The hotel is close to the airport, so the noice from flights can be bothersome for someone who is light sleeper like my husband. Also, I did not know that if i book through trip.com, i don’t get to enjoy my hilton honors benefits, which is surprising. I do generally book through agency for business travel and this is never a problem

Excellent, first class service, clean room near the airport
The big push hotel,
The bed is very comfortable too!
The price is good.
There is a golf driving range opposite, friends who play ball can push
The room is clean, spacious and bright, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The hotel has an underground parking lot, and parking overnight is 26 US dollars. If you park in the P3 floor hotel guest parking area, you can take the elevator directly to the front desk lobby on the first floor. If you park in P1, you cannot take the elevator to the hotel front desk, and you can only walk back to the parking entrance along the driveway to the lobby. There is a subway station under the hotel. Next to the hotel (on the left side facing the hotel gate), there is a vertical elevator that goes directly to the subway entrance about ten meters away. It is very convenient to take the subway blue line to downtown Washington. There are many places to eat around the hotel. There is a large supermarket with many food for sale after walking for more than ten minutes.
The hotel is in a quiet location, the facilities are relatively new, the parking lot is very large, and it is not far from Washington DC.
The room is large, the central air conditioning is comfortable, and the price-performance ratio is very high.
Great place to stay. Great location right never I-95. Near gas stations. Near Dunkin Donuts, Dennys and Waffle House. Near a mechanic shop. Great prices. Great staff. Clean and very nice rooms. Highly recommended!
I stayed in this hotel last year while forgot my ring in the room, the housekeeping team led by Cathy Walter helped me out by not only found my ring but also put lots of efforts in try get it back to me in another city. With my last min schedule change I left the country without being able to take the ring. Amazing that Cathy kept my ring for 6 months untill I return to US stayed in this hotel this week that see my ring right at check in at front desk. This is the best service and help a traveller out when needed. Great job for Cathy and team!

GGuest UserThis hotel is a bit outdated and its reflected in the cleanliness of the bathroom and other facilities. I also don't like how they charge $35 for an ”early check-in fee”. It puts a stain on the whole stay and makes the hotel appear less hospitable. At least other hotels you have a loyalty program or a rewards program that offers certain perks, essentially this hotel has no perks for folks who are repeat visitors and it seems like a cheap money grab. 4pm is pretty much the evening time and during my time there it was freezing outside. Negative wind chill, dangerous snow conditions on the roads and sidewalks but I should pay a fee to get to my room early when it's ready? I was placed in a small room with a bed directly next to the window and no matter how high the temperature in the room was, I had goosebumps because I was freezing. There was zero insulation. I also booked this staycation so I can relax and watch cable. The first room I was placed in didn't even have cable and I called and let the front desk know, the person mentioned an ”engineer” was coming to fix the issue and an hour later, it never happened. I ended up getting moved to a different room that night because I advocated for how cold it was and the new room had a working TV, but initially it was so much back and forth with the front desk. Makes for a less enjoyable experience. I will say the were kind in the fact I forgot some items in the previous room and they made sure I received it safely. This is a great location if you're exploring Baltimore but there may be better options for a similar price point that's more hospitable. The tub was draining slowly and the water didn't get too hot. It made me even more excited to get home because my own shower pressure and experience is so much better. So it wasn't even luxurious in that sense. There was also hair in the shower. So for all the ”early check in fees” and waiting until after 4pm to ensure the rooms are ”clean” it seems my room was barely up to hotel standards. The comforter was also a mess so I just didn't have a positive experience.
XXINZHENGPay special attention when setting up their hotel. When you check in, the front desk will take away your $50 purchase, saying that the prepaid deposit will be refunded after 5 to 7 days. When they ask for the $50 fee certificate, they will Telling you that you haven't used it yet will not give you anything like receipts, and tell you that if money can't be returned to your account, you can talk to your bank. I think if you use the Bank of America users, you might The money is recovered. If you are unfortunately a user of the Bank of China, then you will be compensated for the money. Sometimes when you go out, you are hacked. Although you are not happy, you don't have to care too much.
JJay BrignacThis was a short, one evening stay, out by 8am the next morning. I am rating this as a two star hotel, as it was what I wanted to keep everything in perspective.
The location for me was perfect, as we were visiting the Cult Classic Brewery for an event. It was extremely convenient. The hotel wasn't busy, but check-in and check-out were efficient. The front desk was pleasant and fulfilled any questions I had.
Our 2nd floor room was quiet and very new looking. I believe this is a ”newish” motel, and everything was very fresh inside. All room amenities worked, or did what they were supposed to do. I say this because too many motel rooms have outlets, USB ports, even lamps etc that don't function... so I don't take anything for granted. Everything was perfect in our room, just like it is supposed to be. This was a pleasure!!! This motel sits close to HWY 50 but we heard absolutely no road noise this time of the year.
