Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again. 3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems. 5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. The hotel features a retro interior, all wood, and breakfast is served in the morning. The mattress is firm. Robes are provided, but slippers, shampoo, etc. are not. I really liked the lively old town. Near the hotel, there's a trail leading up to an old church with a stunning view.

It's very similar to a homestay in China. The room is not big, but there is a small balcony where you can see the stars at night. The room has air conditioning and is relatively clean. It's very cost-effective. It's very close to the Blue Hole and very convenient to go out to the sea

The view of Perast is amazing and the hotel is worth living. It is in the old building that the windows are relatively small. The so-called sea view is actually the sea view in the small window. Montenegro service is particularly good. There is no elevator. There is a Hercules brother to help us carry our luggage, and finally gave a tip. Overall worth recommending

A good hotel in general, the view from the room was beautiful, the airport and the Gulf of Tiwata is visible, in the area with the pool is chic, music plays and bar works. You can also use the sauna. A little bit to pull the cleaning service, in the rest everything is good.

The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is delicious, and the front desk staff provides warm and thoughtful service. The overall stay is fantastic, highly recommended!

The property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus. Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled. If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

We checked in in January 2026. Maybe because it was the off-season, there were not many people and we didn't have trouble sleeping because of the loud music. The bell in the clock tower struck half past midnight, but I didn't notice it before I got up at seven in the morning. Maybe I slept too deeply. However, the room is soundproofed and if you don't listen carefully you will ignore the bell. Special praise for breakfast. It is not a traditional buffet, but a la carte style. Each person got one hot dish, one dessert, one cold drink and one hot drink. The portions were quite enough and two adults were full to death. What I want to complain about is that the bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and there is no view of the sea from the second floor.

I originally booked another hotel, but it was full by mistake. Ctrip's excellent service made me change to this hotel very happily. I was amazed by this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located, with complete facilities and a great breakfast. I spent four unforgettable nights in Montenegro.
