The facilities had everything one would expect, including disposable slippers. They offer luggage storage, and the room was very clean – no cockroaches or other bugs. Luggage storage is available, and the location is excellent, near Taichung Railway Station, and close to famous goose and Taichung meatball restaurants. Laundry costs 40 NTD, and you can buy detergent on site. One drawback is that the air conditioning in the room didn't dehumidify, making the entire room very damp; my passport even felt a bit damp from the humidity.

Great stay at a very affordable hotel. Convenient location right next to the bus stop which brings you to Sun Moon Lake. Room is very nicely sized as well. Only issue I had was they provided no soap in the bathroom so I used the shower gel when I needed to wash my hands but that’s a very minor fault.

the room was sooo clean and spacious so it’s easy when you want to pack or unpack your luggage. the breakfast is also nice, it comes with pork meats just in case any of you don’t want or not allowed to eat that. there are others like porridge, toast, fruit, and eggs

This was my first time using the hotel's washing machine, and I didn't realize it wasn't turned on. I reported it to the front desk and they compensated me for the full amount, which I really appreciate. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Taichung Train Station. The room was clean and well-equipped.