The location was convenient as I stated for our event, and even more so because a great restaurant was right across the street. If we walked 100 feet that was a lot, so we didn't need to move the car. The front of the motel faces toward the west (rear to the east) so we got a piece of the setting sun, and in general the ambiance of being so close to the water. There was also the Kent Narrows Christmas tree exhibit right across the street as well as the Fisherman's monument. So, a bit of fun items to view without needing to get in the car.
The morning breakfast at the motel was included, and contained all the standard breakfast fare we have come to expect. While not busy, it was served as you would want it and neat and orderly.
All and all, the hotel added to this short, get away trip from the Baltimore area nicely.
GGuest UserI booked an overnight reservation for my husband's birthday celebration. The entire experience was unique and simply outstanding in every way! We were made to feel VERY SPECIAL by each and every staff member with whom we engaged. We were CONTINUALLY welcomed throughout the stay from the person who opened the car door and greeted us by name to the very knowledgeable concierges, the room service staff, the culinary staff, the bellman, the driver, Lottie Dottie and EVERYBODY! The hotel was very clean and beautifully adorned with pictures, books, furniture, plants and artifacts that told the story of the hotel. This includes the very accommodating bedroom with a comfortable canopy bed and a pristine, spacious and updated bathroom. One could ALWAYS count on soul-stirring music playing in the background of every public space. Each tune moved us to murmur the lyrics regardless of where we were and what we were doing. Ever had a snack attack? No worries! The room was well stocked with a variety of goodies and beverages to soothe those evening urges. And, finally, let me praise the food selections offered to us at teatime and breakfast. Homemade jam, almond butter, muffins, oat flapjacks, chicken sausage, eggs, and more! This was quite an awesome getaway! And, yes, we would do it all over again!
GGuest UserThe hotel is new, clean and there's a very nice breakfast. It's a city hotel, so the room was smaller than other Hampton Inns, but comfortable with nice amenities (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, usb ports) and a big TV. Home2suites shares the building and the floor. The self-parking is expensive ($20/day) and is a walk up a hill to a public lot.. The valet staff was nice and let me unload and check-in before parking. The front desk staff, however, was remote and unfriendy. It wasn't explained how parking worked - other than that the charge would be added to the room. It meant a trudge back to the car in a thunderstorm to get a ticket previously left in the car. It is to be validated at the front desk. I won't be going back. There was no maid service for a 3 day stay. Service is supposedly ”every other day.” I had to ask for extra towels and put trash outside the door when the baskets were full. (I also know nose rings are popular - but people wearing them are hard for me to look at. After seeing too many kids with runny noses, what looks like metal buggers coming out of people's noses, gives me a startling bad physical reaction - Sorry - can't help it.)
GGuest UserOverall satisfied.
The hotel felt safe and has a nice vibe. Location is in a less sketchy part of downtown, although I wouldn’t necessarily go for a night walk in the area. Conveniently located to some surrounding attractions like the Inner Harbor and Lexington Market.
The room was spotless clean. The maintenance could be improved as there were some broken closet doors and holes in the wall. I informed the friendly staff and they told me they were aware. Other than that, well equipped and everything was there and working.
Cleaning is not daily and depends on the length of your stay. However, if you needed anything you can ask and it could be provided.
The breakfast buffet was okay, nothing special. There was a limited, but enough options. For fresh fruits they only had red apples, every day.
The bar was closed for lunch during my stay.
They had a small business area with a computer and a printer for guests.
The gym was well equipped.
The staff were friendly, welcoming and you can tell everyone was trying to make the guests have a nice experience.
I would consider and return.
WWander_GirlIt was nice hotel, Spacious and clean room and have lots of food options nearby. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good had multiple options for Non- Vegetarians but less options for Vegetarians. Will stay here again if needed.
AAnonymous UserThe room was clean and the facilities were old, but it was easy to use. The hot water in the bathroom is a bit slow. The restaurant has a light meal that can temporarily solve breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff is very professional. The restaurant staff is very welcoming.
GGuest UserWhen we were arriving, we didn’t have navigation so it was wonderful to see the big sign from the road. Check in is also 24hrs which really helped us as we were arriving late. The room had everything we needed and included 3 power points under the table lamps. It would’ve been nice to have brighter lights as it was a bit dim but the lamps helped to focus the lighting. All the staff and housekeeping were friendly but I wished the front desk had more knowledge for overseas travellers.
It’s also conveniently located near a shopping area. We got our traveller eSIM cards from the nearby AT&T store. I didn’t get to use the amenities.
