The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was clean, meeting 5-star hotel standards. The Chinese and Western breakfast selection was very rich, and my whole family was very satisfied. The hotel's front desk service was quick, and they even offered an extra breakfast for our family of three, which was a thoughtful touch. It's within walking distance of Guiyang Railway Station. Since we were traveling to surrounding cities, we stayed at the Pullman three times during the Chinese New Year holiday. It's definitely our top choice for hotels when visiting Guiyang.

The hotel's facilities are good, the location is great, and the breakfast is also good. However, if you ask me if I'd recommend it, I'd hesitate. My biggest issue with the hotel: no air conditioning. The lobby was comfortably air-conditioned at around 20 degrees Celsius, but the room temperature was over 25 degrees. When I asked the hotel to turn on the A/C, they suggested opening a window. This is listed as a five-star hotel on Ctrip, and I'm unsure if not having air conditioning meets national standards for a five-star property. In the restaurant, there were two coffee machines; one couldn't grind coffee, and the other was incredibly slow. It's unbelievable that getting a cup of coffee at a five-star hotel would be such a hassle. Also, in the second-floor restaurant restroom, facilities like the toilet paper dispenser were broken, which is completely inconsistent with a five-star standard. I've never encountered a hotel like this before.

First off, the hotel is incredibly close to the scenic area, less than 1 kilometer in a straight line, making it super convenient whether you're walking or driving. As for the hotel itself, we traveled with our child, and this place is absolutely perfect for families. There's a huge outdoor lawn with a non-motorized playground and a sandpit. Next to it, there's a row of small cabins housing animals like alpacas and deer, which are fantastic for kids to enjoy. I also really liked the hotel's design – it's upscale and elegant. The front desk was efficient during check-in and even assigned us a room on the top floor facing the lawn, offering a truly excellent view!

The front desk staff, Ms. Yuni, was very friendly and efficient with the check-in process. Initially, I wasn't happy with my room, and she immediately arranged a new one for me. Their guest history management is excellent; she even remembered what room type previous guests had stayed in. I was late for breakfast, and they were already clearing up, but the restaurant staff patiently waited for us to get enough food before closing. I also want to specially commend that even though the hotel has been open for many years, the facilities are incredibly well-maintained. You'd never guess it's over a decade old. The hardware is excellent, especially the gym; it's so well-equipped you could practically host classes there. Although the price is much lower now compared to many years ago, the hotel's hardware and service quality (including breakfast) have not deteriorated. The location is also great, making it convenient to get anywhere.

The hotel's location is pretty good, and I used points to upgrade my room, which was a nice bonus. However, I have to mention two things that weren't so great. First, the hot water kept fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold, making showering an ordeal of endless temperature changes – I couldn't just stand under the water comfortably. Second, when customer service reached out via WeChat, they asked me to include their nickname in my reply. It would be really helpful if they introduced themselves when we first meet, because otherwise, I have no idea which staff member I'm talking to from our previous interactions.

The hotel staff has a friendly service attitude. The staff at the front desk, lobby, and catering are warm and polite, and the service is thoughtful. The hotel has convenient transportation and is close to Shuicheng Ancient Town and Fengchi Garden, making it very convenient for leisure walks and exploring special restaurants. The overall hardware of the hotel is of five-star standard. It was my first time staying here, and the hotel upgraded me to an executive room, which was very thoughtful! The weather was very good this morning. I woke up early and watched the sunrise in the room. I was very satisfied! grateful! I will stay here again next time I go to Liupanshui.

The room was also very good, with top-notch heating – it was delightful to cozy up on the sofa and gaze at the distant village buildings! I absolutely must commend the hotel staff's service; they were very attentive and considerate. Pick-ups and drop-offs were punctual, their advice was spot-on, and they were both thoughtful and discreet. The unlimited freshly ground coffee and drinks, comfortable afternoon tea, and the lingering melodies of the Dong village songs all contributed to a wonderful experience.

True to its reputation as a national treasure! Even before arriving, service manager Xiao Yuan proactively reached out to arrange our room and sent us a travel guide. The hotel's breakfast selection and quality far exceeded our expectations. We even got to try the complimentary Maotai ice cream, which thrilled the kids. Renhuai, the 'Wine Capital of China,' was historically a bustling hub for merchants, and this was our first visit. The hotel's warm service and thoughtful greetings truly showcase the excellence of a top-tier domestic brand in both hardware and software. It's a shame we only stayed one night; next time, we'll definitely extend our stay for a few more days. We'll be back, full of praise for Maotai Hotel and our fondness for酱香 (Jiangxiang) liquor!

Listen to me, just blindly book the Cloud Inn Regent Hotel – you won't regret it! The location is absolutely superb, right next to the Penshuichi Beijing Road subway station. It's truly in the heart of the city, a prime spot! Step outside and you're on a street full of shops and eateries. Nearby attractions are also close by, so for lazy travelers, you barely have to walk at all. It's all about ease and comfort. As a detail-oriented person, I was completely won over! The lobby offers complimentary hair oil, makeup remover wipes, and warm tea. If you forget something, no need to panic. The service staff, both male and female, were smiling throughout, making check-in super comfortable. The bedding was so soft I just sank into it and didn't want to get up, it felt like sleeping on a cloud – I slept until I naturally woke up. Even the hairdryer was excellent; it had strong airflow without damaging my hair, leaving it smooth and voluminous after use. This is the only place you need to stay when visiting Guiyang. Next time I'm here, I'm definitely booking this place again!

This old five-star hotel still has its charm. The location is unbeatable, and the service is excellent, including the delivery robot bringing items to your room. The rooms are a bit dated but still comfortable. However, there are a few small, petty details that I'm probably not the only one to mention: the mini-bar drinks are all individually priced, and the toilet paper in the bathroom is very thin.
