Amazing This hotel is a real gem,  a modern efficient and comfortable hotel right near the speed train station. The location is excellent. We stayed three nights. U Checking in was easy, and the staff were genuinely happy to help and answer questions about services.  The room was of excellent quality,  and very clean,  beds comfortable. A robot delivered a complimentary fruit platter shortly after reaching the room. Highly recommend the breakfast option. It was varied and a good mix of Chinese and Western options.  Staff are very helpful, friendly, and courteous in all of the various roles. Special mention to Xuanxin and  Xiangya on the front desk who provided 5 star service and went out of their way to assist. Hotel management is clearly interested in making guests' experiences at the hotel great  After 8 days of travel we really needed to attend to our laundry. Again, a staff member assisted in loading 3 of the 4 washer/dryers with our clothes. The result was excellent, albeit allow some time for heavy items such as denim jeans as they are not fast commercial machines. My partner helped with the language issues however most critical items have English text or cards that an app can easily translate. Staff will aso take the time to assist. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a top choice for service, value and quality.

I had a wonderful time here. Although most of the staff don’t speak English, they tried their best to make my stay as comfortable as possible and had at least one English speaker onsite. The hotel room itself is fantastic, clean and spacious. The showers water pressure was AMAZING. Location is perfect, right in the city center. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Guiyang.

The hotel is newly opened and has very good facilities. The whole house is intelligently controlled by Xiaodu, and the service attitude is especially good, whether it is the front desk or the restaurant. There are many delicious foods around, and it is convenient to eat. It is also close to the North Station. It is highly recommended. The rice noodles for breakfast are delicious.

We were given an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. All the staff including the manager were courteous and extremely helpful, going out of their way to give us directions and transportation information to places we wanted to visit. The metro station is about 200metres away and there’s a basement food court about 50metres away. I highly recommend this hotel.

Luxury was definitely lacking as most of the interior in the bathroom/shower bath area was old and in need of help. The closet was so dusty inside too. However the room itself was nice enough with a big enough bed and a good view of the city. Complimentary fruit was there on arrival but compared to other executive rooms in hotels it missed the personal touch. The executive lounge on the 30th floor was fine enough with cakes, salad and some hot dishes alongside fruit and beverages. Would be nice if they offered wine though. Staff: staff here are wonderful. Very attentive and cheerful. Cleaners, waiters, reception and everything in between- all lovely people. Breakfast. The breakfast buffet is the highlight. Absolutely delicious and such a wide variety of to choose. Western and Chinese dishes are available with plenty of fruit and bakery items too. Fantastic. Location: Easy enough to reach plenty of attractions and snack street is very close by. Overall a pleasant stay.

Very close to the Penshuishi metro line,just a few minutes walk ,round the corner and thus convenient.Breakfast was a good spread with noodles,porridge and some western like sausages, eggs and waffles.Fruits also a good spread.The late supper porridge was quite delightful and a plus. Opposite the hotel is an authentic restaurant selling local guiyang dishes.Staff were young ,friendly and you need a translator app if you don't speak mandarin.

Steaming freshly cooked- noodles with different toppings, fried rice, steamed rice, rice porridge, various dishes, fruit juices, hot beverages, fruits, desserts, on-the-go breakfast snacks, etc. The manager personally managed the breakfast spread, making sure the food and drinks were replenished and invited guests to try the breakfast noodle. - English speaking manager - warm and accommodating staff, on duty no24/7 My train was delayed due to weather conditions. Instead of arriving at 22:11, I arrived at Guiyang North Railway station at almost 23:00, the manager promptly replied to my messages to see to it that I correctly followed the directions to the hotel since I don't speak Chinese and it was already late at night. He assured me that the staff was expecting me and the room had been prepared and reserved for me. They upgraded me to a bigger room + complimentary breakfast! ❤️ - The staff and the manager helped me book a taxi to the airport. It was raining when I left for the airport and they provided a service umbrella and instructed the driver to drop me at T2 on my behalf since I am a foreigner and I don't speak Chinese! Actually, this hotel and staffs are fantastic, shops, malls and foods at all directions next to it. The bed and sofa are so good in the room, they are like memory foam. The pillows are big n filling. The breakfast is local and Western, with enough varieties, the coffee machine made nice coffee/s. Everything else are new and modern design with nice displays of modern art pieces. The hotel even provide complimentary light supper at 9.00pm. We plan to stay 1 night, but extended to 3 nights. On checking out, we were given a gift goodies as well, so impressive. ❤️, We ll travel again to Guiyang for sightseeing to lot of places we could not make this time and surely will stay here. To find easily, look for Luckin Coffee shop if you can't see the signage in Mandarin. The access to Reception is floor 10th from the elevator inside the Luckin Coffee.

Everything was great. The only issue was the room was hot. AC wasn't doing its job. Called front desk. They sent a tech to adjust AC and brought a portable fan. Was able to cool the room down to acceptable level but not as low as we liked. Great breakfast buffet. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants. Very friendly staff.

