This is by far the most unpleasant hotel I've ever stayed in. Its only positive point is its proximity to the tourist area, making it convenient for souvenir shopping. First, the hotel gave the wrong address. Even the address on their door didn't match the one on their email website. When I arrived, they didn't answer my phone calls. I finally found the hotel by comparing photos one by one. When I checked in, the staff just said, ”Oh, really? That's strange!” The room reeked of formaldehyde, and there were male hairs on the tableware, blankets, and door. The bathroom had poor water pressure, switching randomly between boiling hot and ice cold. The shower was incredibly cramped. On weekend nights, the bar across from the hotel blasted loud music until 4 a.m., and there was vomit at my doorstep in the morning. How dare a hotel like this claim to be a four-star hotel?! It's a complete scam, like a small private inn. On the first day of our two-night stay, we only had one bottle of water, and on the second day, there was no water at all. Is water really that expensive? The room was very hot for some reason. There was a blower sound in the next room from the moment I checked in. There was no water in the room.

It feels like a family hotel, the room is small, but it is clean. The breakfast is relatively simple. It's right in the center of town, yet the room is completely silent from the street! The room is huge, and there's a sauna included in the price. We loved everything!
