Since most foreign tourists don't have Russian SIM cards for mobile phones, we rely on Wi-Fi. And this was a problem!!! Wi-Fi didn't work at all in the rooms. Only directly at the reception. I can't say whether this was a temporary issue. During my time there, it didn't work the whole time! The friendly Ms. Rosalia at the reception was very friendly and always helped me when I needed something. Thank you very much for that. Everything would have been perfect, but unfortunately, Wi-Fi is very important for tourists these days.
