The stay is very comfertable. Staff friendliness is awesome. Location is very convenient ad easy access to many places. Supper service. Special thanks to Mr Daas and Mr Sing. Bag handling staff is proving an extra ordinary service and I am totally satisfied and booked for two times already. Food is excellent and the food and beverage ensures to check with tables their needs. Looking forward for next stay.

The restaurant's service and quality are pretty bad. I was sitting in the restaurant for more than 5 minutes without any service during dinner time. About at least 30% of cousins are either empty or nearly empty. Based on the 5-star hotel, it is very poor service and quality.

This hotel is perfectly located if you want to overstay at the airport to catch an early flight the next day. However, you have to shortly go out of the airport and then come back at the hotel entrance where you have to pass an annoying luggage security check. The room was clean and very modern since the hotel is relatively new. A few months ago, they were serving a breakfast buffet but now it is a ”a la carte” menu which takes very long to be served, eg. about 30 minutes; important to know if you are in hurry to catch a flight.

I regret not listening to other people's suggestions to live in Novatel near the exhibition hall. This hotel is well decorated, but the maintenance is not enough. If the bathroom faucet is loose, there is moisture and mildew in the house, and there is still a distance from the international standard five stars...

I had a very pleasant stay at Courtyard by Marriott, Hyderabad. The overall experience was comfortable and well managed, from check-in to check-out. The staff were courteous, helpful, and always willing to assist, which made the stay smooth and stress-free.
The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the environment felt safe and relaxing.
The food was a highlight of the stay. Breakfast had a good variety, catering to both local Indian and international tastes. The quality of the food was very good, fresh, and well presented. The restaurant staff were attentive, and service was prompt and professional.
Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend Courtyard Hyderabad for both business and leisure stays.

The location is good. Easily reachable and accessible for all.
The hotel itself is going through renovation works. Hence a bit noisy during the day.
The decor is a bit dated and does not give the feel of a star hotel. The amenities are great though.
The gym and steam room are fantastic. Plenty of water and fruits available there. Nice clean towel is additional amenity worth mentioning.
I had breakfast, the buffet was fantastic and chefs were available at the counters and constantly the staff were asking if I require anything that I don’t see on the menu - another positive impression.
Verdict : overall good experience and friendly staff.
Would recommend for short stay.

The executive chef is very professional and gave us when asked. The hotel general manager is over smart and I am surprised how he got job there.

Amazing
CCCM01233A stunning hotel with outstanding service. The main palace building is stunning and historic. The stay includes a free tour, yoga, traditional concert, and afternoon tea. Dinner was very nice, although expensive, and you are not able to order food from outside. However, as a special treat, I was happy to pay and the food was great. Award winning food.
The hospitality was outstanding, and all of the staff went out of their way to be helpful. At breakfast, there was live music, and they even offered me a champagne breakfast. The complimentary horse and carriage arrival was an added great surprise.
Highly recommend staying here. I've been fortunate enough to stay at a few different Taj Hotels across India, and this was by far the best one that I have experienced. I did not want to leave!

陈陈Except for the hotel facilities, everything is fine. There are five or six plugs in the room, only one can be used, the others are about to break down, the air conditioner is also broken, the switch is broken, and only the largest third gear can be used in the first, second and third gears. Having WIFI is the same as not having one, only one frame is accepted. The room is old-fashioned and a small cockroach was found. The hotel looks luxurious, the service is good, and the restaurant breakfast is also very good.
