Absolutely amazing! A super delightful trip. Upon checking in at the front desk, I was informed that as a Black Diamond member, I was upgraded to a suite worth more than four times the price of my original booking. The hotel has a strong British-inspired theme, with meticulous attention to detail. Even the bathroom layout and the brand and model of the fixtures were identical to what I have at home, which made me feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. That evening, my Black Diamond exclusive concierge told me about several thousand dollars worth of vouchers available through Sands Lifestyle. There were so many perks I can't even remember them all, except for the eight 400-dollar dining vouchers, which essentially covered all my meals during the stay.

X-roseThe service was excellent! They even installed safety fences, so both adults and children slept soundly through the night. The hotel has a large swimming pool and lots of Disney character decorations, which made everyone happy and boosted our spirits! It's a one-stop shop for food, drinks, and entertainment. The snacks and drinks in the room were complimentary, and there were free bottled water in the lobby and free popcorn. Plus, you don't even need to bring a travel adapter. I'd love to stay here again!

JiulongkundinuoThe service was excellent and thorough, with a free minibar and complimentary, refillable bottled water. Thumbs up! Plus, there are refreshments in the lobby. It's clean and hygienic. The only minor downsides are that there's no direct vehicle access to the entrance, and the location is a bit out of the way. Otherwise, everything is great. Excellent value for money!

Guest UserAlthough the hotel is already ten years old, the facilities are still very well maintained. The check-in and check-out processes were both quick. The only issue was that some guests had low etiquette standards, talking loudly in the hallway after midnight. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Sada222I originally planned to check in on time to go for a swim. I arrived at 2:30 PM and was told I'd receive an SMS notification about the room after check-in. After having lunch at The Londoner Macao, it was 4:30 PM and I still hadn't received a message. When I returned to the counter, the front desk staff informed me that the room wasn't ready yet. They upgraded us to a suite and arranged for a colleague to make up the sofa bed for us. The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable, but there was a constant thudding sound around 3 or 4 AM, indicating the soundproofing wasn't great. Also, I saw a comment about the floor being sticky and dirty, causing slippers to make noise. Actually, it's likely the slippers have an anti-slip feature, which is why they feel a bit sticky when entering the bathroom. The room itself was very clean. The pool was also large and very comfortable.

Summary: Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at Morpheus again.
Facilities: The Morpheus boasts a unique architectural style, with a lobby and elevators that feel incredibly futuristic. The hotel also features exhibitions and a rooftop pool, making it perfect for a staycation. The smart home devices throughout the room are super convenient, and the toiletries are Acqua di Parma, with a long-lasting scent – I'd give them a solid thumbs up.
Hygiene: The room's cleanliness was impeccable, spotless and tidy. Public areas like the lobby, shopping mall, and corridors were also very clean.
Environment: There's a bus stop just a short walk from the entrance, and shuttle buses and taxis are also readily available.
Service: At check-in, I was offered a welcome tea. I was then personally escorted to my room, where the staff introduced all the room's features. The entire process was thoughtful and attentive. When checking out and collecting my luggage, staff members immediately approached to offer assistance.
P.S.: The mini-bar offers a rich variety of drinks, beer, snacks, instant noodles, fruit, and almond cookies – perfect for a late-night snack. Turndown service was proactively offered, and even when not requested, essential oils were provided.

Toyboy915 TamThe hotel's location is quite remote. At check-out, there were a lot of people waiting for transportation. There aren't many special food options nearby.
The infinity pool, which was advertised as being available, was closed for maintenance. Staff on-site said it would be closed for a week because of broken tiles. This was extremely disappointing.
I chose a room with a racecourse view, but it turns out the Macau Racecourse has been abandoned and closed since 2024. The room itself was quite clean and well-designed, though.
It has a bathtub for soaking. For around a thousand dollars, it's neither particularly good nor bad.

Anonymous UserThe hotel's design is trendy and stylish, creating an amazing atmosphere. Every public area is incredibly photogenic. The room was spacious and clean, with brand new amenities, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view. The service was warm and attentive; check-in was efficient, and they accommodated my request for a higher floor. The only minor issue was the welcome card in the room (as pictured) – it had a different surname than mine, so I'm not sure if it was a mistake or if the previous guest's card wasn't removed. However, it wasn't a big deal and didn't spoil my stay! A special shout-out to the hotel for calling me when I accidentally left my wallet in the room during check-out. They were very responsible, even taking photos of the money and documents inside. Also, the Studio City ** car service was excellent; they helped with luggage, and when I realized I'd forgotten another item (my forgetful self!), Studio City quickly responded to my call, which gave me a great sense of security! The hotel is connected to the Studio City complex, offering easy access to dining and shopping, and its location is superb for visiting The Parisian and The Venetian – just across the road. I especially loved that Don Quijote was downstairs! I saw it was nearby when I booked, but I didn't expect it to be right below the hotel. It's fantastic; I don't even need to go to Japan to shop at my beloved Don Quijote! This hotel is perfect for a trip with girlfriends or a romantic getaway. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Macau. Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe connecting room was very spacious, and we stayed for five nights. Our original room was on the second floor, but we paid extra to upgrade to the eighth floor. The sea view from the room was excellent. The hotel's breakfast and service were also great, and there's a daily shuttle to Grand Lisboa Palace. The only regret is that starting from the third night, I developed an itchy rash all over my body. My child also had it slightly, but he recovered within two days. Even after returning to Beijing from Macau, the rash continued, especially on my legs, to the point where I couldn't sleep at night due to the itching. I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with insect bites, which can appear within 1-10 days, and it still hasn't cleared up. I suspect it might have been caused by dust mites in the hotel's bathrobes or bedding.

AnnaKoroWe stayed at this wonderful hotel in early May. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service from the entire staff, especially the manager Yuri, who was happy to help with any questions. We stayed at three different 5-star hotels in Macau, but this one stands out. Clean rooms, excellent cleaning, personalized service – every phone cord is neatly folded, your cosmetics will be neatly laid out, slippers and a robe are provided especially for the child, and soft toys and little tasty treats will make every child happy and their parents loyal. Excellent outdoor wave pool and beach with cocktails. Unfortunately, they don't offer rooms with breakfast, they would surely have been just as perfect, but there are plenty of cafes nearby for every taste, so you definitely won't go hungry. We will definitely return to this hotel again! From Russia with love!
