Very well located in front of central station, it will be even more perfect if I can do early check in, and hope they can prepare the water boiler in the room in order to make the tea with hot water or cook some instant noodles when you don’t want to go out in the freezing night as I tried to dial 9 to bring the water boiler but no one is answering so the phone!
And the cleaning lady forgot to clean away the towel of the previous customer ( maybe it’s because it was hanged behind the door) which never happened before

My first stop in mainland Europe was Milan, and I chose this hotel. For two adults and one child, we opted for a triple room. European hotels are strict about occupancy matching the actual number of guests, so finding a triple room can be a challenge. We arrived from Milan Malpensa Airport at 6:30 AM, took a 1-hour train ride, and then walked to the hotel in less than 10 minutes – the route was very easy to find. The hotel is conveniently located, with a coffee shop across the street. We initially thought about having breakfast there, but later decided to head to the Duomo area instead. The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in advance, but early check-in wasn't possible, which is understandable. We came back around 3 PM for check-in and found that while the room wasn't large, it was well-equipped with bath towels, slippers, shower caps, and shampoo. You'll need to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste, and electric kettle. There's a safe and a mini-fridge in the room, but the mini-bar items are chargeable. Breakfast was especially plentiful and served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Overall, we were very satisfied with the hotel, though the Wi-Fi connection was a bit tricky. One minor complaint: the bathroom light is sound-activated, which is fine when showering, but it kept going dark while using the toilet, and even clapping loudly didn't always work. The small balcony was nice, but for non-smoking tourists, it's not particularly useful.
Every time I come to Italy, I book this hotel. It's conveniently located near a metro station, with a large supermarket and a decent-sized shopping mall with a cinema nearby. The area also feels relatively safe. Very convenient.
Facilities: complete, heating is sufficient.
Hygienic: clean, bathroom and toilet are very clean
Environment: The breakfast environment is very good.
Service: The front desk service is good, 20 people travel, check in is very fast.
Hotel service is very good, my room air conditioning has a problem, the front desk is also timely to help find a way. Although it was not solved, it was also given a free bottle of cold beer. Still very good. Sleeping is also very comfortable. Breakfast is as simple as most hotels in Europe.
The hotel is very decent. Everything looks fresh and well-groomed. Nice interior and modern rooms. We liked everything.
The only thing is that the breakfast could be improved a little more, because... There were no vegetables or greens/salad at all.

The hotel is very conveniently located next to Linate airport. 10 min walk and you’ve reached it. The staff at reception are very friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The window shades let quite some light through in the room : so if you’re a person who needs darkness to sleep well , it could be a bit difficult also because of the emergency light which has a bright green spot light always illuminated. Through the water conductors is possible to hear every drop of water moving from other rooms ,so silence is a bit disturbed. Breakfast is good. I’d suggest the stuff to keep the hot dishes display closed to avoid the “scrambled eggs “ and sausages to get dry as they were the day I was there. For the price paid , I’d keep this hotel surely as 1st choice, as it’s perfect f you arrive at Linate airport in the evening and fly out early in the morning.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport and the shuttle was very helpful.
Room was clean but located near the elevator and an alarm went off in the middle of the night.
I had a simple dinner at restaurant (chef’s choice ravioli and aperol spritz), but 2 hours later was so dizzy I could barely stand or sleep. I managed to check out at 5:00am but was very ill and had to vomit in the airport. The dizziness lasted the whole day and it was quite terrifying. I cannot say it was caused by the restaurant food, but the other travelers in my party who didn’t eat there were fine. It was a traumatic experience I hope to forget.
Great location for Cassano , free parking but access with public means is a bit difficult

GGuest UserI stayed one night in a single room, which was larger then expected, as was the bed which was a 3/4 bed not a single. Slim line fridge and happy to see the in-room safe was large enough to take a laptop. Perhaps the only thing missing was some way to make tea or coffee. Everything was very clean. The only strange thing is the reception desk which is entirely glassed in with small slit at desk level making it necessary to bend down to hear what the receptionist was saying........not exactly a ”friendly” first impression upon arrival. The area around the hotel is beautiful with a lot of cafe's and restaurants. Also a very good, large supermarket just around the corner. Overall, a nice stay and will definitely stay again.
EElshan AbdullayevSecond time in that hotel. Closest to Termini station, easy to travel to city centre and outside of Milan. Good choices for breakfast and quite well designed rooms
GGuest UserThe location, cleanliness, and service are all excellent, and it is comparable to other four-star hotels in the vicinity. Just the facilities are not modern enough; the elevators are old-fashioned, manually controlled models.
__WeChat292376****Overall, it was good, but there was a Black male waiter who was very impolite and rude to guests. I hope this improves. He spoke to guests not with a 'please' but with a demanding and commanding tone, which was a bit off-putting. Everything else, including the ambiance and decor, was very satisfying ❤️
GGuest UserEverything was excellent. The hotel's services and amenities far exceeded our expectations. The minibar was free and all drinks were restocked daily. From the front desk to the waiters, everyone was very friendly and attentive. The ”welcome chocolates” at the front desk were delicious, and the breakfast entrees were excellent, though the variety was a bit limited. This was the best experience my husband and I had at a five-star hotel in Italy, and we will choose this hotel again in the future.
GGuest UserThe location is good, it is near Naviglio Grande where is beautiful and many restaurants around. The staff are nice, they are very helpful to call taxi and even contact the hospital when my son was sick in one night. The cleaning staff is responsible and tidy the room good.
LLaurentontherunArea is okayish although the building off-season is a bit creepy. 1 toilet and 1 shower per floor. Cleanish but the shower is super cramped so you will have to step in to be able to close the rest of the shower closet. Cabin is supposed to have some sort of TV and high tech functions but clearly this has not been mantained. Bed is extremely soft. I would have slept even better if the dorm light could be switched of; instead the light bled through the curtain opening, necessitating two different sleep masks. Free breakfast in the morning which is always nice!
AAnonymous UserThis is a very cozy hostel, tucked away in an alley, but it feels quite safe. There's a tram right outside, so you might hear some noise, but getting an Uber is super convenient. Most main attractions are just a 10-20 minute walk away.
The staff can be a bit careless. Even though they're friendly, having a man enter a female dorm room was a bit unsettling.
There's a kitchen available for cooking, and it's well-stocked with seasonings. However, the breakfast options are quite limited.
GGuest UserAndrea, the PR manager, is definitely the best I met in Milan, Bologna and Parma. He is extremely helpful with excellent hospitality. Thanks to him for avoiding the traffic congestion due to a concert at Duomo and arrange for us a direct transportation to airport at a reasonable price. Andrea is definitely a good reason for us to come back to Milano more often and stay in this hotel.
