Hotels With Breakfast in Heilongjiang, China

This was my first time visiting Harbin, and there were so many hotels to choose from. I ended up picking this one mainly because of its excellent location; it's super close to Stalin Park and Central Street, easily walkable. Plus, the riverside view from the hotel is lovely. The hotel service was prompt and friendly. The staff, especially the 'princess, please get in the car' service (I assume this refers to a special concierge or greeting service), was meticulous and thoughtful, proactively introducing the hotel's facilities and services. Very impressive 👍 Breakfast was bountiful, the environment was good, the facilities were well-maintained and clean, and the food itself was excellent. The service was great too, and the breakfast side dishes were particularly good. 👌 It was a pleasant stay, and I'll definitely book here again on my next visit.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

We were a group of six from Zhejiang on a trip to Harbin and stayed at the Lilac Hotel. The hotel's location is right on Central Street. The lobby is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, even helping us with our luggage. The rooms are newly renovated with smart curtains. The breakfast was plentiful, and the price was excellent. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service is incredibly convenient. The shuttle driver was friendly and even helped with our luggage. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The hotel offers breakfast and has a coffee/tea station. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back again.

This time, mini_cloud stayed in a European-style hotel near Central Avenue in Harbin. It was super convenient for shopping and dining. The room had drinks, and they delivered fresh fruit every day. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also amazing; I was surprised to find substantial dishes like roast meat, sausages, and prawns, along with local specialties like Guo Bao Rou (fried pork in sweet and sour sauce) and red sausage. There was also a great selection of fruits and desserts. Every staff member I encountered, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or housekeeping, was incredibly warm and polite. They always proactively helped with my luggage when I arrived and departed. When checking out, an uncle even gave me a souvenir — a small orange package with coffee and candies, which perfectly matched the color of my clothes! Mini_cloud had a wonderful vacation in Harbin.

The hotel's location is good, but the step at the entrance is too high. You have to carry your own luggage up, and an average woman wouldn't be able to lift it. Also, because of how my trip was booked, the front desk told me I wasn't an IHG member. This is the first time I've been denied recognition despite staying at Holiday Inn so many times, and I didn't even get any fruit!

I booked this hotel for a business trip and unexpectedly needed to print some documents late at night. The front desk staff, despite it being so late, was incredibly helpful and printed quite a few pages for me. They were so warm and didn't seem bothered at all, and even printed them for free, which I felt a little bad about! This is a really great hotel with very enthusiastic staff. The small convenience store on the first floor is also good; I bought some nice snacks there. Highly recommend, I'll definitely come back next time!

I had a great stay at this hotel during my trip to Harbin. It’s a solid choice for anyone looking for comfort and convenience in the city center. Service & Atmosphere • Warm Welcome: Upon arrival, we were greeted with excellent service. Since Harbin is freezing, the staff immediately served us hot tea to help us warm up. It was a very thoughtful gesture! • Lobby Amenities: While breakfast isn't provided, there is a self-service mini cafe in the lobby area, which is perfect for a quick caffeine fix or tea. The Room • Space & Comfort: The room was a good size for two people, even with our large 28-inch luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. • Quiet & Clean: The soundproofing is impressive we weren't disturbed by outside noise. One unique feature is the filtered drinking water tap located right next to the bathroom sink. • Note: The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit chilly compared to the well-heated bedroom area. Location & Transport The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel: • Walking Distance: Just a short 400m walk to Zhongyang Street (Central Street) and about 700m to Saint Sophia Cathedral. • Transport: It is very easy to book a DiDi as the hotel is located right on a main road, making pick-ups quick and hassle-free. Verdict: Highly recommended for its strategic location and great hospitality!

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception.