This hotel is simply MUST STAY in Guiyang. Staff over there are all super friendly and helpful. Especially duty manager Luke Lu welcomed us with fruits, cake and lovely hand written card. Thank you so much. Room has spectacular view and you can look over all Guiyang from bird eye view. I stayed on 51st floor suite room which allows full access to executive lounge on 53rd floor from 2 to 10pm. Its location is in the heart of city, so Jiaxiulu甲秀楼，shoppings and restaurants ste in walking distance. Even airport is just 15 minutes drive. My wife and I really loved to stay here in Kempinski Guiyang and its name is now reliable one to make booking next times of trouble without any hesitation. 한국어가 능숙한 매니져 Jeff Wang도 있습니다. 가급적이면 스위트룸에서 최고의 뷰와 라운지와 서비스를 느껴보시길 추천드립니다.

What a wonderful experience! Definitely the best hotel service and personalised. Upon arrival we were offered a hotel tour due to its unique design and also our room was upgraded😀 Yiliya, was most generous with her time and also offered us some cocktail vouchers and access to view the current photography exhibit on the top floor of the hotel. The room included mini bar and delightful evening dessert. Morning breakfast was also very appropriate. On departure we were also provided some snacks for the trip back and a souvenir Maison Alvar sheep toy. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their hospitality definitely the best in china. Some special mention to Ada for helping us take some great photos too. Would love to visit again when in Guiyang.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I checked into the hotel. I wasn't expecting much in a small city like Qingzhen, but this hotel fares well even when compared with new hotels in big cities. Clean, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Probably the best hotel in centre Qingzhen.

Although dated .. still rather comfortable .  We were given high tea upon arriving . Great breakfast catering for both oriental  and western . Mr Ting  丁, serves and speaks  English at breakfast room … saving my husband ( 老外) from adding sour cream into his cereal !  One disappointment with the Cantonese restaurant . The roast platter was full of fatty meat . But the manager was very kind , upon complain and us not eating it , he took the price off the bill .  Will still recommend .

The hotel is in a great location, close to Guanshan Lake Park and the Provincial Museum. The room is clean and tidy, with no odor. Xiaoyu at the front desk was very friendly and answered all questions. The breakfast was good, the noodles were delicious, and the chef was very enthusiastic. The weather was good this time when I went to Miao Village. It was a sunny day. The hotel is in a very good location. The viewing platform is 100 meters away, and the viewing effect is excellent. I chose to stay at Biyin because of the service and design, and it didn't disappoint me at all! The viewing coffee table in the lobby is so comfortable, the view is very good, and there are unlimited coffee drinks. The staff is very warm and friendly, and the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is right next to the Zhusheng Bridge. You can see the Zhusheng Bridge and Qinglong Cave from the balcony. The location is excellent. The hotel has just opened less than a year ago. I booked it for the first time but regrettably canceled it due to flight issues. I decided to stay anyway this time.顺利入住，果真没有失望，情侣夫妻真的很推荐这个房型，视野无敌。 The guy who picked us up was shy and diligent. However, I was really embarrassed to carry two suitcases with my small body and two or three bags on my shoulders. 😅 The location of the good homestay is not high, and it is not too long. We came a bit late, the hotel front desk also gave us a free room upgrade, you can view the room terrace. At first we came in from the north gate, then took the sightseeing bus to the small north gate, and found that we could not take the sightseeing bus from the small north gate to the observation deck. I saw the reviews of Sanchunli-Zhong on the Xiaohongshu online, and I thought it was worth looking forward to, so I placed an order for the weekend. As a result, it really exceeded my expectations. The underground parking lot is a bit scary because of the steep slope. A two-meter-high car can go down normally.

I've stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the experience has been great. For Zunyi, the location couldn't be much better, it's well centralised for the city. The rooms look and feel clean. However, the bedding and one of the towels had some damage, not a big issue for me, as long as they are clean. Both the bath and shower are a good size and the water pressure is great (on the higher end). The bed is on the softer side, for my preference. Water bottles are free, just ask reception for more.

The hotel is located inside the Wujiangzhai Scenic Area. Cars cannot be driven in and must be parked in the parking lot outside. The Mushan hotel we booked said it is relatively close to Dongzhaikou, so we drove to take down our luggage and go to the tourist service center to check it out before parking the car. Walking back to the service center, after entering, there are battery trolleys to take luggage and people to various hotels. There are 5 hotels in the village, but it is obvious that the battery trolleys are insufficient. I don’t know if it is because of the holiday. The hotel elevator is very small and slow. The room we were given It's on the 5th floor, and the restaurant is on the 3rd floor, but it's hard to get a seat when you get to the elevator. It's recommended that you stay a little lower. If that doesn't work, you can still take the stairs to the restaurant. If you arrive late, you can just have dinner at the hotel, but the buffet is not that good. There are few cars with seats and you need to wait. The hotel staff will not take the initiative to notify you to call a car, so the service is really not good. For us foreign tourists, no one tells you how to play when you enter this village, so it is not unreasonable to see a lot of complaints online. There are so many people during holidays. Just walk around, most of them are restaurants and commercial shops. If you live nearby, you can drive and arrange a 2 days and 1 night, but for tourists who come from far away, the price/performance ratio is average, and the main services cannot keep up with so many operations. If you need to buy another swimming ticket, it is 10 yuan per person. However, after leaving the hotel and walking along the river for more than ten minutes, you can swim and swim in the river for free. The river sand is particularly comfortable to step on. Many locals swim and play there, and they are managed by community security personnel. Those with children can bring swimsuits to play in the shallows.
