Cleanliness: The room was spotless, the bedding was crisp and white, the bathroom gleamed like new, and not a speck of dirt could be found even in the corners. The防疫 measures were also very thorough. Ambiance: The hotel design was elegant and grand, the lobby was artistic, and the corridors were quiet and cozy. Facilities: The in-room smart control system, high-end bathroom fixtures, and mini-bar setup all demonstrated the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommended! [grin]

I booked a room with a Potala Palace view, and it truly felt like the entire palace was right in front of me – the view was absolutely perfect. The bedding was also very comfortable, and I slept wonderfully every night of my four-night stay. The facilities were comprehensive, with nasal oxygen equipment and a humidifier, both working well. The bathroom facilities were a bit basic, and there was a slight odor from the floor drain. Every night, fresh fruit and yogurt were delivered to the room; the yogurt was delicious. There's no private parking lot, so you have to walk about 100 meters, but the hotel reimburses the parking fee.

But later, our physical reason still called the rescue car down. There is no way to rest on the mountain. This hotel is very clean. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. Southerners are very satisfied. There are also oxygen cylinders available for rent in the hotel lobby. The parking lot is also very convenient. We stayed in other hotels all the way. We changed to this one later. Because the hygiene is really good. The toiletries are also very comprehensive. The hair dryer is also very good. There is floor heating and oxygen machine. Still do not recommend everyone to stay in that kind of tea house together.

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

A short walk to the left takes you to the Potala Palace, and to the right, you'll quickly reach Jokhang Temple. It's incredibly convenient whether you want to go for morning prayers or explore during the day. Downstairs, there's a supermarket and authentic ******* restaurants, so you don't have to go far for snacks, local specialties, or a quick meal. You won't need to stress about planning your routes, which is perfect for first-time visitors to Lhasa. The hotel's overall ambiance is quiet and elegant, with a strong, minimalist ******* aesthetic. There's no noise or commotion. The guest rooms have excellent natural light and ventilation, and come equipped with 24-hour oxygen supply. After a long journey to a high-altitude area, staying here meant no discomfort from oxygen deprivation, and I slept exceptionally well. What surprised me most was the attention to cleanliness: the room was spotless, with no dust on the floor or windowsills, and the bedding was neat and soft. The bathroom, vanity, and shower area were dry and odor-free, and the towels and toiletries were neatly arranged. Even the nooks and crannies were perfectly cleaned. It's clear the cleaning staff put a lot of effort in, making the stay incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Check-in and check-out were efficient and quick. They proactively offered helpful tips on local attractions and注意事项 (things to note) for pilgrimages. Any requests during my stay were responded to promptly and willingly, and they patiently answered all my questions. They even offered hot water and oxygen tanks. When I checked out, they thoughtfully presented me with a local specialty souvenir. Their demeanor was gentle and sincere, with no hint of perfunctoriness. Overall, the location, living environment, hygiene, and service attitude were all impeccable. It offers excellent value for money. As it's the Year of the Horse, I wish every traveler to Lhasa a smooth journey. If I come to Lhasa again, I will definitely choose this hotel. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Lhasa!
