Upon check-in, the queue was chaotic; anyone could cut in, and those who waited patiently were always last. The staff initially didn't manage it well. As for the room, I booked a suite, but it wasn't particularly useful, just a bit more spacious. My child could run around, and it would be nice for having tea with friends. However, the 'tea room' had no door, which felt odd when trying to sleep. Overall, the room was decent. Regarding the complimentary refreshments, they were delivered between 4-5 PM on the first day and at 3 PM on the second. Interestingly, on the third day, a note was left on the door saying the 'Do Not Disturb' option was selected, so they didn't deliver, and I needed to dial '0' for service. However, even after I called, nothing was sent. Furthermore, our room was only hastily cleaned around 5 PM that day, right in front of us when we returned. We had specifically asked for it to be cleaned that morning around 10 AM when we ran into the cleaning staff across the hall.
Now, about the breakfast. The variety was good and quite unique. However, the service quality needs improvement. Ms. Huang Yanhua provided excellent service on the first and third days. Seeing I was with my child, she proactively helped me get drinks and even got my child some 3D yogurt. Another auntie was also great, though I don't know her name.
Overall, the location is good, but the service needs to be better. The 5-star rating for service is entirely due to Ms. Huang Yanhua and the other auntie in the breakfast restaurant.

Had a fantastic stay! The room was clean and comfortable with a great view, and the bedding was super soft. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the breakfast selection was extensive. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip. The hotel design is very stylish, the room was clean and cozy, and the mattress was incredibly comfortable. The location is convenient yet quiet. The staff were friendly and proactively helped with my luggage, which was a really nice touch.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being close to both the morning and night markets, as well as several important riverside attractions. Dining and shopping options are also very convenient. The rooms are spacious with a practical layout, and basic amenities were mostly in place. As Heihe's morning market is quite famous, we opted not to have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that.
However, the cleanliness was not up to par; there were small flying insects in the room, likely coming up from the drain. The service also left much to be desired. Not only did they fail to accommodate our request for a room away from the elevator, but they assigned us a room right by the elevator entrance, citing room type as the reason. Later, we discovered that rooms of our booked type were indeed available further from the elevator. Furthermore, to borrow an umbrella, we had to pay a 50 deposit per umbrella. While it was refunded immediately upon return, it still left a slightly unpleasant feeling for a hotel guest.

On my last day in Harbin, a heavy snowfall arrived just as promised – it was truly a perfect send-off! ❄️ It felt like the entire city was bidding me farewell, incredibly romantic. Choosing this hotel near the airport was a brilliant decision! The 24-hour free airport shuttle made catching an early flight stress-free. After several days of sightseeing, it saved me the hassle of extra travel, which was so considerate. I had an amazing time in Harbin, and this snowfall was the perfect end to my trip. The romance of this city and the warmth of its people will stay with me. I'll definitely come back again! Highly recommend this airport hotel.

An absolutely incredible experience! [Strong][Strong][Strong]
This time, my two friends and I stayed at the Junyi Hotel (Central Street Branch), a hidden gem tucked away on an unassuming street. The location is superb, just a few steps from Central Street, with tons of authentic local restaurants nearby. The hotel itself boasts a luxurious yet elegant and warm style, with top-notch facilities and impeccable cleanliness. The Russian-style afternoon tea, available almost all day, was a lovely touch. The breakfast spread was dazzling; in addition to the buffet with various local specialties, there were three delicious set menus to choose from. They even gave us a souvenir when we checked out. What truly stood out was the hotel staff's incredibly attentive and devoted service – it’s been a long time since I've experienced such high-quality service. For me, a seasoned traveler who spends half the year in hotels around the world, this was an unforgettable experience. A huge thumbs up to them! [Strong][Strong][Strong]

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Northeast China, even better than some older five-star places. It has a unique character and excellent service! The hotel has a lot of style, and it would be perfect for photos, but unfortunately, we were in a rush. When we returned from being out, we found complimentary welcome fruit, and there was also afternoon tea with delicious pastries and fruit. The hotel service was also fantastic; the staff were incredibly patient, and the young men and women were all so good-looking! Breakfast was also great. We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

The room was quite warm, and the twin room was very convenient as the two beds could be pushed together, which is great when traveling with kids. The buffet was also delicious, especially the desserts – I've never had such good desserts at a buffet before. Plus, they offer a free shuttle directly to the main scenic spots, which is incredibly handy. The outdoor scenery is also excellent; the panoramic king room offers a night view of the Ice and Snow World, just make sure you don't book the wrong one.

