"The hotel is located in a residential area, slightly north of central Milan, which appears to be one of the city's less affluent neighborhoods. Right next to it, there's a large roundabout surprisingly overgrown with tall weeds! The buildings' bases are covered in graffiti, making the area look quite run-down.
There was a Black housekeeping staff member who seemed to lack proper housekeeping training. While cleaning our room, he took our personal glass, which was very different from the hotel's provided glassware, as well as a stainless steel cup and chopsticks that had no connection to the hotel whatsoever. When we returned to the room and noticed these items missing, we saw him still cleaning and immediately asked if he had thrown them away. He didn't evade the question at all; instead, he led me to the storage room and retrieved everything!
We ran into him at the subway station the next day. He was instantly recognizable – over 190cm tall and very thin. He greeted us in a very friendly manner."

MModouletianLocation: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro station, which offers convenient access to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (where you can see 'The Last Supper'). It's a quiet area despite being central, with a food street nearby.
Facilities: For a European hotel, it's relatively new. While the amenities are on par with a budget hotel back home, it does have a decent-sized elevator.
Service: They offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff's English is quite good.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean.
A great choice among hotels in Milan! 👍
Mmusic11Being an Ibis hotel, part of the Accor group, the rooms are a bit small and the facilities show their age slightly, but for a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the tram is close, but the subway station is a bit inconveniently located. I booked this hotel because the 4-star hotels near Milano Centrale Station were too expensive on my travel dates, and it's pretty much what I expected. It's decent for a value-for-money hotel. Note that parking is limited as the lot is small, and it costs 20 Euros per day. Breakfast is a mediocre, not-so-great continental buffet.
牛牛哥.The hotel room looked very new and clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. Although the breakfast area was small, the food was good. The location is convenient, right across from the train station. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water, and the tap water quality was concerning; I wouldn't even dare to drink it after boiling. Luckily, I had some mineral water left from the plane, otherwise I would have had to buy the hotel's overpriced water.
GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to the train and metro stations, and the airport shuttle bus terminal is just downstairs (€10 per person). It's convenient for getting to any attraction. There's air conditioning, so you can pop back to the hotel for a break when it's hot in the afternoon, grab a complimentary coffee, and then head to the food court across from the central station in the evening for some delicious food. It's truly delightful.
LLiguolanNot sure if it was because we arrived late on the first day, but the room we were given wasn't great. Two out of three lights in the bathroom were out, and the toilet seat cover had fallen off. After reporting it to the front desk the next morning, they promptly moved us to another room.
Wwen2linGreat stay at Hotel Lombardia in Milan. The location is quiet and safe, just a short walk to Loreto Metro Station, making it easy to get to the city centre and main attractions like Duomo di Milano. The room was clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect for families with kids. We had a comfortable trip and would recommend it to other travellers.
GGuest UserThe hotel is new and the service is excellent. The staff speak many languages and you can store your luggage there. I checked in early in the morning, and after a quick call to confirm, it was fine. They gave me a really spacious room. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return. The only strange thing was that the shower water was cold, but overall it's a very modern place.
GGuest User1. I arrived at 7:30 AM and was only allowed to check in at 2:00 PM. I understand there were no rooms available, but it was still incredibly frustrating.
2. I booked a suite, don't be fooled by the name, it's just a slightly larger room.
3. The location is indeed quite good.
4. The breakfast was rather simple.
5. I definitely won't stay here again next time.
