Stayed at this hotel with my parents and children, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location is super convenient; it's within walking distance to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the popular Middle Eastern Railway Bridge. The cable car across the river is just a short walk across the street. Sitting by the river in the evening, enjoying the breeze, was incredibly relaxing – truly a moment of stolen leisure. The hotel upgraded us to a spacious family suite with a 1.5m and a 1.2m bed, which was very family-friendly. The service was impeccable, from the restaurant staff to the front desk and even the security guards; everyone was kind and friendly. The security guard even offered a 'princess treatment' by helping us with our luggage, and the restaurant had a great ambiance and excellent facilities. We'll definitely stay here again; it felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to experiencing Harbin in winter; the ice and snow will surely add a unique charm!

This hidden gem of a hotel is a must-recommend! It's the best hotel I've stayed at during my trip from Hulunbuir to Harbin. The room's cleanliness was surprisingly excellent, with not even a hint of smoke. Unlike some hotels that claim to be non-smoking, only for a weird, smoky smell to hit you as soon as you open the door! The overall style is light luxury with a great sense of design. The room was spacious enough, the bedding was very comfortable, and it featured smart home tech throughout, making it tidy and convenient. The breakfast was incredibly lavish, on par with a five-star hotel. They also offer afternoon tea. While I didn't get to try the warm night porridge, it really shows how much attention they pay to service details. The location is also fantastic, super close to Central Street and Harbin Museum, and Saint Sophia Cathedral is within walking distance. They even thoughtfully upgraded my room. All in all, the value for money is outstanding, and I'm extremely satisfied! Highly recommend!

Not my first time staying in this hotel. We'll, would like to say that this time it was above all of my expectations. The room was super clean and the music in a bathroom was nice as usual, but the most unbelievably incredible things was that I got an upgrade from the guys in the reception. The room was quite clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall cleanliness is very good. It's located right inside Xicheng Hongchang, making dining and entertainment super convenient. Wanda Plaza is directly across the street, and it's also very close to the West Railway Station. Plus, there's a night market nearby. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude.

The hotel was very clean, and the service was warm and welcoming. Its location is fantastic, right next to St. Sophia Cathedral – just a short walk around the corner when you exit. It's also very close to the main entrance of Central Street, only about a ten-minute stroll away. Dining options are convenient too, with Daoli Market right across the street. Public transport is easily accessible, with a bus stop just downstairs, although we mostly walked around the area as everything was so convenient.

A ten-minute walk takes you to the Flood Control Memorial Tower by the Songhua River, making it super convenient for exploring the old street and enjoying the river views. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which saved a lot of hassle from traveling around with an elder. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for a peaceful rest after a long journey. But what truly warmed our hearts was the service attitude of the entire staff. As soon as we arrived at the entrance with my elderly mother and our luggage, the doorman quickly came over to help us with our larger bags and escorted us all the way to the front desk – it was incredibly thoughtful. The front desk receptionist was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The cleaning staff were always quiet and gentle when cleaning, as if afraid of disturbing our rest. From the front desk to security and housekeeping, every single staff member was genuinely friendly and sincere, showing real care rather than just robotic pleasantries. You can find excellent locations anywhere, but such meticulous and heartwarming service is truly rare. When traveling with elderly family members, a comfortable stay and attentive care make the trip so much more enjoyable. Next time I visit Harbin, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I sincerely recommend it to all travelers with families!

這次入住體驗直接超出預期，從提前網上諮詢到到店辦理入住全程都特別順暢，前台工作人員態度温和有耐心，辦理速度很快還貼心告知周邊吃飯出行路線。房間打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟乾淨沒有異味，洗漱用品品質在線，熱水供應穩定，空調隔音效果都很好，晚上安安靜靜完全不吵。酒店地理位置絕佳，出門打車、逛商圈都很方便，公共區域整潔明亮，衞生細節做得特別到位，性價比拉滿，下次來本地還會優先選擇這家，真心推薦給出行的朋友！

With plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby, many landmarks were within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended for families with children.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)