The room came with a humidifier, and they even gave little gifts upon check-in and check-out, which was a really thoughtful touch! The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was great. I was very satisfied with my stay! The staff provided excellent service! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit!

The hotel has a great location, very convenient for getting around, close to the subway station, and with plenty of amenities nearby. As an older star-rated hotel, the quality and service are still reliable, though the facilities naturally aren't as new as those in a recently built hotel. What I also really liked was the view; you get an unobstructed panorama of the Songhua River's snowy landscape.

One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!
My recent stay at the Yabu Loni Hotel was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. It perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and fantastic service, making for a memorable winter getaway. First and foremost, the hotel itself is lovely. The hotel counter staff are helpful and friendly too. The rooms are nice and cozy, providing the perfect warm and inviting retreat after a long day on the slopes. It felt like a true home away from home. The highlight of our trip was the seamless ski package coordinated with the Sun Mountain Ski Resort, the snowboard equipment is new. The package made everything incredibly easy, and I must give a special commendation to the staff at Sun Mountain Resort. They were exceptionally professional and efficient. Their excellence was truly demonstrated when I unfortunately lost my DJI Pocket 3 on the way to the slope. Once I reported it lost, they managed the situation brilliantly and, to my immense relief, helped me find it! This level of care and responsibility is truly above and beyond. When it came to dining, the hotel’s restaurant, Er Bin Si Fang Cai, was a delight. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet provided by the hotel every morning, which was a great way to start the day. The food and service were so good that I ended up having dinner at the restaurant every night. The service was attentive, and the food was consistently delicious. In summary, I highly recommend Yabu Loni Hotel. The cozy atmosphere, valuable ski package, and outstanding service from both the hotel and Sun Mountain Resort team make it a top choice. I will definitely be returning!
Excellent service, fast response to all inquires. The hotel is in charge of taking you to the train station, as well as to the ski lift. Nice interior and comfortable rooms. It would be great to have a dryer for ski equipment, either in the room or just in the hotel.
We chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there. All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside. My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼 I wish to come again with my family, and i will stay here
The host is very kind and friendly. I truly enjoyed staying here—the air is fresh and comfortable, and the room is clean. The host also kindly took photos of us while we were enjoying the hot water splash. In the evening, we were treated to a fireworks display, which was a lovely experience. The only downside is that the water pressure is quite low.

What a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

One of the coziest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the first moments inside I was smitten by the fresh aroma in the hotel, which was lingering in the lift and in the rooms. It’s not an unbearable perfume, but a very subtle hint of floral freshness. The hotel is undoubtedly clean and comfortable; everything from the hairdryer and shampoo to the massage bed is wonderful and clearly maintained. They have a cute robot that delivers food straight to your room. The rooms are clean and the smart home function with its automatic curtains is very convenient on those lazy mornings before another eventful day. The breakfast is very cozy and tasty, I especially loved the steamed buns and the coconut coffee. The location is just right, the road allows for a comfortable taxi access, and within a 10-15 walk you can see the beautiful Central Street. And right outside the hotel there are many delicious food options (though, I recommend robot delivery for ultimate cozyness). The staff is polite and helpful, especially the ladies (I once again confirmed ladies are always much more professional and helpful in every nation, the young man at the counter was not helpful at all). All in all, this hotel made my stay very enjoyable. If I’ll have an opportunity to return to Harbin, I would love to choose this hotel again 💖
