Absolutely loved everything! A new hotel, sparkling clean, with fresh linens, towels, and a comfortable bed. There's a safe, and the breakfasts are fantastic. It's just a 5-minute walk to the main attractions. They greeted us with tea and local sweets upon arrival. Check-in is officially at 3 PM, but we arrived at 12 PM and they immediately let us check in. They even upgraded our room without any extra charge! When they found out it was my husband's birthday, they brought a complimentary hotel treat to our room – raisins and nuts. In the evening, we ordered dinner on the terrace with a view of the old town. We were the only ones on the terrace, making it incredibly romantic – the old town, delicious food, and the moon. The hotel staff wished my husband a happy birthday and even gifted us a bottle of wine. We absolutely loved the hotel and the service; everything was top-notch. Thank you so much!

Slightly underwhelming experience. 1) Check-in and overall experience with staff: Just OK. No one was at reception upon arrival, but a guy eventually came and he was friendly. A girl at the breakfast area was also quite warm, but other than that, most others don't really interact with guests. 2) Location: It was clear before booking it was slightly off the old city, but there really was nothing within walking distance. No restaurants or shops to get food. One can walk to the old city (~20 mins) but the roads are unpaved and there is no street lighting at night. However, the hotel provides free shuttle service to the West Gate and the train station; very helpful. 3) Breakfast: Small spread but quite tasty. I recommend installing a coffee machine. 4) Amenities: The room was spacious and comfortable, but the water supply was very erratic. The first morning there was no water supply for hours, while the pressure became weak and the toilet couldn't flush on the second morning. Overall, it was quite average, but given the low price, I think it's still OK for budget conscious travellers who don't mind being away from the centre of Khiva.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is great for daily strolls, allowing us to easily return for a rest whenever we wanted. They offer triple rooms, and while breakfast is simple, it's filling. The staff's English is excellent, making communication seamless, and the service is good. You can call the front desk to book airport pickup and drop-off. The hotel terrace offers fantastic sunrise views! However! When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing simple renovations, which Trip.com and its agents failed to inform us about! This seriously affected our health! But once we checked in, it was non-cancellable! And at that time, we weren't even sure if we could find another hotel. There were paint cans in the hallway, so our room had a strong renovation smell. I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service, but regrettably received no response, absolutely no response! Not even from a human agent! It wasn't until I checked out that they offered me a so-called 'solution'! I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and hoped Trip.com would take international bookings seriously and fulfill its responsibilities! Regarding the hotel service, after I reported the issue, the front desk attendant showed me all the remaining rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same smell. He then helped us turn on the ventilation fan; in short, he did everything he could to help. We had no choice but to make do for one night. If you plan to stay a month from now, I would still recommend it!

Traveling with friends in Khiva, this hotel is newly built and located on the street outside the west gate of the old city. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the second-floor terrace offers beautiful views directly facing the city walls. The room facilities are complete, the shower has great water pressure, and the breakfast is rich, with a particularly delicious croissant. Since our train was at 3 PM, the front desk helped us extend our check-out until 2 PM. Thank you!

First of all, I booked this hotel because all the other hotels in the centre of Khiva look so outdated. You guys can see their toilet. Location wise a bit far. Need Yandex to go to city centre. But it is ok. Not bad. The bad part - NO AC IN THE ROOM. They have like a cooler but it didn’t help that much. Another bad part, the water pressure were not consistent. And a bit horror because no body else stay in this hotel during my stay. And the turn off some of the lights in the hotel, maybe to save electricity bill. The receptionists all were very helpful.

Very good, overall very satisfied, the environment is good, the service staff is also very nice, close to the attractions, recommend everyone can live here, I hope a pleasant journey

Even before my arrival, the hotel efficiently arranged airport transfers and sightseeing cars via email correspondence, which was incredibly helpful. The driver was also very kind. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to walk to many attractions. Getting back after seeing the illuminations was also very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was surprisingly substantial. In addition to what was already on the table, I was served fried eggs and sausages. I enjoyed the two boiled eggs and two fried eggs immensely.

The two boys at the bank are very nice and careful to every need. The rooms are very new and all comforts. I felt home, even for one night. If I should go back to Khiva, I would certainly choose this structure.

Good reception staff, but the hygiene is bad, you are easily find mark on the sheets, room is relatively small, breakfast too much carbohydrate, but near the castle

The location is excellent, just on the edge of the city wall, the attractions are within a foot of 1-2, but this ancient city is really small, it seems that it is very convenient to live there. The net red restaurant Terrassa Cafe & Restaurant only takes 2 minutes to walk. This restaurant is delicious and recommended. Breakfast is rich, it is the kind of one per person, I can't finish it alone. I originally came to watch the sunset on the roof, but it rained on the day I lived, but it was a pity. The counter staff is good and recommended.
