The quality of the hotel (for the price I paid) was exceptional. Breakfast was very good and I wouldn't recommend skipping or missing. The hotel is a thirty-minute walk from the main Khiva city, which I didn't mind at all, but bear in mind that there are no restaurants in the area (they're all in the main city). Staff were very helpful. I booked a trip to the Aral sea and the hotel staff organised it with the driver so I could be dropped off at Nukus airport.

Good location in the old city. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooftop terraces provide a good view. Room is small and furnitures are dated, but acceptable, breakfast buffet average with limited selection. Overall not too bad but expensive for what’s on offer.

매우 잘한 선택이었다. 이찬칼라 안에 위치한 호텔이라 옥상에서 본 성 안의 모습과 명절이고 비수기라 고요했던 밤하늘은 잊지못할것이다. 유네스코행사가 2개월전에 있었기때문일까? 대부분의 성안 호텔이 깔끔하게 단장 한채 겨울을 맞았다. 올드시티안의 모든 내부는 리모델링된것같았다. 칸스팰리스의 내부도 정갈했다. 타일이 깔린 복도 바닥과 욕실바닥은 따끈따끈한 온돌이라 추위에 언 몸을 금 새 녹여줬다. 반짝이며 따뜻한 로비는 맨발로 다니고 싶었다. 실제로 주인집의 어린 아들들이 맨발로 다니고 있었다. 레스토랑의 가구들도 새것이었으며 독특하여 내 눈길을 끌었다. 방안에서 특히 좋았던 것은 침**다 콘센트2개~^^ 그러나 한가지 단점은 욕실의 선반이나 옷걸이 위치가 너무 높아서 나처럼 키가 작은 사람은 불편했다는.... 그럼에도 불구하고 빳빳하고 정갈하게 제공되는 타월이 있어 만점이다.

Service Breakfast is delicious enough at a level that is not inferior to inns in the same price range in other cities. The people at the front desk didn't feel any inconvenience. Basically, English was spoken everywhere in the hotel.

They are very enthusiastic and provide various snacks for free. The breakfast restaurant is also quite good, but the food is hard to comment on. After all, I don’t like local food. It doesn’t look too rich, but there are very few people, so there is probably no need to make it complicated. Overall, it's well worth a stay.

Очень удобное расположение отеля - находится в старом городе, но не в самом центре, а на окраине, при этом до центра 3 минуты пешком. Из-за такого расположения в отеле достаточно тихо. Дали номер с балконом на втором этаже, из которого о коыааося прекрасный вид на старый город. Но номер и ванная очень маленькие, постельное бельё свежее и новое. Завтрак скудный и холодный, но достаточно вкусный. Зернового кофе нет. В отеле есть терраса, с которой открывается красивые в виды на город.
