The room was clean and tidy, just a bit on the small side. It's very close to the airport, and the way there is easy to find. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the front desk service was excellent. They even told me the taxi fare and which parking lot was free. Definitely recommend!

My overall stay was quite pleasant. The room, though not large, was well-designed, clean, and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided. The bathroom was a bit compact, but perfectly functional for daily use. The hotel offers self-service check-in and check-out, which was simple and convenient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to both the Ørestad Metro and train stations, all within walking distance. There's also the large Fields shopping center nearby. It's super convenient for getting to Copenhagen city center by metro or Copenhagen Airport by train, making it ideal for tourists. Breakfast was also more extensive than I expected, with croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese, eggs, and vegetables like cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, and bell peppers. There was a good variety, and it was a very decent hotel breakfast. The only thing I think could be improved is the soundproofing in the rooms; it's a bit weak. Sometimes I could hear noise from the hallway or other rooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, with its convenient transportation, clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent value for money, it was a very satisfactory stay. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Copenhagen.

The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and it was quiet at night, so I slept very well. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything. The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to the city centre. All the major tourist attractions are within walking distance, and the surroundings are beautiful and feel safe to walk around. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel with a direct connection to the airport, and Tivoli Gardens is extremely close by. The hotel is always busy and lively. I was a little concerned about safety because I had to catch a bus to the airport at 3 a.m., but the bus stop was very close, and there were always people around the hotel area. The staff are also available 24/7. You will be lucky if you get clean, quiet, and considerate roommates. The bathroom is quite small, and I think the lower bunk located right next to the bathroom is probably the most inconvenient bed, as you have to deal with quite a lot of noise. The lockers in the rooms are not large enough to fit a cabin-sized suitcase and can only accommodate a small backpack. You also need to bring your own padlock, and I would recommend bringing slippers as well. The bed itself looked clean, but the storage compartments and the gaps around the bed were quite dirty. However, considering how large and busy the hotel is, I can understand that it may be difficult to keep every area perfectly clean at all times.

I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on ”Breakfast included” basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course. 1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 ) 2) Everyday the room was cleaned. 3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way. 4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice. Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators. Photos are; from Breakfast and view from my 5th floor room. I was happy that the room was ready so quickly. The data was great, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly. I'd definitely come back again. The breakfast was also good.

Wakeup Copenhagen - Carsten Niebuhrs Gade: After a nightmare stay at City Hotel Nebo (Istedgade 6, 1650 København V, Denmark) where I couldn't sleep and my skin was itching due to dirty conditions including hair in the sink and no hygiene products available, Wakeup Copenhagen was my salvation. Immaculate cleanliness, modern minimalist room on 8th floor with marvelous city view, comfortable bed where I finally slept after 48 hours of exhaustion, clean shower with good water pressure, good quality breakfast, very good reception lobby, perfect location near Dybbølsbro Station (500m) and easy access to Copenhagen Bus Terminal for my FlixBus, excellent value at €62-70. Rating: 9/10. Compared to City Hotel Nebo (-3/10), this was heaven. The contrast was shocking - from dirty and uncomfortable to clean, modern, and peaceful. This hotel saved my trip and gave me the rest I needed to enjoy my last day in Copenhagen. Absolutely recommended for solo travelers who value cleanliness! We had a good stay at Downtown hostel, the location was perfect and close to everything, the breakfast was good for the price, but i wish the check-in process was easier, for us and also the receptionists who were very helpful still but we kept having issues with our cabine room door, the digital code worked once in a while :(. The rooms are poorly soundproofed which was quite disturbing…also we forgot a console in our cabin room the day of our check out and contacted the hostel by email but never got an answer back…

The location is a bit out of the way, requiring about a 20-minute bus ride to the city center. As for the accommodation, it was my first time staying in a 'camping-style' hostel. Essentially, they make maximum use of a large room, using tents to create smaller, individual spaces. This is supposed to differentiate it from a dormitory with dozens of beds in one big room. However, the actual experience isn't fundamentally different from a hostel with 30-40 beds in a single room. The tents offer no soundproofing, and the beds inside each tent are practically touching. On the positive side, the washroom facilities are quite good. It's clear they are regularly cleaned, and there are plenty of them.
