The hotel is conveniently located with friendly and polite front desk staff. The room was clean and hygienic. The elevator at the back of the hotel goes directly to B3, where you can access an underground passage to the MRT, High-Speed Rail, regular train, and Taoyuan Airport MRT without having to cross the street. It's truly convenient.

First Impression: The Luxurious Ritual of a European Castle Subtle and Secluded Driveway: As the car turned from the tree-lined Dunhua North Road, it entered a highly private French-style circular driveway, exclusively designed for VIP guests. Museum-Quality Artistic Ambiance: Stepping into the grand and towering lobby, guests are greeted by an aesthetic space adorned with over 1,700 original artworks and exquisite giant crystal chandeliers. Impeccable Welcome Service: The front desk service is attentive and seamless. Upon being seated, guests are immediately presented with a ceremonial special hibiscus welcome tea and hot towels.

It truly felt like a vacation. The rooftop pool offers amazing sunset views, and they even provide a complimentary alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink. It's the perfect environment to just relax and unwind. The hotel's location is also super close to the night market, so you'll never have to worry about going hungry.

This is my 5th stay at this hotel. The location next to Wanhua Station is super convenient, with supermarkets and snack shops everywhere. There's also a traditional medicine street nearby where you can buy some remedies. I even went to a local dentist for a cleaning; it was much more affordable and professional than in the UK.

This is an established, older hotel. The breakfast is really good, with a wide variety of options. It's a popular spot for international guests and airline crews to stay. However, the room facilities are a bit dated, there aren't many power outlets, and the Wi-Fi is quite slow.

The hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. If you check in around 3 PM, you can enjoy a tea ceremony performance with free green tea and snacks. Breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection!

The cleanliness was acceptable and consistent with the hotel’s facility rating. The location was excellent and suited our needs perfectly, as it is located right next to Taipei Main Station and can be reached in less than a 10-minute walk via the underground passage. Breakfast is served on the 6th floor, but there is no lift access, which may be inconvenient for elderly guests or those with mobility issues. However, it should not be a problem for younger guests. Overall, the hotel met our expectations and offered good value for its convenient location.

I’ve seen a lot of videos recommending this hotel so i booked it. Location is great but it’s not near to the station, you have to walk around 10-15mins to Ximen station and about 20mins to Taipei main station. Staffs were just neutral, not super friendly but they do their jobs. Check in was smooth (they have 24hrs front desk) and I requested for 2 additional pillows (they only provided 2 in the room) and they granted my request with no additional payments. What i didn’t know is how thin the walls are and We got unlucky with the room next to us. He set an alarm almost every minute with different ring tones. And he didn’t wake up from his own alarm 🥲I went down to front desk and earplugs were given for free. We ended up canceling our 1st day trip due to lack of sleep. By the next night, I sleep better (but still keep waking up because earplugs hurt my ears) ‼️thin walls and noisy ceiling (i think it’s from the pressure when someone is using the water idk) ✅super cold ac (good for summer)

The hotel is easily accessible by turning left out of Exit 5 of Ximen MRT Station. Check-in is on the 2nd floor, and luggage storage is also available on the 2nd floor, next to the elevators on the other side. The room condition is good, but please note that ********* hotels do not provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes and toothpaste. A water dispenser is located by the elevators, and two complimentary bottles of water are provided on the check-in day only. The curtains are quite thin, so the lights from outside buildings are visible at night, though it doesn't affect sleep too much. Washers and dryers are on the 6th floor and operate on coin-insertion; please prepare 10 and 50 NTD coins as shown in the photo. Also, note the operating hours as the machines are powered off at 22:00.

The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.
