Location: Good location, although outside the ancient city, it takes 3 minutes to walk to the ancient city. Facilities: There is no traditional architectural experience of living in the transformation of the Economic College, but the decoration is relatively new, the facilities are very modern, and it is still comfortable to live. The downside is that there is no gym, which is not convenient for exercise. Service: The front desk service is good, and the tea break and pomegranate juice are given during the check-in waiting period. You politely refused the request for early check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning (you have to add money), so you didn't get the room card until the afternoon. Others: Booking Kala tour price is not cost-effective (50 knives in other homes, 80 knives in his home), Xiaohongshu found other tourists to join the group.

This is a good hotel located on the territory of the Khan's dacha. The service and breakfast are both excellent, and there's a shuttle service to and from Itchan Kala. There's a swimming pool, and special extra towels for it are provided at the reception. It's truly oriental beauty! Next to it, the Khan's palace from the early 20th century is being restored, and there's a garden nearby. The only downsides were the lack of housekeeping (I didn't hang the 'make up room' sign) and the noise (from the restaurant and the pool – my room was on the first floor facing the pool, so I didn't get enough sleep either night). Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about. The single room was small but well-equipped for a comfortable overnight stay for a traveler: toothbrush and toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo, slippers, hairdryer, kettle, black and green tea. I booked it on Trip.com four months before my trip at a very attractive price.

The hotel is located in the old city, which is great for daily strolls, allowing us to easily return for a rest whenever we wanted. They offer triple rooms, and while breakfast is simple, it's filling. The staff's English is excellent, making communication seamless, and the service is good. You can call the front desk to book airport pickup and drop-off. The hotel terrace offers fantastic sunrise views! However! When we arrived, the hotel was undergoing simple renovations, which Trip.com and its agents failed to inform us about! This seriously affected our health! But once we checked in, it was non-cancellable! And at that time, we weren't even sure if we could find another hotel. There were paint cans in the hallway, so our room had a strong renovation smell. I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service, but regrettably received no response, absolutely no response! Not even from a human agent! It wasn't until I checked out that they offered me a so-called 'solution'! I expressed my dissatisfaction to customer service and hoped Trip.com would take international bookings seriously and fulfill its responsibilities! Regarding the hotel service, after I reported the issue, the front desk attendant showed me all the remaining rooms, but unfortunately, they all had the same smell. He then helped us turn on the ventilation fan; in short, he did everything he could to help. We had no choice but to make do for one night. If you plan to stay a month from now, I would still recommend it!

This hotel offers views of the old town, and you can even go up to the rooftop to photograph all that incredible beauty. The room itself is clean, new, and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. His colleague recommended a nearby teahouse, and we didn't regret it at all. The location is such that you can sit on the shared balcony, have a drink, and watch people and the fortress. On the downside, the room was a bit too dark for us, with not much light. The window faces the staircase, and a couple of times we saw people there, meaning if you walk out of the shower naked, you might run into someone's gaze. Breakfast was just average.

Very good, overall very satisfied, the environment is good, the service staff is also very nice, close to the attractions, recommend everyone can live here, I hope a pleasant journey

Even before my arrival, the hotel efficiently arranged airport transfers and sightseeing cars via email correspondence, which was incredibly helpful. The driver was also very kind. The hotel's location is excellent, allowing me to walk to many attractions. Getting back after seeing the illuminations was also very easy. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Breakfast was surprisingly substantial. In addition to what was already on the table, I was served fried eggs and sausages. I enjoyed the two boiled eggs and two fried eggs immensely.

The two boys at the bank are very nice and careful to every need. The rooms are very new and all comforts. I felt home, even for one night. If I should go back to Khiva, I would certainly choose this structure.

The homestay is in the old city. It takes about 200 meters to enter from a city gate. The taxi and the gatekeeper explain that they can drive into the hotel. Walk 200 meters at night to the short tower to see the night view, but you have to pass a dark light alley, and the small city is safe.

This hotel is located within Ichon Qala, the UNESCO World Heritage Site in Khiva. The cleanliness, location, service, facilities, and amenities were all wonderful, and the staff were incredibly kind. It was the best quality hotel I stayed at in Uzbekistan, and I would love to visit again! Nice hotel. Exclusive breakfast. Located at Khiva old town, all attractions are walkable. The owner is nice. He switches on 3 heaters for us as the weather is below 0°C, extremely cold.. He also arranged a taxi for us to Bukhara. Its cost 80USD, take 6 hours to reach. Highly recommended
