spray and paper cranes. Coming back to a tidy room every day after enjoying the Grand Resort Deck was incredibly comforting.
4. I've already decided to bring my mom to Hotel Okura next time, and I hope it will be easier to book then. I do wish the trash can in the bathroom was a bit bigger. All in all, my stay at Hotel Okura was very pleasant and excellent.

Anonymous UserBeautiful rooms and facilities, but inconsistent service
Pros:
The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view. The swimming pools were excellent, and towels were provided there. The room also included slippers, bathrobes and four complimentary bottles of water. Two additional bottles were available for MOP 26, although Nelson kindly explained that guests can simply ask for more complimentary water if needed.
A special thank-you to Nelson, who was the best member of staff we met. He helped us with our luggage, explained in detail the easiest way to travel to Hong Kong, escorted us to the bus and assisted us with many other things during our stay. His service was genuinely outstanding.
Cons:
Before arrival, we contacted the hotel about my son’s birthday and were promised room decorations. At reception, we were again told that the room would be decorated later, but unfortunately nothing was arranged at all. This was very disappointing, especially because the decoration had been confirmed in advance.
The cash deposit also took around 30 minutes to be returned after checkout. The hotel itself is enormous and can feel like a maze; during a short stay, it is quite difficult to understand how to navigate the building and surrounding complex.
Overall, the rooms, view and facilities were excellent, but the service was inconsistent. Nelson personally made our stay much better.
