The hotel is very close to all the city attractions, and the subway is less than a hundred meters away. The only thing missing is a TV that can cast to. There's a humidifier in the room; remember to turn it on! The staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, and the winter melon tea at the front desk is delicious. When I checked out, the staff were also very warm and even helped me carry my luggage all the way to the car. That's a huge plus!

The hotel's overall ambiance is excellent; the moment you step into the lobby, it's dazzling with its luxurious style. The front desk staff were very helpful, and there was even a dedicated person to assist with the elevator, making the whole experience up to the room feel premium. We received a free room upgrade, and the facilities are incredibly comprehensive – everything you could ask for. From check-in all the way to check-out, I was completely satisfied. I truly loved it.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

I highly recommend this airport hotel! I was worried about catching an early flight, but the hotel's free shuttle service completely put my mind at ease. I pre-booked the time, and the driver was waiting punctually at the terminal entrance. The ride only took a few minutes, so there was no need to rush at all. I also have to praise the front desk service; when I checked in, the staff proactively asked about my flight time and thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast hours and shuttle details. They were patient and thorough throughout, which made me feel really welcome. The room was clean and tidy, and the value for money is excellent. It's definitely the right choice for a business trip or a layover! 👍🏻👍🏻

The Harbin Junyi Hotel is conveniently located right next to Central Street, and within walking distance of Saint Sophia Cathedral, making it super easy to get around. The 24-hour butler service is thoughtful and attentive, and the complimentary afternoon tea and excellent breakfast are huge bonuses.

I rarely visit Harbin, and this trip was a short one. After a lot of deliberation, I chose the Ocean Ritz. For someone as picky as me, everything from the breakfast quality, service attitude, and hygiene to the facilities was excellent. The afternoon tea had a great ambiance, and there were fresh welcome fruits every day. The front desk even upgraded my room, which was really nice. The location is incredibly close to Central Street, and you can walk about 1km to St. Sophia Cathedral. Finally, I have to say the decor of this Ritz is superb, and all the staff members are wonderful. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Harbin.

I was traveling in Harbin and suffered from back pain, so I checked into your hotel. During my stay, the service provided by front desk staff member Shen Qi made me feel incredibly warm and touched. From the moment I checked in, Shen Qi proactively showed concern for my condition. Not only did she arrange to change my room to one with a firmer bed that was better suited for rest, but she also thoughtfully prepared fruits and snacks for me. Later, she even took the initiative to coordinate delivery of my takeout directly to my room, saving me the trouble of moving around while I was unwell. This level of personalized care, going above and beyond her duties, truly made me, a sick traveler far from home, feel the warmth and comfort of family. Mercure Harbin Central Street Sophia is absolutely amazing! It's just a 3-minute walk to St. Sophia Cathedral and 5 minutes to Central Street, truly a prime and convenient location. The rooms have an elegant French style, the bedding is comfortable, and all the smart facilities are comprehensive. The hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea every day, and the service is warm and attentive. It's definitely the top choice for both business and leisure travel, offering incredible value for money!

I brought my mom shopping this time, and to make it convenient, I booked a Shangri-La river view room. The location is absolutely fantastic; it's easy to walk to great places for dining and shopping nearby. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were very professional and excellent. They even upgraded my room this time. Although the facilities are a bit dated, I've actually grown to prefer hotels like this in recent years – the prime location and views combined with a sense of historical charm are wonderful.
